13/07/2026: Good evening, I'm not used to writing bad reviews, but I must share this experience. The burgers have lost their appeal. The bun (which seems to be "homemade" by the baker) is too big for the filling, giving the impression of an empty burger. It wasn't bad in taste, but it was thin and unappetizing. The main negative point concerns the "Kebab": a barely toasted flatbread with an excessive sauce that completely overpowered any flavor. The meat was the same; I couldn't eat it—it was the worst part. It's a shame because the service is friendly and the snacks were good when they first started, but now neither the taste nor the quality is there.

09/03/2026: Restaurant run by a friendly couple. Conveniently located right opposite Tram A in lower Cenon, with a small terrace out front. The quality is consistently excellent. The dishes are superb. The chef/owner is always attentive. His wife, who manages the service, always has a joke ready. The Cadillac wine and the punch are also very good. Well done to you both, see you soon!

22/01/2026: Excellent neighborhood restaurant. The welcome is very pleasant, the cuisine is sophisticated and delicious, all at a moderate price. Perfect. Terre & Mer, on Avenue Thiers, is exactly the kind of place that gives a neighborhood its identity. Unpretentious, not flashy, but honest, expertly prepared cuisine with that little extra something that makes it memorable. This type of restaurant is a bit like the backbone of a city: homemade cuisine that doesn't cut corners, a warm welcome, a loyal local clientele, ... and that "we feel good here" feeling that money can't buy!

19/06/2026: Hello, I may not be a loyal customer, but until now I haven't really had any complaints about my calzone. From excellent to just okay, that's my opinion. All the ingredients were there, but the portion size is quite small, so there's a significant difference between generous and a sampler. Therefore, even if I'm very hungry or craving a calzone with extras, I'll think twice before ordering from here again. The dough was good and perfectly cooked, a little bland without an abundance of ingredients. Thank you.

15/05/2026: They are very friendly but I had ask 3 times for water. I also had to ask 3 times for wine which I never got. The food is nothing to rave about or want to talk about again. They did their best at most. Probably won’t return for dinner or food. Might a ok spot for just a drink in the square in the afternoon but that’s if you ever get it.

29/05/2026: Since COVID, this free, recurring experience, happening almost every Friday night, sometimes even Saturday, is noisy and goes on until unreasonable hours: 3 or 4 AM on bad days or nights. It's impossible to sleep with the window open during the cooler summer hours. It's undoubtedly a party spot for those who spend the night there and return to their peaceful beds in the early morning, far from the racket and unbearable bass. For me, a local resident, this place* makes me want to move and has led me to call the police numerous times for noise complaints. I'm also noting all the calls, as well as some of my neighbors, which will provide the basis for a detailed complaint. *The location is a large, uninsulated warehouse that acts like a giant amplifier. Unintentionally, I'm giving it one black star just to be able to publish this review.

15/08/2026: Decent food. We were unfortunately seated in the dining room (during peak hours), but the owner arranged a table for our group, and we received excellent service despite the busy time. Good food for a restaurant of this type. Very nice ice cream sundaes. What more could you ask for!

The service was simply impeccable: a dynamic, friendly, and remarkably quick team despite the crowds. Prices are very reasonable for the area, making it a great option for a successful lunch break. I highly recommend it!

28/04/2026: A truly wonderful place. Just steps from the beach, the location is ideal for unwinding and relaxing. The welcome is warm and attentive, yet remains genuine and pleasant. The rooms are immaculate, comfortable, and tastefully decorated—you can feel the attention to detail. The setting is calm and peaceful, perfect for disconnecting. And the new pool, opening at the end of June, will definitely be a real bonus. A well-maintained and enjoyable place that you'll want to return to.
