20/06/2026: This is the umpteenth time I've posted this type of comment. Saturday at 3:30 PM and already out of bread for the rest of the day. You are the worst bakery. You haven't taken your customers' feedback into account for months.

13/06/2026: It's rare that I only give one star, but if zero existed, I would give it without hesitation. At 7:30 PM, the bakery was completely empty; everything had been cleared away. I simply asked if it was still open, and I was told no, it was closed, even though it closes at 8 PM. And let's not even mention the deplorable hygiene: pigeons flying around and vacuuming the area around the pastries—it's truly disgusting to do that.

04/05/2026: Terrible, bland food, appalling service by staff who weren't even waiters, a 50-minute wait for a burger and a salad. The quality was nowhere near that of market cuisine; this will be my last time! Thanks for this experience, which I will be sure not to repeat!

03/05/2026: First of all, the restaurant is very beautiful (except for the restrooms, which could be a bit cleaner). The food is as advertised, the service is pleasant, and the atmosphere is welcoming. A perfect restaurant for a family lunch or dinner.

13/12/2025: We stopped by today for a bite to eat at the Christmas market. A lovely elderly lady welcomed us despite the late hour. The tarte flambée was delicious and homemade. We'll be back!

20/05/2026: Honestly, it's been a long time since I've had to leave such a negative review. I'm traveling all over France, and this place is just plain bland. Draft beer poured from a private tap. The service is slow. Does the so-called homemade dough undergo another fermentation? Does anyone know? What's the protocol? They offer Hawaiian pizzas, seriously?! Tasteless pizzas covered in balsamic vinegar to mask the taste of everything else. The only positive point is the waitress, Jennifer, a little ray of sunshine all on her own. Neapolitans can sleep soundly; this greasy spoon certainly won't shut down their pizzerias... some pizza trucks do much better.

03/07/2026: Bits of broom sticking out of the pizza! I've had several problems already. I ordered an Alexandre and there was no white sauce. I ordered an Indian pizza and there were more mushrooms than chicken, and this time I got a piece of broom sticking out! And the price is already very high! I absolutely do not recommend this place! Avoid it!

26/06/2026: Frankly, I'm disappointed with my order. It's expensive for so little, and on top of that, the delivery driver wasn't very friendly and spoke in a haughty manner. I don't think I'll be ordering from you again.

25/06/2026: First time we had had Flammkuchen and they were delicious - we preferred them to normal pizzas as they are not so heavy. The service was quick and the staff pleasant but the place was very quiet when we were there.

21/05/2026: Having ordered a Too Good To Go, a bit late, I admit, I managed to get a very average one: a portion of rice and a portion of sauce for €6. So I ordered a second one and called to ask if it would be okay if I arrived on time. He replied that time allowed, so I hurried to pick up my second Too Good To Go with the owner's agreement and within the time allotted. When I arrived, I was surprised to find the restaurant doors closed and lights off, even though I knew I had called the owners beforehand to let them know I would be late. He had told me that if I arrived and he was still there, it would be fine. I arrived, he was turning off the lights, but he didn't give me anything, claiming it was too late. I left empty-handed and, more importantly, without any attempt at resolution.

19/05/2026: The Grand Shanghai is an all-you-can-eat restaurant offering a fairly standard selection for this type of establishment: pork noodles, fried rice, a wok station where dishes are cooked to order with your choice of sauces, and so on. There isn't a huge number of dishes, but you'll find what you expect from this kind of buffet. I tried a little bit of everything in small portions and found the food quite good, with some rather original seasonings that allow you to discover flavors different from those you're used to finding in France. The atmosphere is pleasant and the restaurant is spacious. There's also a bit of effort put into the decor, which adds a touch of exoticism: I particularly liked the Japanese lamps. I also appreciated that the restaurant seems to cater to families with young children, with suitable equipment like high chairs, which makes the experience more convenient for parents. The staff were friendly and welcoming, although they sometimes seemed a little overwhelmed by the crowds: we had to ask several times for a carafe of water and glasses. The main downside was the restrooms. We arrived right when they opened, and I noticed some greasy marks on the walls, a few stains, and a floor that didn't look freshly cleaned. The smell wasn't very pleasant either. It gave the impression of an oversight or an incomplete cleaning. Despite this, the overall experience was positive. I probably would have given it 3.5/5 if that had been possible, but I'm happy to give it 4/5. Thank you to the servers, cooks, and cashier for their smiles and kindness. I would gladly return on another occasion.

25/05/2026: A very enjoyable lunch break with Alsatian tarte flambée. Delicious food and friendly service from the owner. The restaurant is beautifully situated on a canal in Strasbourg's old town. Chateau.
