07/09/2024: Once you understand how ordering works, it's easy. The food was good, freshly prepared, enough to fill you up and seasoned sensibly. And all of this at a very good price, as 1 drink was already included. Friendly service. Tue The outside lighting is a bit poor, but that may change. still. Pleasant audience. Will definitely come back on our next visit to Strasbourg.

14/11/2023: The noodles are delicious but the prices have increased too much for noodles, plus the portions are absurd: 4 little miserable shrimp for 8 euros per box. Everything is very good but frankly the prices and the quantities of cava are more. They don't take cards and for a plastic fork I had to pay 20 cents :(

26/08/2024: Très bonne cuisine, malgré l’absence de personnel le chef a su gérer cuisine et service en même temps. Le plat était très présentable et vraiment délicieux ! bravo au chef !

28/09/2024: Order placed a week ago for more than €3000 from a sales consultant with delivery, seller who checked my address in store and did not inform me of any error that day... Confirmation email indicating that my order has been processed. On the day of delivery I am called to "check my address" and I am informed that the carrier does not deliver to my address following a postal code error on my Ikea family card....I do not see the report, given that the order form clearly specifies my delivery commune (7km from Ikea, a well-served and well-known Strasbourg commune). I was asked to cancel my delivery and return to the store to start all over again. Obviously no one had taken the time to check my address before delivery. It's a shame because it was a big order for my family.... To flee....

26/09/2024: Good morning, As a loyal customer of the IKEA brand, whose products I have enjoyed for years, I recently contacted the after-sales service of the IKEA store in Strasbourg regarding an oil maker whose cap did not open. When I explained my problem to Ms. Khadja, the customer service advisor, her first reaction was to tell me: "You need to clean this oil maker before bringing it back, I can't do it that way." I then told him that I had not been able to clean it inside because the cap did not open, but that the outside of the product was clean. Following my response, she informed me that she could not find this purchase in my IKEA Family account and therefore could not do anything. She then sent us away without any attempt to resolve the problem, with a rude attitude which I believe does not reflect IKEA's customer policy. My questions are: 1. Is it IKEA's customer policy to deal disrespectfully with a customer who returns a kitchen product (with a clean exterior, and which only contains olive oil) inside) saying, "What is that, you brought it back without washing it?", which shows a clear lack of training and courtesy? 2. How come this advisor was not able to find my invoice, even though I was able to access my purchase history on my customer account and provide her with a screenshot? As a customer who has shopped in various countries, I am familiar with IKEA's customer service policy, and I know that is not how you treat your customers. I think this employee should be called to order and undergo new training in communication and customer service. Sincerely, Hakan Dinga

01/10/2024: We suddenly decided to have dinner there and it was much, much better than in another famous restaurant recommended in travel books where we had booked the day before. The food was delicious, the service was quick and friendly. Only to recommend.

19/09/2024: L'établissement est bien situé a un croisement central du bourg, facile à trouver et facile a indiquer pour un rendez-vous. Relooké brasserie "jeune" avec une carte variée dont tous les plats dont celui du jour n'étaient pas disponibles lors de notre déjeuner vers midi en semaine. Ambiance bistro avec service en salle où en terrasse. Pas recommandé pmr en salle car 2 marches à gravir. Prix modéré.

01/09/2024: Onglet calciné, sauce industrielle, haricot surpuissant, galettes de pomme de terre limite daubes, panure au camembert et non camembert frit. A éviter. Mais service sympa.

31/08/2024: The hotel has been taken over by the real owners. It is currently being renovated, very friendly welcome, pleasant, quiet place. We tasted a Hohwaldian board there. Delicious! Fresh products, well presented.

11/08/2024: La terrasse est sympa, la nourriture , quand elle arrive, est bonne... l' énorme souci, c est long, long , long encore long et toujours trop long.. l attente est terrible. Dommage...

01/06/2024: The bread is good. But not good in “yeah that’s nice, I’ll pass by there and I’m going to get a baguette” mode, no. The bread is good in "I'll go get my bread 8km from home because little baguette is a marvel" mode. The bread smells like sourdough, the crumb is soft and the crust is crispy. The pastries are original and tasty. Go for it!

12/05/2024: J'ai rarement vu un patron aussi antipathique !!! On voulait boire un verre il nous a prit de haut! J'avais déjà entendu des choses mais alors là ... Plus jamais j'y mettrai les pieds!

06/09/2024: Very warm and friendly welcome, the tartes flambées are excellent, the ribs a real delight and to round it all off, the homemade desserts are a real treat for the taste buds, well done to Delphine, Marc and the whole team, a little corner of gourmet paradise that we highly recommend

10/09/2024: My daughter went to eat yesterday and today, terrible welcome, the person who was serving was very even though there was no reason. The students are reprimanded because they do not finish their plates. Damage !
