19/03/2026: Excellent spot for dinner with friends (upstairs) or a romantic dinner for two (downstairs). Rugby and football matches are shown on a large screen, depending on the schedule. Very nice food and wine list.
Everything is fresh and delicious.
Special mention for their Caesar salad, which is FINALLY made with the original recipe. Good wine list. Friendly and efficient service.

07/04/2026: An excellent, unpretentious place where the food is delicious. (The steak tartare is fantastic, served with homemade fries, and the cheese platter is perfect.) We were lucky to get a table arriving early, but it's definitely best to book ahead.
The staff is really friendly and attentive. Thank you for your warm welcome!
04/04/2026: Everything was perfect! What more can I say? Oh yes, don't expect a casual restaurant experience, the owner is an IRONMAN competitor!!! A must-try in Bazas.

The pizza selection is fantastic, and the staff are incredibly friendly. We felt like we were part of the neighborhood and regular customers (even though we're two women from Toulouse living in Bordeaux, believe it or not!).

24/04/2026: Without a doubt, this is the best place. The dishes are both sophisticated and approachable, with perfectly balanced flavors. You can tell there's real care and effort in the kitchen, and even ingredients I don't usually like become delicious. The service is warm, with attentive and very pleasant waiters. And on top of that, the value for money is excellent. A must-try.

12/05/2026: Great service and delightful food that was light with fresh ingredients. Each dish was presented beautifully and the bite did not disappoint the presentation. Love how there’s only one menu and it’s not disclosed what will be served so each dish was a pleasant surprise. Such a culinary experience and would highly reccomend the wine pairing wine it. Would definitely go back next time when I’m in Bordeaux.
11/05/2026: Five courses, highlighting the local fare, brought out at exactly the right time, paired perfectly with different wines from the region had my taste buds bursting and asking for more. Chef Ismael's place was as advertised! It's on the Michelin Guide, as it should be, but definitely time for him to earn a star! Do not miss this restaurant while in Bordeaux.

12/04/2026: We hadn't been to this pizzeria before, but after telling the pizza chef we wanted to be there in time for sunset on the Dune du Pilat, the owners prepared our pizzas in just 15 minutes—a new record! Once we arrived at the dune, we enjoyed our delicious pizzas. We received a warm welcome, and the atmosphere was lively.

What's most striking is the impeccable cleanliness and hygiene of the place. In the open kitchen and behind the counter, everyone is constantly scrubbing and cleaning.
