A warm welcome, high quality products cooked with care and served with delicacy.
A big thank you for the birthday candles for our two boys.
08/03/2024: Dinner for three. Extremely pleasant, warm place and superbly crafted decoration details. Lots of nods to Savoie and Mauritius.
The food was fantastic, a mix of classic and original. The Savoie/Mauritius mix proposed raises questions and works perfectly! It's always a marvel to see chefs come up with incredible combinations and bring out different flavors in each bite.
The service was impeccable, very careful, clear and professional.
Bonus: our children were looked after by the hotel which hosts the restaurant, a significant plus when you are passing through and without the possibility of care to enjoy this perfect moment.

30/09/2024: We were served by a redheaded waitress who cleaned the tables backwards. The tables were covered in mites, which can happen. She was offended at having to clean them on the pretext that we had chosen this particular table and that it was under the chestnut trees.
This is part of your responsibilities. We asked you politely, and from the terrace we hear you complaining to your colleagues. Maybe changing careers would be a good idea? Conclusion, unfriendly service, deplorable even!

26/01/2025: How can we appreciate what we consume when we feel like we're bothering you, and that you're being educated with unpleasant remarks? The customer does not ask to be king, but such clumsiness reveals the behavior of staff who have taken on a big head, undoubtedly due to...success?
Management should remind servers that customers are human beings, who like a little gentleness and kindness, because they come there to relax and feel good, not to be borderline rushed and have to defend themselves against derogatory remarks (three unacceptable reproaches all at once that's a lot, we are better received at our Kebab, where we feel welcome and pampered like pashas!).

I am told with a lot of irony that the delivery men have already left! I imagine they were in the starting blocks, engine running. It's really pitiful in terms of customer response and sense of service. You have to change careers. Especially since the orders are prepared on site...

16/09/2024: Le Nautilus est un sous-marin de fiction comme le repas servi. Apparemment le capitaine avait déserté la cuisine. Le filet de bar et son risotto au mascarpone étaient insipides. Aucun effort sur la présentation du plat. Partis sans prendre de desserts. Le seul goût de la mer qui nous restait en bouche, c'était l'addition, très salée.
Allez accoster dans un autre port.

Hors de prix pour des plats dignes d’une entrée …
Menu enfant en prix d’un menu ouvrier de qualité dans une brasserie, pour que même un enfant de trois ans réclament encore à manger après ça … salade à 19€, pour trois bouchées, et salade cesar à + de 20€ pour de la salade en sachet …
Les toilettes odeurs et état déplorables …!
Une honte absolue, aucun sourire tout le long du service …
Sincèrement, la colère et le dégoût nous envahissent plus qu’autre chose … ces gens et ces endroits ne devraient pas exister !

03/09/2024: Very good restaurant. When we arrive we wonder what we are going to find but past the porch we discover a pretty, quiet terrace with a beautiful room.
The cocktails and dishes are generous... the service very friendly. In short, I recommend this restaurant. The menu at 31 euros is very good value for money... to do as a couple or with family.
23/08/2024: Very friendly atmosphere and staff. The dishes are elegant and good, although our fish arrived cold, too bad. Children's menu available and baby chair.

20/08/2024: Overall it remains a good restaurant but that day, the team was overwhelmed, an efficient waiter who did what he could but who must have felt alone, which made the service very long (but he had nothing to do with it) The cuisine of the day is nothing transcendent but remains good despite plates of charcuterie left in the ambient air for too long, an andouillette sauce a little too stuck to the powder... no time for dessert,...
I will come back for a second opinion while testing the card which looks nice.

If I could have given 0 stars I would have done so. To begin with when we come in we smell a salacious odor; greasy windows as if duck fat had been spread. We arrive in front of a private saleswoman… No smile, no politeness. We meet the boss, who I initially took for the city's crack. To flee.
