A huge shout-out to the two waitresses as well: absolutely wonderful, cheerful, attentive, and always smiling. Their energy and professionalism truly made all the difference and greatly contributed to the warm atmosphere of the day. And what can we say about the food… a real treat! Each dish was sublime, bursting with flavor, and prepared with remarkable care. Our guests were delighted, and so were we! 20/02/2026: I share at least two things with this chef: our first name (rare!) and a taste for "well done." And that's an understatement. Everything was very well done. A remarkable experience, following the thread of our local produce, guided with inventiveness and mastery by the entire team, with service provided by talented chefs and excellent wine recommendations. Special mention to the saucier. A few daring surprises, perfectly executed, pushing the boundaries of structure and sublime flavors in a pleasant atmosphere.

07/04/2026: Excellent all-you-can-eat buffet at lunchtime with plenty of choice and a reasonable price. However, don't go in the evening; there's almost nothing left, just the leftovers from lunchtime, and at the same price. It's a shame.

The food is quite well prepared and the service is particularly friendly. The quality-to-price ratio is good. A nice place for simple but tasty food, a little removed from the crowds of Rue Sainte-Catherine.
