Les meilleurs restaurants en Bas-Rhin

06/05/2026: Perfect as always. Super friendly staff, very clean, and amazing breakfast. They even had a coffee machine and capsules in the room. 💝

05/05/2026: Hotel a 10-minute drive from Strasbourg's Petit France neighborhood. Very close to the noisy highway, fortunately we were assigned newly renovated rooms at the back. Connecting rooms, perfect for our family! Really comfortable and quiet. However, they are small, fine for a one-night stopover. Abundant breakfast, both sweet and savory, with fruit, yogurt, eggs, etc. The espresso from the vending machine was good. The staff was kind and very helpful. Excellent prices. Need I say more?!

03/10/2026: Come back, we miss you so much!

26/08/2026: The atmosphere was good, however the chocolate mousse was really bad, tasteless and pasty.

30/09/2026: A friendly place, bakery and pastry shop with good value for money. Best regards.

25/09/2026: A small sandwich for €1.95, perfect for those on a budget or with a light appetite, isn't offered in this store, nor even upon request. Why is that?

17/09/2026: It's good overall, but the portions have decreased and the price has increased. I understand that inflation is a factor in raising prices, but they could have kept the quantity the same. Also, the problem is they don't accept credit cards, which is a bit inconvenient as I don't always carry cash! But the owner is still friendly.

23/08/2026: Very nice service and a perfect place to stop for a snack and a coffee.

16/06/2026: The restaurant service is appalling; we waited an hour at lunchtime even though we were among the first to arrive. The place is very noisy, and the smell of old carpet hits you as soon as you walk in. The food is relatively good, but it really depends on the dish… Other restaurants in the area are very good, and the atmosphere is much better. Honestly, I don't recommend it.

19/05/2026: This is our second time eating at this otherwise good restaurant, although one of the waitresses is always incredibly unpleasant and unfriendly to customers. Otherwise, I would have given it 5 stars.

19/04/2026: This is awful, food poisoning is imminent. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

07/04/2026: Very friendly people. Delicious food.

03/05/2026: Not great, they rushed us to leave. I'm stunned with shame and heartbreak. The place is pleasant, but the owner... I sigh.

03/05/2026: Nice place, however we were rushed out 2.5 hours before closing time. Shocked and disappointed

29/11/2025: We had a great time. Very pleasant staff, excellent meat. Highly recommended!

07/11/2025: A wondeful cosy Restaurant with an amazing Service and foods

05/10/2026: Be careful about the place! Charged me 8 € for 2 small americanos. Asked for the menu, turned out 6.4 €. The waiter got annoyed and angry when got caught; the manager came over and found out what was going on. She tried to calm thing down but the waiter kept arguing with her. Got my money back and walk away.

24/09/2026: Lovely stop for lunch after a canal boat tour. Lots of menu choices in classic Alsatian cuisine. Many salad choices and a sumptuous charcuterie dish, all prepared with care.

05/08/2026: The sauces are good and there's a lot of choice

04/08/2026: Where have we ended up?! We ordered two small pasta dishes: a 37-minute wait!! Yes, you read that right: 37 minutes!! The "restaurant" wasn't very busy, and the cashier's response was: "He's alone in the kitchen." Is that our problem? Or is it you who need to learn how to run your business? You're certainly serving pre-made pasta, and the sauce is definitely not made to order... So it's just "plating." 37 minutes... What can I say about the quality of the food after such a long wait... Oh yes: All that for this!??? Everything is tasteless, the pasta isn't even cooked enough (even though you took your time...) and what about the sauce, which is far too runny and you have to try to get it from the bottom... Ah, the defrosting... A complete disaster. For those who want to eat something quickly before or after a movie, well... You're better off going across the street. Having paid so much to eat worse than in a fast food restaurant and having to stay so long.

16/09/2026: Very disappointed with Waffle Factory, especially since we're very regular customers and come almost every day. On several occasions, the waffles have been very sparsely filled compared to the price. But today, the behavior of an employee really put us off. We had bought our meal elsewhere, BUT we also ordered a sweet waffle to eat in at Waffle Factory for dessert. So we sat down to eat, and the employee came over to tell us, in a very formal manner, that we couldn't eat in the restaurant. From the moment we order and pay for a product from your establishment, I find it completely inappropriate to ask us to leave or to imply that we can't eat in. We weren't just sitting at a table without ordering anything: we were indeed Waffle Factory customers and we had just made a purchase. And what's even more upsetting is the way it was said. There's a way to talk to customers, especially those who come so regularly. Between the waffles sometimes being barely topped and now being practically thrown out after ordering, it really doesn't make me want to come back. A very bad experience and a huge disappointment.

07/09/2026: A very good little restaurant for a snack while strolling around the neighborhood or at the shopping center. The prices are rather high, but the food is very good and plentiful, everything is clean, and the staff are very friendly, as well as quick and efficient.

18/08/2026: Order placed this Friday, August 14th, for 4 pizzas (BBQ chicken, goat cheese and honey, crispy pizza, Margherita). They were all very good. I had an unexpected event that made me late picking up my order, but the staff was very friendly and held the pizzas for me until I arrived without any stress. I recommend this establishment for their professionalism, their reliability, and especially their pizzas.

20/07/2026: Just your old classical dominos pizza

26/06/2026: A super friendly, professional, and warm welcome! Fresh, authentic, and delicious products! Everything is excellent, from the moussaka with stuffed grape leaves and peppers to the tiropitas. Thank you Ioli, Ioanna, Li, Ahmed, Manon, and Estelle!

23/06/2026: I've been suffering from food poisoning for several hours now. I hadn't eaten anything beforehand and I was feeling perfectly fine until I ate at their house.
