27/08/2024: Accustomed to coming to the copper toque of Artigues, we are very disappointed following our visit today. 80 cannelés purchased and arrived at our home, we noticed that they were super hard. Impossible to eat without reheating them because they are so hard. And even when reheated, as soon as they cool down they become hard again. Really disappointed especially when it's for guests. We stopped by at 6:30 p.m. and almost we had the impression of having had old cannelés from the end of the day or from the day before. Whereas usually they are not like that you can eat them without even heating them. We are extremely disappointed.
We will turn to another manufacturer if quality is degraded in favor of quantity and profitability.

07/12/2024: We have never been disappointed until now but we went to eat there last Saturday November 30 and I don't think we are ready to go back. There was clearly a staffing problem. Virtually empty room and no more welcoming new customers. An hour to have mussels and fries. Cheese in the sauce that wasn't melted and frozen fries that were dry. The waiter was apologetic and did what he could but it seemed like they were all doing the cooking and serving. Plus it was very cold and I left with a bad cold. In short, it's over for us

27/08/2024: Je passe dans ce restaurant environ deux fois par an quand je vais sur Bordeaux mais je crois que ça sera la dernière fois c'est la nourriture industrielle avant elle était pas terrible mais là tout est décongelé il n'y a carrément rien de bon l'accueil a été sympathique mais c'est dommage car il n'y a vraiment rien d'agréable

It was a very beautiful and neat shop in the streets of the city of Bordeaux. 🌆
We wanted to stop after quite a bit of walking and it was around 6-7pm. 🕧🚶♂️
The coffee had a nice aroma and a satisfying taste. ☕️👌
The only problem was the behavior of some staff members. 😕
The girl at the counter was nice and explained very nicely that they will be closing soon so there is no dine-in option, another staff member spoke to us rather abruptly, even when we tried to apologize for not understanding her she continued to speak to us abruptly . 😨
