04/09/2026: Why is Le Gibbon on the second page when searching for a restaurant near the AllSuites hotel? It's a 5-minute walk away, and the service, the setting (interior decor or terrace overlooking the pond), the food (delicious yogurt/herb sauce for the rump steak, cooked to perfection), the cocktails (superb Negroni)—everything is perfect from the welcome to the plate, and it's good value for money. Spread the word!

Excellent service! Exquisite cuisine, absolutely delicious! I had the chance to try several dishes, and they were all wonderful! I come back every time I'm in La Teste-de-Buch!

16/08/2026: The sea bream was very good, served with rice. However, the mussels were very small, which was a bit disappointing, as were the portions of fries. The service was still satisfactory, though, and the atmosphere was neutral.

To start things off right, a very warm welcome! The meal was fantastic! The mussels were delicious, especially the fisherman's mussels (I highly recommend them!), and the service was brilliant! Two very friendly and energetic waitresses (Clarysse and Sarah). Thank you again for your kindness and humor! ✌️😁 See you very soon, and I can't wait to come back for another meal. Also, the restaurant's decor is lovely! 👍👍 Sincerely.

Very welcoming and professional staff.
Spotless room, bar and restaurant too.
The only slight drawback was the late opening time of the pool and hammam, which meant we couldn't use them on our 11:00 am departure day.
16/05/2026: A magnificent hotel for relaxation. I've been coming for years, and the heated pool is fantastic, and I absolutely love the horses!

And a big mistake on the part of the neighboring restaurant where I used to go often 😡.
Anyway, delicious meal, well-spaced tables, breathtaking view of the bay, lovely, efficient, and attentive service. The bill reflects the wonderful experience. No complaints whatsoever, just see you very soon 😉

I was really hoping it would be good because Hippopotamus in Martinique is a must-try restaurant, and I've been wanting to go for 15 years.
Thank you, it was excellent!
I was very pleasantly surprised by the taste, which made me particularly enjoy every bite!
I came in the afternoon, so there was no one there, and the wait time was reasonable.
I drove two hours to get here because I was sad, and I'll definitely do it again when I'm happy ❤️
