28/10/2025: Delicious and original , decor is Architectual Digest masculine. Blanc de seiche with potiron et cepes was a lively change . Desert : rich chocolate pave with fresh cut pears and coulis de groseilles. I did not want to brush my teeth because the after taste was so good

The chef's touch brings a unique sensory experience to every dish. The owners are wonderful. Madame is warm, smiling, and kind; Monsieur is cheerful, accommodating, and playful. As for the staff, Jean-Luc and his chef are two major and indispensable assets, so attentive, jovial, always in good spirits, and exemplary in their professionalism. 26/02/2026: Colleagues had told me about this brasserie, so I went for a hot chocolate. The decor is amazing. It's so warm and welcoming, perfect for relaxing and enjoying a moment alone, as a couple, with family, or with friends. I'll definitely go back for a meal next time.

07/02/2026: We had dinner tonight at Royaume du Couscous. It was delicious and the waiter was friendly and attentive. We will definitely return.

20/12/2025: Disappointed. Not by the welcome, the atmosphere, or the food. It's hard to rate these things when you make a reservation for two that same evening, and the person told us it was all set, but when we arrived, the shutters were down. Not cool, I think. Disappointed. We ended up going to the restaurant next door, which was open and really good. I should mention it was only 8:30 pm, and the restaurant is supposed to close at 10 pm!

30/12/2025: The setting is remarkable and we enjoyed our lunch. Two points of disappointment: it was far too cold in the dining room and the price of the estate's wines was very disappointing (a white wine costing €40 in the shop was billed at €115 in the restaurant).

29/12/2025: I think this is truly the best, or one of the top three restaurants in Bordeaux. Everything is perfect, from the welcome and service to the delicious, expertly prepared dishes. There's really nothing to criticize. Bravo to the whole team! Thank you, keep up the good work! We come back from time to time and we love it!

14/02/2026: Several minor issues with this restaurant. First, they don't know how to make a mojito, which is a shame; it's not a good start. The appetizer was impeccable, no complaints there. The main course... well, the tuna deserves something other than lobster sauce. You lose the taste of the seared tuna; the sauce ruins everything. Finally, the dessert, a chocolate spring roll, was disappointing—a basic, uninteresting chocolate. I have no desire to return.

05/04/2024: The owners are stressed people who only think about making a profit! They go so far as to scare away their customer who is not consuming enough. We wonder how people like that can take care of animals. In short, to flee.

05/04/2024: Great experience at the cat counter. A great welcome, good drinks and pastries, and above all cats everywhere. A large indoor and outdoor space is dedicated to them and the atmosphere is superb. Best cat bar in Bordeaux after having tested several, I recommend ++!

02/03/2026: Spacious room with a balcony on the second and top floor, under the eaves. Very nice bathroom. Please note there is no elevator. The room does not have a refrigerator.
