A deliberately limited menu featuring fresh ingredients; we opted for the sole/salmon duo and the chicken in wine sauce—no regrets, we thoroughly enjoyed our meal. From the moment we arrived until the last course, everything was exceptionally well-executed, with a perfectly controlled pace that allowed us to fully savor every moment. The cuisine is exquisitely refined, precise, generous, and flawlessly executed. Each dish demonstrates true expertise and remarkable mastery. What particularly distinguishes Le Prince Noir is this harmony between the excellence of the cuisine, the quality of the service, and the generosity of the entire team. For a Michelin-starred restaurant, it is rare to encounter such a complete experience, without a single flaw. A truly wonderful discovery that I highly recommend. Le Prince Noir undoubtedly deserves to be known and discovered.

19/07/2026: Very weird unpleasant experience- food seemed not fresh and not really tasty, probably the issues of the heat, service was slow and distracted, not recommended. Unfortunately It was dark so almost impossible to take photos plus the food doesn’t look attractive so were no wish to do any pictures .

12/07/2026: Excellent Moroccan restaurant! The food is delicious, generous, and full of flavor. The mint tea is excellent. The welcome is very pleasant, warm, and respectful; you immediately feel at ease. The establishment is clean and well-maintained. A truly wonderful place that I highly recommend. 06/09/2026: I discovered this place a few years ago and was one of the first to leave a very positive review. Unfortunately, my last two visits in April, and today in particular, have put me off going back. Always a warm welcome, even when it was busy, I arrived as usual with my daughter at 9:15, practically at opening time. Three tables were taken on the terrace, and we were seated at one of the worst tables in the place, even though all the others were free. (Clearly, they were choosing based on who they were.) Barely a hello and no smile. I waited almost 10 minutes before the same person asked me if I had chosen... I know there are daily specials, but apparently, it was up to me to guess and go get the menu board... She seemed overwhelmed, with three tables occupied, to tell me the specials (I should mention that I have 30 years of experience in this industry). I asked her for the bill, and she got annoyed, muttering to herself... Anyway, it's Sunday, I'm here for a minimum of service and a smile. I've been coming to Le Ferret for over 45 years, and I've enjoyed having my little brunch here for the past few years! They've lost a customer, and I won't be recommending this place anymore... What a shame, the Café du Marché will be my go-to spot again!
