19/07/2024: Maybe I'm too spoiled. I know sushi from a literal master.
But the sushi here fills you up, but something else is great. Not grippy, taste mediocre.
I have no idea why there was a bit of cheese sauce on my plate. It just doesn't belong there.
If you love sushi, stay away from there. You will be disappointed. If you want to be full, it's actually okay. But that was it.
I can't recommend it. Maybe people just eat differently in France and tend to change dishes so drastically. It just tastes like fast food.

23/08/2024: Message to GR 53 hikers crossing the Vosges.
Please note, this hotel is not at all located on the GR 53, contrary to what the manager says. This means that the next day when you continue your hike you will have to do 4 km more because the GR 53 is in the opposite direction, that is to say on the other side of the valley.
The ideal is to find a place for the night located in the center of NIEDERBRON where the GR 53 leaves

01/06/2024: The bread is good. But not good in “yeah that’s nice, I’ll pass by there and I’m going to get a baguette” mode, no. The bread is good in "I'll go get my bread 8km from home because little baguette is a marvel" mode.
The bread smells like sourdough, the crumb is soft and the crust is crispy.
The pastries are original and tasty. Go for it!
