The rooms are immaculate, comfortable, and tastefully decorated—you can feel the attention to detail. The setting is calm and peaceful, perfect for disconnecting. And the new pool, opening at the end of June, will definitely be a real bonus. A well-maintained and enjoyable place that you'll want to return to.

14/09/2026: Upon arrival, I was asked if I had a reservation at a completely empty restaurant and presented with a photocopy explaining that these were the only dishes available that evening. As a hotel guest, I accepted and sat at a table near the entrance. I waited 20 minutes; other people arrived and sat down, but still nothing. A waitress approached and, of course, immediately began taking orders from the last arrivals. I'm willing to make the effort to accept the limited menu, but being forgotten and neglected to this extent doesn't warrant this restaurant's three stars. The menu is already meager and limited, and on top of that, there's no respect for the customer. I would advise you to avoid this place; other restaurants nearby are far more worthwhile.

15/09/2026: What a pleasant surprise when we discovered this restaurant during the Médoc Marathon! It was packed the whole time, and we could enjoy the smiles, laughter, and joy on the faces of both the customers and the servers. A festive atmosphere! As for the meal, it was perfect. Served quickly, hot, and excellent. Impeccable service that, even with an event the size of the marathon, managed to satisfy the customers. Thank you again. I highly recommend it.

05/08/2026: Despite the visible improvements since the change of ownership, I'm quite surprised that no one in the comments has mentioned the VERY PARTICULAR odor that emanates from the entrance of this establishment... it's truly unbearable, do something about it... between the smells of sewage backup (to put it mildly) and the odors of perspiration, there must be a real problem with air circulation, but it's unacceptable 🤮

11/07/2026: It's a shame I can't give 0 stars: the staff are extremely unpleasant and unfriendly, they had trouble refunding me because my train was arriving, and they can't even make a single sandwich in 25 minutes. Avoid this place at all costs!

10/07/2026: Avoid at all costs. This restaurant is lucky to be part of the American chain. Without that, it would never survive. The food is rushed, the service is slower than a snail, and the employees only respond to our questions sporadically. 25 minutes for a drink and two ice creams. When we went to ask for a refund, they told us our order had been thrown away because we hadn't picked it up, even though we hadn't moved from the counter! This McDonald's is undoubtedly one of the worst in France!

05/12/2025: Your restaurant is good. It's a shame the website says it's open when it's almost never open except for a few days, and even then it's rare. They just need to change the area where it says it's open. On the internet, they should say it's closed.

15/11/2025: From the very first minute, we felt incredibly comfortable here. The staff is unbelievably friendly, attentive, and efficient. You truly feel welcome and valued as a guest. But most importantly: the food was absolutely delicious! We enjoyed a variety of Italian specialties, and everything—from the appetizers to the pizza and pasta—was freshly prepared and of outstanding quality. A true Italian culinary delight that leaves you wanting more. In short: "Il Giardino" is the perfect combination of authentically good food and wonderfully friendly service. If you're in Lège-Cap-Ferret and craving Italian cuisine, you absolutely must eat here! Highly recommended and a well-deserved 5 out of 5 stars! 🇮🇹💖

25/07/2026: Passing through Libourne with my husband, we decided to stop for lunch at this pizzeria on our way back. He ordered a classic Regina, and I went for a Burrata. And honestly, it was absolutely DELICIOUS. The pizza was perfectly topped, the combinations were excellent, and the ingredients were top-notch! The owner was fantastic, handling everything like a pro. Despite the numerous orders, there wasn't too long a wait. This will be our go-to pizza spot in Libourne from now on!

01/07/2026: What can I say except that it's not worth it. I hope the pizza maker isn't being paid or is simply not Italian, because that would be a disgrace to the country. The dough was made with cardboard, the ham with frozen ham. I won't even go into the tasting. I don't recommend it. One star because I can't give zero.

06/09/2026: A very well-located restaurant with friendly and attentive waiters. The steak tartare lacked homemade seasoning; a little homemade sauce would have been welcome! And a second minor point: the crème brûlée, which I suspect wasn't homemade as it lacked a hint of vanilla flavor. Otherwise, very pleasant and very well located. We'll be back.
