29/07/2026: Arriving at this airport from Strasbourg by train is convenient and well signposted; however, for the return TER train, there are no platform signs from the airport to Strasbourg...for foreigners, you have to guess. And especially upon landing, making passengers, sometimes elderly or with luggage and children, climb four flights of stairs and then descend them again...it's very poorly thought out and designed. International airport, but when?

28/07/2026: EasyJet handled our luggage and transport very well. However, Strasbourg Airport needs to completely rethink its procedures. The stroller was correctly placed in the hold right in front of me, and upon arrival in Strasbourg, I found it in a deplorable state! The stroller bag was completely ripped open—a huge disgrace! I am requesting a refund for the stroller; my wife is awaiting a response. Otherwise, I will file a complaint. 0/5

20/06/2026: Excellent restaurant! I had kidneys on the terrace. The kidneys were cooked perfectly, the sauce was excellent, and the service was impeccable. The restaurant is well located, and the terrace offers a lovely view of the square right in the center of Mutzig. I'll definitely be back! A big thank you to the owner, Hoang, who is super friendly!

25/09/2026: The experience was ruined by the service. While one can tolerate the wait times during peak hours and the sometimes small portions (which happens in university restaurants), the attitude of one of the employees is unacceptable. She had absolutely no interpersonal skills: a cold welcome, unpleasant and rude remarks towards the students. We're not asking for the moon, just a minimum of politeness and respect.

20/09/2026: Gallia University Restaurant – Strasbourg The restaurant is convenient and well-located, but the atmosphere can be very tense, and the small portions leave much to be desired. You often leave feeling uneasy and hungry. On several occasions, I've noticed a curt, authoritarian, and sometimes contemptuous tone towards students, regarding minor details or rules that aren't clearly posted. On August 28, 2026, I was publicly reprimanded by the head chef, in a very loud voice, for using a plate to hold a piece of fruit, during a period of very low customer traffic, I should point out. On August 28, there were barely twenty of us in the restaurant because the academic year hadn't started yet, and all this despite the fact that no posted rule prohibited it. A manager even touched my food with his bare hand and then abruptly put it back in front of other people. At the beginning of August, I was automatically refused rice (which was for the vegetarian option) instead of wheat (which was for the standard menu) on the pretext that it was what was written on the menu, and in a contemptuous tone. It took the chef's intervention for this to happen, and he then started targeting me because I had dared to tell his colleague, who had initially refused me, that being polite wouldn't have cost her anything; on the contrary, it would have been humane. She tried to defend herself again, and I told her that was enough. That we should end the conversation there, given her lack of willingness and adaptability. However, when the manager asks us to stack our trays with those of strangers across from us after we've finished eating, to make things easier for the dishwasher (who is also a student like us), we gladly comply, given the number of people and the crowds. We're human, we're adaptable, and we understand, even if there's no explicitly written rule stating it. This should be reciprocal. It applies to everything. I reported the situation to management and the mediator. Since then, I've limited my interactions as much as possible to avoid any problems. I hope management will take steps so that everyone can eat in a more respectful and peaceful atmosphere.

23/08/2026: No table service, which is understandable. However, charging 50 cents more per scoop simply for eating in, without any additional service, is incomprehensible. I find it truly shameful to apply a surcharge when the experience is identical to takeout. The scoops are also very small, and the service leaves much to be desired. We were a group of motorcyclists simply wanting to take a break and enjoy some ice cream in peace: this is not an establishment I would recommend.

24/09/2026: First of all, thank you to all the staff present that day. A huge THANK YOU ❤️ We celebrated my daughter and son-in-law's wedding in this magnificent venue. The setting itself was stunning; there was no need to embellish it further. From beginning to end, everything was a success. The aperitif was superb, and our guests thoroughly enjoyed it. The main course was very tasty, and everyone loved it. And the dessert—what a beauty! A tiered cake and a main cake that were as beautiful as they were delicious. We greatly appreciated both their discretion and their availability throughout the evening. The managers are very accommodating, and we were able to have the evening exactly as we wished, while of course respecting the venue. The thoughtful touches for the bride and groom touched us deeply. The children's area was a big hit. The venue was impeccably clean. What more can I say? You played a huge part in making their wedding celebration absolutely perfect. 21/06/2026: I stayed two nights in a female 6-people room. Overall I enjoyed my time here and would book it again - especially as a solo traveler. Here is what I liked: - the beds are comfortable, the sheets soft - the receptionists were friendly - nice location, easy to walk to from the city center and the main station. Also the neighborhood looks beautiful - the breakfast is a good selection, although expensive - we had two bathrooms in a room of 6 and stayed there with 3-4 people. That was a quite nice bathroom to person ratio - the bathrooms were clean too and looked rather modern / neutral - the other people staying in my room were very nice - I felt safe Here is what I would have preferred to be different: - there is no air conditioner in der room, it gets really hot during the day and if the night is warm too, it does not cool down, no matter how long the windows are opened. If someone has problems with heat at night I would not really recommend this place for a summer night. - you need a 1-euro coin to use the locker in the room. If I had known I would have brought one - there is no wifi in the rooms and the wifi in the rest of the building had no internet connection when I tried to connect. That could have been better

05/06/2026: Stay in a modern design hotel but with disadvantages in hot weather. I liked the modern design the 24 hour reception. The room was at the 3rd floor and during the days we stayed it was very hot outside and we couldn’t sleep. The room wasn’t air conditioned. Also the water in bath wasn’t stable and it changed from hot to cold and reverse. Breakfast must have more variety(eg juices nutella chocolate, hot egg crambles) and more hot dishes.

21/12/2025: My husband and I discovered this sushi restaurant and had a wonderful time. The menu is extremely varied, with something for everyone, which is a real plus. The waitress was incredibly friendly, smiling, and attentive, making the experience even more enjoyable. As for the food, it was a true delight: everything was delicious and bursting with flavor. We will definitely be back!

11/09/2026: Yufka was very, very small... The American-style kebab was served in a kebab bread, not a baguette... I ordered the Pacha platter, but only kofte and kebab meat were served... The fries were soggy and cold... I wasn't expecting much, but I'm still disappointed... AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

15/09/2026: Really shitty, we got there as group as 3 so we decided to order three coffee rallonge, my friend ordered and just because she ordered she got a full cup while we got two middle filled cups my friend even got less than me! We’re really disappointed!

04/09/2026: The restaurant owners themselves are cool, but the young people who work there aren't very pleasant; they barely say hello. Otherwise, the food is quite good.

19/07/2026: We came across this place after visiting the European Parliament. We can't recommend it highly enough. We were only going to have a drink but the English Menu tempted us to stay. The Manager was also very helpful when we tried to order too much. I asked a waiter for advice about wine and he came back with a glass to try. We had a really fantastic meal with great beers and wines and it was a highlight of our trip to Strasbourg.

08/07/2026: Nice variety of Alsatian foods and drinks served in a lively and traditional surrounding. The service is very well delivered and the restaurant offers plenty of parking places, for car or bike, just outside free of charge, which is very convenient. During summer there is a fine yard full of tables just outside. Been visiting this restaurant many times and always the meal experience was excellent. Note that during lunch time you can ask for the daily menu which includes starter, main and dessert or two of them. This place can get very busy very fast so an early reservation is always a good idea.

24/05/2026: A good bakery for those who eat everything. Unfortunately, there were no vegan options, but they made me a baguette with jam (they offer it for breakfast). They don't have a bar service on Sundays.
