Veal head with gribiche sauce. Perfect seasoning.
On the other hand, I would have appreciated a freshly ground pepper.

Au niveau restauration, tout était excellent, tant au niveau saveurs que visuellement.
On voit perçoit le travail effectué.
Nous sommes déjà venus il y a longtemps et nous reviendrons.
