27/05/2026: I ate with my parents tonight, and I discovered this restaurant despite having walked past it countless times. I realize I missed out on an incredible experience I had tonight. The restaurant has a very pleasant atmosphere, the food is high quality, the staff is very friendly, and frankly, it's an experience I'd repeat and a place I highly recommend.

25/05/2026: Visiting this special spot on the last night of a family vacation. This was our favorite meal together. Seven of us sat for a beautiful dinner outside and served by the owner. Our steaks were amazing and we loved our potato side! Thank you for hosting us on our last evening and making it so special!

Despite the workload, he remained smiling, attentive, and highly professional from start to finish. His warm welcome, friendly accent, and good humor truly contributed to our excellent experience. It's thanks to people like him that we want to return to a restaurant. Unfortunately, this isn't always the case with some other members of the team, who sometimes seem less welcoming and pleasant. Thank you again to him for his impeccable service and genuine smile!

For starters, snails, a small mixed salad with warm gizzards, and then we come back to taste the prawns with homemade mayonnaise, etc., etc., and to conclude, a hot meal with sweetbreads, a killer dish accompanied of course by vegetables, and as the ad says, you've given me the whole picture, I'll take it all, thank you to the whole team, I recommend it 200%.

28/05/2026: Hello, I came for a drink with friends. After a 10-minute wait, we went inside to order a drink. And the response we got was, "We're not machines, we'll come." No hello or goodbye. Seriously, avoid this place.

11/06/2026: We love Bistrot Régent République. After a long day at work, it's a pleasant spot in a setting reminiscent of Parisian brasseries, offering simple yet satisfying cuisine, a hearty meal with a good beer or a glass of Pessac-Léognan, wonderfully fresh tartares, and proper fries! And the staff are always friendly and attentive. We're never disappointed.
