02/03/2026: I don't know the rooms, having stayed there for a seminar. The reception is pleasant and the common areas are spotless.

01/03/2026: The hotel is well-located with private parking, and the reception staff are very pleasant. The room was spacious, with very comfortable bedding and individually controlled heating and air conditioning. Breakfast offered a wide variety of choices and was very good. However, the person who served us that day didn't say a single word while we were having lunch. I recommend this hotel.

23/09/2026: First visit, total disappointment, they even tried to steal a piece of corn from me. The hot wings were disgusting.

20/09/2026: I went there for lunch today with my 18-month-old baby. I waited at my table for my order, but they called me over the PA system to come get my tray. I had to ask my neighbors to watch my baby while they waited, even though their trays were brought to them, and the restaurant was empty. When I got to the counter, two employees were laughing casually and had nothing to do. I noticed after eating that the toy for my baby wasn't included in the menu. I went to see the employee at the end of my meal to ask, and he told me he had already given it to me. Which wasn't true at all. It's not a big deal in itself, except that he was insistent, even becoming aggressive, saying, "What's wrong now? I already gave you the toy!" I hope this kind of staff will be quickly reprimanded by management because I certainly won't be going back.

20/07/2026: I visited the Sherazade in Gradignan. The welcome was very warm and the staff were pleasant, which was much appreciated. However, I was disappointed by the couscous. It was served directly onto my plate, swimming in sauce, whereas I would have preferred the semolina and broth to be served separately, or with much, much less sauce! I then asked for more semolina, but I found it very dry. I also found there was very little lamb, and a lot of fat, which was a shame. The welcome was indeed very good, but a few improvements to the presentation and quality of the dish would make the experience much more enjoyable.

02/07/2026: This was my first time at this restaurant, and I will definitely be back. The lady was very friendly and welcoming. 🥰 I even broke the lid of a tagine bowl, but she remained very professional. Thank you for the quality of the food, the atmosphere, and your kindness. I will probably order online while I wait to come back with friends so they can also enjoy Moroccan food.

02/10/2026: Bought a Classic size latte fir 5.10 Euro. Took me back to France of 15years ago. The coffee was ABSOLUTE merde. 10 E equals $16 Australian. No wonder she handed me 3 sugars per cup. We threw it out. Lifes too short. Thank god for proper cafe's in Bordeaux BEWARE!!

01/10/2026: A salad for over €8 (I think) with very few ingredients... honestly, I'm usually lenient with these kinds of places, we know you have to make a profit margin, that it's busy, etc... but this is really outrageous for the customer 😞 a meal for €13.20 for a salad with three tiny pieces of chicken and practically nothing but lettuce (some leaves were quite bitter and a bit blackened, but that's not a big deal, I suppose), but that price for such a small amount of ingredients sold as a "Caesar salad"... well... it's not right! Think about the customers who stop at this station and choose your establishment over the fast-food place next door precisely because they want quality food (not to mention quantity), and yet we still left hungry after finishing the salad, which looked quite full (the ones behind the window were definitely more presentable than the one near the cashier: I got three croutons and a teaspoon of carrot/Emmental cheese). It's just expensive for the amount offered. Keep in mind that if people order from you, it's because they're satisfied with other Paul franchise locations, so please make a little effort to meet your customers' expectations. It's a real shame because it could drive regular customers to your competitors if they're not satisfied every time they come. I'm not even talking about the labels where the names are written in white marker and can't be seen, or the ones displaying products that are no longer in the display case, even though it's the afternoon... The staff are polite, no problem there, and the speed of service is fine too, but the product or your recipe isn't up to par, and the product displays aren't always clear and up-to-date. :( -> photo upon opening the salad box

04/10/2025: While on vacation, we decided to try this chain. Well, we were very disappointed. I don't understand the majority of reviews... The sushi lacked flavor, the proportions were off with the rice, and the size was also disappointing. The filling was really small compared to the rice. It's a shame that the sushi menu doesn't specify, like the poke bowl menu does, that the tuna is raw. We were misled because we don't eat raw tuna, and when we pointed this out to the woman, she simply replied, "You'll have to taste it." She didn't really listen, which is a shame because the service and friendliness were excellent. It's incomparable to other chains like Sushi Makers or even Côté Sushi.

29/03/2026: The pizzas are fantastic! Perfectly cooked, homemade hot sauce, reasonable price, and a short wait—everything you could want! The pizzas are generously topped and delicious; I highly recommend them!

21/08/2026: A very pleasant discovery this evening at this little restaurant. Delicious food, generous portions, and a good wine selection. I highly recommend it.

12/08/2026: We stopped in here while driving through France to Northern Spain. It was a random pick chosen from Google maps as it wasn't too far off the motorway. It is a lovely restaurant in a strange location - next to supermarket on an industrial estate. There's lots of parking as a result! The food was great, the place was very clean and the staff were friendly. It's definitely worth a visit if you are passing nearby.

09/09/2026: Overall, it was the same as previous times. However, it made up for the mixed impression of the last visit when the hot chocolate wasn't hot, and the dessert descriptions were incomplete...

07/09/2026: The owner is very friendly, and the staff is lovely too. The crumble was absolutely divine. And they had a nice little drink to go with it.
