18/04/2026: It's truly sad, the feeling of seeing a giant (Flunch), once a benchmark, wither away like this is heartbreaking. The cashier also makes the fries 🍟 The buffet isn't replenished often enough, the staff are exhausted, which is understandable. It's tasteless, dirty, gloomy, and depressing. The CEO needs to wake up. Flunch is finished for me, I'll never go back.

15/04/2026: The atmosphere this morning was catastrophic and oppressive. The cook was very bitter and really unfriendly. He served me raw, undercooked fish, and I wanted my steak rare, but it ended up being very well-done. When I pointed this out, he started complaining and shouting, "I'm all alone in the kitchen, I'm fed up!" In short, avoid this place! To top it all off, the staff were arguing amongst themselves in front of everyone—a disgrace!

06/02/2026: A cold and icy welcome. When you say hello to the waiter, you simply expect a response—basic manners and politeness. I'm still waiting.

23/01/2026: The bar was supposed to close at 1 a.m., but it was impossible to order a drink at 9:45 p.m. because "service is over." As a result, I joined a table of friends... without anything to drink.

15/05/2026: Tell me, what are the chances that within an hour, at least four cars entering your parking lot suddenly have flat tires (in each case, the right rear tire), and a moment later, a "dirty" man in a white jumpsuit appears, curious about what's in the trunks of open cars whose drivers are changing a tire. You protect yourself by closing your station overnight, access is only through a small window, but what about your customers? Oh, I forgot, we're in France, the most powerful country in Europe, shameful.

27/08/2025: We had just left the beach as a family and were looking for a pizzeria. What a great discovery! The welcome was wonderful (smiles and good humor) and the pizzas were delicious. The chicken is halal and the lady took special care during the preparation which my sister and I found adorable. Thank you! I highly recommend!

26/08/2025: Fast service, pleasant staff but very mediocre quality pizzas (hard dough, flavorless ingredients, etc.) All for a fairly high price.

12/05/2026: Average kebab, not very tasty, they put the fries inside (????) dry and slightly cold

31/03/2026: I hadn't kept track of my pre-ordered visits, but this is too much for just one restaurant. The service really needs improvement. I walked in, and there was nobody inside except for one staff member sitting at a table with headphones on, her back to the entrance. I said hello several times, but nothing. If you want no one to come, keep doing what you're doing. This isn't the first time I've been disappointed with the service at this chain.

24/05/2026: We arrived right when the restaurant opened. The self-service area was fine, and the dishes we chose—a rösti and a hamburger—were both very good. However, the dining area was filthy, even though we chose the least dirty table (remember, we arrived right when they opened). There were crumbs everywhere, even on the chairs. The staff started eating at the same time as us, and the restaurant was truly disgusting. There were better things to do than sit down and eat next to other customers with tables in that state. I would have been ashamed if I were them. We were the first customers, and despite that, since the staff were eating at the same time as us, there wasn't a single fry left in the trays. When I finally found the water fountain, there were dirty glasses full of lukewarm water. When I finally got my fries, I went to get some ketchup and mustard. There was a hair dangling from the mustard dispenser, and they were out of ketchup. I always remind you that we arrived right when the restaurant opened. And eating surrounded by employees who were going on about Flunch's downfall wasn't the best experience... we won't be back...

03/04/2026: The service was terrible, even though the place isn't bad. They don't even have sugar for the coffee... oh, and no toilets either.

27/12/2025: Mélanie is a perfect host, both in terms of her welcome and the service. A very pleasant place, except for the door that has to be left open and the resulting excessive heating consumption.
