22/03/2026: We came for a meal during a little outing with friends, and we were served by Nadège. A very kind and smiling young woman. It's a pleasure to enjoy such pleasant service. Not to mention the food, which was very good!

11/03/2026: I used to go there regularly when I was still in high school in Haguenau. I remember a really good restaurant that offered special student rates, which allowed me to eat a generous portion and enjoy a pizza and drink combo for 7 euros. It's a shame that inflation no longer allows us to have meals like that, because it was fantastic. Thanks again to the whole team :)

20/02/2026: Outrageous. They open your bags and try to touch your personal items without asking for a permission and without using any gloves. When you object to that they call you aggressive. Unprofessional and completely useless security theater.

22/11/2025: The receptionists were unpleasant and unfriendly. The cinnamon pretzel was hard, and the bacon one was cold and not at all fresh. A disappointing experience.

18/12/2025: On our way home from our Alsace tour, which included several Christmas markets, we happened to pass by here and had the delicious daily special for lunch. Friendly service, pleasant atmosphere, and delicious food! 👍🏻

06/04/2026: Avoid at all costs! I went there a few years ago, and even then I was very disappointed by the waitress's behavior; she was very unpleasant to the customers. This time, the waitress isn't the problem—she was actually quite pleasant despite the crowd—the problem is the desserts… The cheesecake was disgusting; the slice looked like someone had bitten into it, it tasted like onions, basically inedible. So I mentioned it to the waiter and asked for another dessert, which wasn't any better. The apple strudel was soggy and tasteless. Then there was my daughter's dessert, a Nutella fondant—lol—it was half-frozen; we had to put it in the sun to be able to eat it. Anyway… One thing is for sure: I've tried this restaurant twice, but not a third time.

05/04/2026: I dont understand the bad reviews here. We had the tarte flambée with chèvre and miel today and it was really good. We sat next to the river and also the bière was nice. Price was also good.

08/03/2026: The owners were very welcoming. The grilled lamb chops were delicious, and even the kids loved the lamb sandwiches. They were especially fragrant when they were freshly served, piping hot. The only downside was that the food cooled down quite quickly. If the fries got cold, they weren't as tasty, so please eat them heartily. Alternatively, the owner could perhaps reheat the plates a little (we could look into that). Thank you!

02/03/2026: The welcome was great, the waiter was very friendly! The portions are generous, the sauces are delicious, and the meat is excellent too! I don't understand the bad reviews… I'll be back and I highly recommend it!

06/02/2026: If I could give zero stars, I would! The hotel and restaurant are mediocre!!! The owner and his mother are awful, not to mention unpleasant! When I arrived for a room, the receptionist, who is also the owner, was so drunk he didn't know what he was doing! He couldn't even stand up! And as for the food, even though I'm not picky, I can tell you it was really bad. The only positive point is the view of the castle...

20/01/2026: A vintage hotel, exceptionally clean. Comfortable, with very pleasant and attentive staff. The meal was delicious, a truly delightful surprise. Unbeatable value for money.
