28/09/2026: It's a disgrace how they can serve customers such awful tacos! The tacos were inedible, oily dumplings for €8.50. I can find better elsewhere. And for a restaurant that claims to be the best kebab in Bordeaux, well, I can tell you it's the worst kebab in Bordeaux. The time we spent in the toilet after the tacos was disgusting. The tacos tasted like motor oil. The staff were incredibly unpleasant. I only had 30 minutes to eat, and they were already taking their sweet time, even though we were the first customers. Honestly, get out of here as fast as you can! Everything was deplorable and disgusting. I wouldn't even give it to my dog. Half of it ended up in the bin. It's a disgrace to still be serving this in 2026!

03/09/2026: The tacos were so bad they were like something you'd find in a school cafeteria; I found cartilage/bone inside... Hygiene was appalling, the floor was sticky. There were very few drinks available. The waiter could have been warmer and friendlier, especially considering the price of the meals... I didn't finish my meal, which was a shame... It used to be a great place, but it's not what it used to be.

03/04/2026: The service was terrible, even though the place isn't bad. They don't even have sugar for the coffee... oh, and no toilets either.

27/12/2025: Mélanie is a perfect host, both in terms of her welcome and the service. A very pleasant place, except for the door that has to be left open and the resulting excessive heating consumption.

02/09/2026: Don't come here! Save yourselves the trouble. The order was delivered to the wrong number. After that, the correct number was delivered, but that one was incorrect as well. Special requests are not taken into account either. The McFlurry arrives largely melted. And as the icing on the cake, the server is very unfriendly.

02/08/2026: The service was nonexistent. The waiter arrived to take our order without even saying hello, and of course, not a smile, neither upon arrival nor departure, and we weren't even greeted. Our main courses were served before our drinks. Luckily, another, more friendly and efficient waiter took the initiative. The food on the plate was tasteless, mass-produced... It's a shame, because the location is beautiful.

25/07/2026: The waiters were very friendly, but the service was very slow and perhaps disorganized. The unique feature is the merging of two restaurants on the square: Bar de la Poste and Le Bouchon. Otherwise, the food was rather bland... A shame.

15/09/2026: The salads are good, although a bit pricey, but what shocks me most is the way the young man with glasses belittles the employee who works with him. It's not the first time I've seen this, and it's very disturbing. She doesn't protest, but he reprimands her in front of the customers, often quite rudely. It's not appropriate behavior, and it's very awkward. Is it just clumsiness or his management style? I wonder.

02/03/2026: Disappointed! The employee wasn't smiling or welcoming. It seemed like he was disgusted to be there. The toilet tap was broken. We ordered three dishes, including the Mi Thai at €12, the most expensive one, which was only half full! The other two were generously filled. My son, who had ordered the Mi Thai, was still hungry, so I had to give him the rest of mine.

25/02/2026: It's difficult to rate the atmosphere and the food: the restaurant opened so late, despite the presence of staff inside and a phone dutifully answered, that we decided against going. It's rare to find a restaurant that doesn't need customers.

27/08/2026: Hello As usual, the opening days and hours are NOT RESPECTED. Google says OPEN UNTIL 8 PM. Upon arrival, it's CLOSED and there are NO SIGN... (not respectful to customers who have traveled several kilometers). Since this establishment is "for sale"... 🤞 let's hope the future owners will be more responsible in informing customers of the CORRECT OPENING HOURS and perhaps "a little more friendliness and a smile at the tobacco shop" 🙏 PS = It's a shame because it's an important local business in Salleboeuf.

13/07/2026: We just arrived in Soulac and went into the first restaurant we tried—what a disappointment! The only positive point was the friendliness of the staff who were working hard to make it run smoothly. But the owner must be burning himself to smile, and what's the point of him if he doesn't even talk to his team! Last but not least, the food: frozen fries, too salty, mussels overcooked—nothing special. I came, but I won't be back.

07/06/2026: ⭐ Restaurant - A huge disappointment (despite a good meal) An overall very frustrating experience. The service was simply deplorable: no organization whatsoever, an interminable wait for even the simplest order, and to top it all off, unfriendly staff who acted like they were being bothered. The only positive point of this meal was the Provençal galette, which was truly delicious. It's a shame the food was ruined by such disastrous service. I won't be back.

01/06/2026: A very disappointing experience. The €3 minimum purchase for card payments is clearly indicated, but the information is printed in very small type and easily missed. When we went to pay, we realized our purchase didn't reach that amount. Since we didn't have any change, we explained the situation, but instead of looking for a solution or showing understanding, the shopkeeper asked us to add an extra item, even though we didn't need it. When we refused to buy something we weren't going to consume, he responded rudely, "What am I supposed to do?" I can understand the limitations of card payments, but the way you treat customers is just as important. When you run a business, you also need to be at least somewhat pleasant and respectful to your clientele. In addition to the particularly unpleasant welcome, I was surprised by the lack of hygiene observed during service. The vendor handles the baguettes directly with his bare hands, without using tongs, and isn't wearing gloves. Even more disturbing, he takes the money and then continues serving the bread with the same hands. Unfortunately, this experience doesn't make me want to return.

28/05/2026: I bought a sandwich this Monday and found a fly in my chicken sandwich bagnat, which I didn't eat at all. I won't be going back to this bakery, unfortunately.

01/05/2026: The owner wasn't friendly, didn't even say hello, and the bread was so-so. Don't go there!

10/08/2026: The service was appalling, I've never seen anything like it, a waitress (whose name I've omitted) was very disrespectful.

30/07/2026: A very bad experience. We were a group of seven, and several mistakes were made with our orders. The only employee present had to take orders, prepare drinks, and serve customers all at once. He seemed overwhelmed and likely inexperienced, which made the service very slow. Furthermore, when we simply asked to add coconut milk to a drink, we were told it wasn't possible, without any real explanation or proposed solution. I don't doubt the employee's good intentions; he seemed to be doing his best, but he was clearly alone in managing a large number of customers. The organization needs to be reviewed. This is by far the worst experience I've had at a Starbucks. I hope improvements will be made, particularly by increasing staffing levels to provide service that meets the brand's standards.
