20/08/2024: I had a great time at Planet Lunch! The food was really delicious and the atmosphere there is very cool. I particularly appreciated the presence of a clean and welcoming prayer room in the basement, which is a significant plus. Everything was clean and the welcome was warm.

07/08/2024: Incompetent people, 3 pizzas without mushrooms ordered 3 received with. Mediocre quality. Pizza just good to throw in the trash, I should have gone to a competitor...

08/04/2024: Quite disappointed by the evening spent there: The food is average, neither bad nor out of the ordinary. But the bigger problem is the atmosphere and the broader experience. No music, flat decoration, canteen dishes (notably cutlery and ramekins of spring roll sauce). The service was okay, nothing more. (Ps: when asking for a carafe of water, it would be kind to bring back an equal number of water glasses to the guests and not just one glass and a 40CL micro carafe)

04/04/2024: Unfortunately we did not have the pleasure of tasting the dishes. From the outset we were very unwelcome. After kindly asking if it was possible to sit at another table (the restaurant being empty) to take advantage of the booth, we received a scathing refusal. “too complicated to serve at the banquette table!!!” and the customer is not king!!!!!!" From then on the derogatory remarks continued to rain down "customers like you I hope to never see again" Violent and unacceptable remarks for a boss of a restaurant! Never seen or experienced for our little family troop! Too bad for the staff if there are any left! It should be noted that two of the people out of the five that we were in have been in the business for many years. When will the Michelin guide to good hospitality be released??!! .

17/08/2024: After a bad experience at the Mundolsheim store, I came to inquire in this store and I was more than delighted with my visit! Competent, attentive and very friendly sellers! I will only go to them for my Nespresso purchases! A big thank you to them

07/08/2024: During my visit to the Nespresso boutique on rue de la Mésange, the welcome was not very warm. The sellers are autuns and not very commercial. They do not systematically offer a coffee after your purchase, you have to ask for it. Which is the opposite of the Vendenheim boutique where you are offered a coffee directly after crossing the threshold!

08/09/2024: Horrible . Worst hotel I've ever stayed at. Very overpriced, bed was MOVING like crazy , mattress was incredibly hard... No extra curricular activities for my partner and I... On the bed at least. Electricity stopped working in the middle of the night. Television didn't work. Hair dryer non functional. AC smelled like piss... What can I say...?

12/09/2024: Too many mistakes on the order, they sell a sandwich and a kebab for two different prices but it's the same thing. Taste: Honestly it's really to be avoided, the bread disintegrates, the sauce is really special. Run awayzzzz!!!!

31/08/2024: Having gone there more than ten times, frankly, never disappointed, yes there are people at lunchtime, but that's normal, they are 3/4 ready and only one case, but at the same time , everything is well organized. In 10 minutes we go from waiting outside to the checkout. The wraps are excellent, the bowls too, quite a few desserts available, and the cookies are excellent too! Frankly, varied, clean and generous, nothing to complain about.

18/09/2024: Good food, but that's it. You'll love it when the boss insults you when you help yourself to your {all-you-can-eat} buffet plate for no reason. I'm surprised he didn't spit on the plate.

06/09/2024: Overall, very average. As soon as we arrived, we were informed that almost half of the dishes on the menu were no longer available. We had to call the waitress again for appetizers. Then we received the dishes at 9:30 p.m. even though we arrived at 8:10 p.m.... I should point out that there were 4 of us, not 10. We had to restart twice during the meal to get water. As for the dishes, they were good but nothing exceptional either, not enough to make an impression. When you wait 1h30 for a dish... fortunately the restaurant wasn't full, I can't imagine what the service would have been like!

30/08/2024: Good kebab, digestible, plentiful and cheap. Fast service and helpful staff. A certainty because it is open until late. Consumed chicken kebab, both piadina and sandwich, both good. Forgettable fries.

24/08/2024: At first, we came home, no hello or welcome, we arrived, we didn't know what to do or go upstairs, we waited, then as far as what we received was concerned, we received a coffee not worthy of a real coffee, bad experience I strongly advise against, especially since I don't come from Strasbourg

13/09/2024: I don't know how people can give 5 stars here, the food is below average and extremely expensive. When you enter the hotel you first get the first-class smell of tires from the anteroom. After the anteroom you are greeted by a receptionist as if you were parking in a parking garage. The path to the room, especially in the stairwell, stinks extremely of decay, the carpet should urgently be removed here. When entering the room, the eye is greeted by 20-25 year old furnishings. Only the bathroom is really a highlight - it seems to have been renovated everywhere a maximum of a year ago. You spend the night in a double bed measuring 2x80x180, a bit difficult for taller people but still okay. At breakfast you get some bread that is still frozen (it seems you forgot to warm it up) and some hard-boiled eggs from the day before. How do you know this? For example, on Mondays there are warm eggs in the morning and on Tuesdays there are ice-cold eggs. Some of the eggs are still smeared with chicken droppings or dirty from broken eggs. I think the conditions are only motivated when they get off work because the service is really terrible

12/09/2024: Great hotel Very clean room, well appointed. Super and very good breakfast with hot bread, pastries for everyone. Dirty and sweet breakfast. Good restaurant Small downside on the bar which closes early and a shame when there are many of us.

08/09/2024: Honestly, there aren't many pizzerias like that left, from the welcome to the pizza, everything is perfect, I highly recommend.

20/09/2024: I only had cocktails there, but they were wonderful and reasonably priced. If you can get a table outside on the square and just watch people, you are guaranteed a great time.
