16/07/2026: Everyone has been waiting for the Air France check-in counters to open since 4:00 AM, two hours before takeoff. It's 4:30 AM... no Air France staff in sight, no information. Wake up, it's time!

12/07/2026: I had a great experience at the Air France Lounge in Bordeaux Airport before my Sunday evening flight at 8:25 PM. The lounge is relatively small, but that’s exactly what makes it so enjoyable. It feels cosy, peaceful, and—during my visit—not crowded at all, providing the perfect atmosphere to unwind before boarding. A special mention goes to the lady welcoming guests. She was exceptionally professional, genuinely warm, and made every guest feel valued from the moment they arrived. Customer service of this quality is becoming increasingly rare. The food selection was good, and there was a nice variety of coffee, soft drinks, and other beverages. Everything was fresh, well presented, and regularly replenished. Having also visited the other lounge at Bordeaux Airport, which is shared by most other airlines, I can confidently say the difference is like night and day. The Air France Lounge offers a much calmer atmosphere, superior hospitality, and an overall far more pleasant experience. If you’re flying Air France from Bordeaux, this lounge is definitely worth visiting. I would happily return.

The flavors are perfectly balanced, and the cuisine truly transports you. The welcome is warm, the service attentive, and the setting is exotic. A must-try for lovers of Thai cuisine. Absolutely worth it!

17/04/2026: The unpleasant waitress’s face send us an unwelcoming feelings. Food is ok, but way too overpriced. A pineapple rice portion is just enough to feed my 5-year-old son, but that costs 20 euros. The decorations are very beautiful. But we prefer a restaurant with authentic taste of food instead of decorative walls. I’ve been to thailand for many times , this is not what i am looking for as taste wise.

25/07/2026: This McDonald's is a disaster!! They're terrible in every way. The manager should definitely find a new career. There's always something missing from the order, the drinks are undrinkable, and the wait... I don't think he understands the concept of fast food.

22/07/2026: This McDonald's gets a zero. They always forget things, forget ingredients in the burgers, the drinks are flat or not cold, and the place is constantly unsanitary. You can't really ask much of them, even with two customers inside, but they make absolutely no effort or stress. And I just read a comment from the manager about the soda tax; he said it's a national regulation, and Burger King doesn't apply it. That's strange, isn't it?!? Anyway, everyone goes to Burger King. For 10 euros, you eat better and it's much more substantial.

09/05/2026: Found this place on Google which said it was open until 5pm, arrived at 3pm and the doors were wide open so we walked in to order.. we were greeted in the most rudest manner 'why are you here' 'what do you want', I tried to expla the misunderstanding and that we'd driven 15 mins on purpose but the woman, who was clearly overwhelmed by the fact that we had even dared to walk in, showed us the a sign on the door and shouted 'were closed, obviously I do not serve food after 2pm'. Terrible attitude towards clients, quite shameful...

22/05/2025: Outdoor Terrace This evening, we discovered the new outdoor terrace. Enjoying generous and authentic cuisine while listening to the gentle sound of the fountain was a truly relaxing experience. Pure bliss!

04/05/2026: I've been going there for almost 10 years, for lunch or a drink after work, which sometimes ends in the evening, and it's always a pleasant experience. Good prices, relaxed atmosphere, and Sami, the owner, is always welcoming. And since I'm leaving the neighborhood for the south of France, I'm finally taking the time to leave a review!

10/05/2026: Excellent vegan pizza, which included vegan sausages and cheeses! Plus, the staff was very friendly.
