11/01/2026: Went yesterday. Truly exceptional, especially considering the chef is alone in the kitchen! Everything is very well organized, the service is excellent, and of course, the food is fantastic. We loved the celery dish, which really showcases the chef's technique 🫡

05/12/2025: Excellent discovery...a very beautiful and well-decorated place with plenty of space between each table...original and unforgettable flavors from the amuse-bouche to dessert...the drinks offered with the €72 menu, including a glass of champagne, a glass of white wine, and a glass of red wine, are very well chosen as they are good and pair perfectly with the meal...pleasant and quick service, and watching the chef at work gives a great impression...truly an excellent evening spent in this very high-quality restaurant...thank you

01/12/2025: A wonderful evening with friends, featuring truly excellent cuisine, a very pleasant and welcoming atmosphere, and incredibly friendly service. What's more, the price-quality ratio is very reasonable; this is a place open all year round and one we'll gladly return to.

01/01/2025: mea culpa mea culpa mea maxima culpa arrivato ad Arcachon stremato dalla salita alla duna più alta d’Europa e affamato mi sono infilato nel primo ristorante sul mare che ho trovato Chez Diego ricavandone però un’esperienza sostanzialmente negativa in Giurisprudenza si dice che tre indizi fanno una prova ma io metto sul piatto tre prove vere e proprie 1. cruditée di mare servite correttamente su ghiaccio ma completamente congelate, a una temperatura che rendeva impossibile cogliere i sapori 2. lumachine di mare piene di sabbia 3. gamberi a cui non era stato tolto nemmeno in parte il budello nero tre errori inaccettabili che hanno inficiato un’accoglienza e un servizio buoni, nonostante la presenza di almeno altri 100 clienti il prezzo sarebbe stato equo se rapportato a cibi correttamente preparati e serviti peccato! una delusione (ma faute ma faute ma faute maximale arrivé à Arcachon épuisé par l'ascension de la plus haute dune d'Europe et faim Je me suis dirigé vers le premier restaurant de bord de mer que j'ai trouvé, Chez Diego mais entraînant une expérience substantiellement négative dans la jurisprudence, on dit que trois éléments de indice font la preuve mais j'ai mis trois vrais tests sur la table 1. crudités de fruits de mer servies correctement sur glace mais complètement congelées, à une température qui ne permettait pas d'en saisir les saveurs 2. des escargots de mer pleins de sable 3. crevettes dont même une partie de l'enveloppe noire n'a pas été retirée trois erreurs inacceptables ce qui a affecté le bon accueil et le service, malgré la présence d'au moins 100 autres clients le prix aurait été juste par rapport à la nourriture correctement préparée et servie Péché! une déception

20/01/2026: Still as good as ever. Super friendly staff. No complaints about the food. Can't wait for the nice weather to arrive so we can enjoy the terrace.

16/01/2026: The dish was generous and quite good. However, the ambient noise made the experience less enjoyable. As for the "virgin mojito," it didn't live up to what one would expect from this non-alcoholic cocktail: the fizz was completely absent. It would probably be wise to reconsider its name.

19/11/2025: KoKo has become one of my favorite bars in Tours. It has a friendly atmosphere, a great menu, and above all, excellent service. Martin and KiKi know how to make customers feel at ease: available, smiling, and very professional, they truly contribute to the bar's unique character. Perfect for an evening with friends or a successful after-work drink! 🍹🍸

17/01/2026: First time dining at this restaurant as a couple. A pleasant surprise, excellent service, very good food, and a warm welcome. I found the side dish a little sparse with the duck breast (just a dollop of mashed potatoes), but I'm still giving it 5 stars because the restaurant definitely deserves them.

15/01/2026: The Restaurant - A true gem of the Arcachon Basin!! My girlfriend and I celebrated a birthday here, and what a pleasant surprise! A local restaurant offering an affordable, generous, and gourmet tasting menu! The service was impeccable; the waiters and waitresses were very courteous and professional above all (special mention for the thoughtful touch! 😉) It's a wonderful experience, a great time, but above all, a true visual and gustatory delight that Le Résinier offers! We ended up falling in love with the restaurant, and we'll be back! Thank you to the whole team 😊

12/12/2025: Honestly, 1925 in Bordeaux… what a wonderful surprise! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a warmth and attentiveness that is rare these days. The waiter recommended the scallop carpaccio with vanilla, and I must say, it was delicious. The next course was just as good and very fragrant: superb presentation, nothing to criticize. You can really tell that everything is done with care. We had a truly pleasant, simple, and genuine experience, and it just makes you want to go back.
