15/07/2026: Our order was completely incomplete; we paid for drinks that weren't given to us by the cashier! Apparently, this is common practice there, judging by other reviews! The tacos didn't match our order, and to top it all off, we had diarrhea for two days! Honestly, run away while you still can! The cashier was unpleasant and incompetent! The final straw! Plus, the phone number isn't working; it's not assigned!

05/08/2026: Disappointed by the Italian Whoppers, they had no flavor, no mozzarella, just a tasteless, sponge-like thing, and no sauce. A truly disappointing experience. We were hungry, so we ate them anyway; we were too lazy to complain after work and just wanted to go home. Plus, there was no ice cream available, so we had to go to McDonald's across the street.

01/07/2026: Bland and expensive. Some dishes, especially salads, are sold by weight, so the price at the checkout is a rather unpleasant surprise. It might be okay if there are no other options, but you can easily find better elsewhere.

13/01/2026: Disappointing and far from authentic Having spent a lot of time in Spanish tapas bars in Spain, Portugal, Luxembourg and Germany, my visit to Tapas Café Strasbourg was a real let-down. The sangria tasted industrial, closer to boxed wine than something freshly prepared. As for the chipirones, they did not taste fresh at all — the texture and flavor strongly suggested canned or pre-packed seafood, not something cooked à la minute. This is simply unacceptable for a place presenting itself as a tapas bar. Overall, the food lacked freshness, authenticity and craftsmanship. What you get feels generic and mass-produced rather than rooted in Spanish culinary tradition. Service was fine, but that alone cannot compensate for the weak quality of the food. Atmosphere may work for a quick drink, but if you’re looking for real tapas, this isn’t it.

01/08/2026: It's a shame we can't give zero stars! Three of us suffered from food poisoning after ordering three completely different pizzas. The consequences were particularly difficult for me, as I'm seven months pregnant. A truly disgusting experience. I absolutely do not recommend this establishment. Honestly, a simple cheese sandwich at home will leave you much less disappointed!

03/07/2026: Avoid at all costs! They took 10 minutes to answer, then they answered, then put me on hold for another 8 minutes. I picked up and called back, and they answered immediately. Anyway, moving on, I asked for hot sauce (5-6), they didn't have any. Avoid this place! The pizza had a thick crust, but it arrived very thin. I'm very disappointed.

07/06/2026: Excellent welcome and service from Sharif. And a huge thank you to the chef who was very attentive to my wife's request for vegetables. Perfect in every way. A wonderful time spent.

01/08/2026: The staff is incredibly slow and not organized at all. I ordered a simple bretzel and a beer and I had to wait 20 minutes. The beer is hot and the bretzel way to soft. The management team should definitely have a look on what's happening there in the afternoon.

16/07/2026: The cherry Coke smelled chemical, no bubbles, and was lukewarm without ice... the sauces were missing from the takeaway menu. The fries were hot and crispy, and the burger was fine with lots of overflowing iceberg lettuce 😁 I'll definitely be back since I live nearby, but please improve your drinks!

15/07/2026: Passing through Strasbourg, we stopped at the McDonald's in Place des Halles. Several tables were free, none were cleaned, and yet the four employees I saw behind the counter didn't seem overworked... The toilets were inaccessible, and the fries arrived cold... Never again at this McDonald's!!!

20/07/2026: Very disappointed. We arrived at 2 p.m. and were refused entry to the restaurant. I understand having a closing time and I fully respect that rule. However, a few moments later, I saw an employee throw all the remaining desserts into a bucket. I found this scene truly shocking. Turning customers away while throwing away so much food gives an impression of waste that's hard to comprehend.
