06/02/2026: An iconic place, a little trip to Brazil. Summers are balmy in Central when the intoxicating Brazilian music accompanies us along with delicious traditional dishes. Pure bliss!

05/02/2026: First time at Central! It was very good, especially the picanha! The mango mousse was great too! It's a shame the cocktail was served in such small glasses. We'll be back to try the other tapas. Thank you! ✨

10/03/2026: This small restaurant is not suitable for group meals as the service is extremely slow. An hour's wait... Furthermore, the pho soup is not traditional pho; it lacks ingredients, such as pot roast meat or beef meatballs. Most of the positive reviews are from European customers who are not fully familiar with authentic Vietnamese cuisine.

06/03/2026: The welcome is truly warm. The owner is incredibly kind. The pho-style soups are offered in medium or large sizes. He himself says, "It's filled to the brim," so size L is for those with a big appetite. The dim sum were also excellent. Rue Elie Gintrac has had a bad reputation lately, but it would be a shame to miss this little restaurant, which is well worth the trip 😊

21/03/2026: I expected better… warm welcome, pleasant atmosphere, quick service. We had a discount with TheFork, thankfully. Generous portions. Wide selection, but nothing exceptional. And the desserts were very basic and disappointing. It's a shame we ended up with a bad rating. So, we went, but we won't be back.

14/02/2026: I've been coming here for over 10 years and it's still just as good! The pizzas are incredible, the owners are fantastic, and the speculoos tiramisu is fabulous. A sure bet that I recommend without hesitation!

10/03/2026: Unfortunately, the Bazas beef was only Bazas in name, it seems, having tasted some elsewhere, at the Fat Ox Festival. What a difference! Furthermore, I ordered rare and it arrived well-done... The fries were very average. A shame, because the setting is nice and the staff are too.

02/03/2026: A wonderful discovery! This restaurant is located opposite a shopping center. The interior is lovely, and the service is pleasant and friendly. The delightful manager immediately made us feel at ease. The cocktail 🍹 and everything from the appetizer to the dessert was delicious and flavorful – kudos to the kitchen! Excellent Pessac/Léognan wine. 🍷 And the outdoor terrace will be reopening soon! 👏

11/02/2026: Arrived at noon on a Wednesday. Traditional menu from the southwest with classic dishes. Lunch menu available for €17. I wanted to try the mountain burger with fries and salad. I loved it. The brioche bun was artisanal, the Big Mac sauce was delicious, and the meat was cooked perfectly. Homemade fries. I would have preferred homemade sauces. Clean dining room. Efficient service. Reasonable price €19. Not many customers, only 14. Minor drawbacks: broken outdoor furniture and windows. Free parking.
