24/10/2024: Une très belle découverte suite à un passage en famille sur Libourne. Merci aux autres voyageurs et clients dont leurs avis nous ont facilité notre choix pour déjeuner. Mon épouse, mes filles et moi-même nous sommes régalés. Les frites et burgers sont fait maison. Délicieux tout simplement. La bière locale « Les 3 drôles » est très bonne pour accompagner le plat. Je recommande vivement cette adresse.

08/12/2024: Do you like cheese? Then you absolutely must discover this restaurant! The Savoyard fondue is excellent. The vaulted cheese cellar had over 90 cheeses when we visited. Classified in 3 categories from the mildest to the strongest, ideal for making them in order truly a delight. Good wines to go with it! Don't forget to book otherwise it's not worth it!

06/12/2024: Un sitio muy agradable y peculiar. El menú está basado en los distintos tipos de quesos Franceses y vino. Pedimos una cazuelita de queso fundido, que venía con una tabla de embutidos y patatas asadas y también, por recomendación del camarero, otro queso fundido. Quizá hubieses sido mejor un queso fundido y una tabla de quesos variados, para no ser tan repetitivo de queso fundido. Los camareros muy amables y educados.

01/01/2025: mea culpa mea culpa mea maxima culpa arrivato ad Arcachon stremato dalla salita alla duna più alta d’Europa e affamato mi sono infilato nel primo ristorante sul mare che ho trovato Chez Diego ricavandone però un’esperienza sostanzialmente negativa in Giurisprudenza si dice che tre indizi fanno una prova ma io metto sul piatto tre prove vere e proprie 1. cruditée di mare servite correttamente su ghiaccio ma completamente congelate, a una temperatura che rendeva impossibile cogliere i sapori 2. lumachine di mare piene di sabbia 3. gamberi a cui non era stato tolto nemmeno in parte il budello nero tre errori inaccettabili che hanno inficiato un’accoglienza e un servizio buoni, nonostante la presenza di almeno altri 100 clienti il prezzo sarebbe stato equo se rapportato a cibi correttamente preparati e serviti peccato! una delusione (ma faute ma faute ma faute maximale arrivé à Arcachon épuisé par l'ascension de la plus haute dune d'Europe et faim Je me suis dirigé vers le premier restaurant de bord de mer que j'ai trouvé, Chez Diego mais entraînant une expérience substantiellement négative dans la jurisprudence, on dit que trois éléments de indice font la preuve mais j'ai mis trois vrais tests sur la table 1. crudités de fruits de mer servies correctement sur glace mais complètement congelées, à une température qui ne permettait pas d'en saisir les saveurs 2. des escargots de mer pleins de sable 3. crevettes dont même une partie de l'enveloppe noire n'a pas été retirée trois erreurs inacceptables ce qui a affecté le bon accueil et le service, malgré la présence d'au moins 100 autres clients le prix aurait été juste par rapport à la nourriture correctement préparée et servie Péché! une déception

25/01/2025: Arriving by chance on a Sunday at 1:30 p.m.... we didn't think we would be able to eat anymore and what a nice surprise when we opened the door of this place to be very well received and served in a very warm atmosphere and overwhelmed by the quality and service. refinement of the dishes. We chose the lobster menu and were impressed by the different presentations of a seafood that we eat regularly. The service is of high quality, the waiters attentive and caring. 17/08/2024: Accueil toujours très sympathique et réservation sans soucis malgré poussette avec bébé. Repas de qualité notamment le trio de saint jacques que je recommande. Peut-être un peu déçu par le vacherin 2 boules de glace avec chantilly et morceaux de meringue. Épaule d' agneau confite parfaite.
