15/09/2024: Free charging for electric vehicles in their free parking lot. It took us 5h during the night to charge our car full. Pretty handy! Not too far from Strasbourg city by car.
Pet friendly. Saw many dogs.

08/08/2024: Welcoming staff and quality pastries even if increasingly expensive. The sandwiches, as well as the salads, are a little less so and, for once, much too expensive for what they are.

12/08/2024: After 3 orders I still had 2 faults... again yesterday I had a bug without fried onions (one I forgot?) the problem is that it's regular... so this time if it's the 3rd time, I leave a negative review.
I don't think I'll be back any time soon, knowing that BK and jsute are also worth it :/ came back to try the new burger, disappointment.
30/07/2024: With each order at least one error, staff not very competent and pleasant… After-sales service non-existent! Don't answer, don't call back!
It's time to question ourselves and change for the better!!

For the moment I advise against it, it's a shame and I hope that I will find the quality of before...

13/09/2024: My first contact with a business in Ajaccio. Despite the late afternoon, we were well received and well served for lunch. The dishes are plentiful and quite tasty. The staff is very friendly and we were won over by their friendliness.
18/08/2024: Well located brasserie, great welcome and very good lunch. I highly recommend this establishment for a short break.

Pleasantly surprised by the atmosphere, the setting and the beers. I was able to taste draft beer from the Intenables brewery. The flame was good too.
Special mention to the service, smiling people, very welcoming and warm.

If he acts like that with tourists that
would be a shame for this typical place in the town of Mutzig which could give a bad image.
18/08/2024: Magnificent place and delicious cuisine but regarding the service you should definitely not be in a hurry. We waited 45 minutes just to get our starters.
And we saw one of the employees drinking a drink on a table during service, an attitude that I find bordering.

But that's not enough, you have to know how to take care of loyal customers, no loyalty card or any commercial gesture in 2 years of regular orders, it's a shame. And if ordering at 9:40 p.m. is too late for you, change your hours and close before 10 p.m., right?

Order at the terminal (dirty) but cashed without problem, waiting for almost 20 minutes without any attention from the 2 people on duty only to be told that the terminal did not send the order (I'm daydreaming!) Zero excuses, why since it’s paid! Both the person in the kitchen and the person at the counter touch the food and the cleaning cloth (which remains on the counter) with their bare hands. Installed outside among cigarette butts on a table....dirty. Forced to clean up ourselves! In short, the disaster.... dirty, no service and the burgers are really tasteless... the vitell was very good! Extremely disappointed with the whole thing. Farewell
04/05/2024: We usually stop at this restaurant on the road to vacation and we were satisfied with the value for money and the speed.
This time we waited in line for at least 20 minutes because of a terminal at the entrance: what is it for? To cause this queue because it is complicated to place the order on a robot which does not provide directions to take a vegetarian menu
The salad was not good and the falafels tasted like bleach
We will not come back again because the experience was very disappointing.
A word of advice: remove these robots because we need exchanges and relationships when we stop for lunch in Honfleur!
