25/09/2024: I cannot figure out how this place has such a low rating, well I guess I can mainly due to the service, they are great but they could be more welcoming, some look to pursuade you from coming in and eating, a little customer service and this place would be great, but despite not being cheery, they are nice enough

24/09/2024: I went there for dinner with a colleague I ordered a fish sauerkraut good bad luck no haddock fish which gives this particular scent and taste we double the portions of fish in the salmon zander dish I appreciate the gesture however the sauerkraut is not bad the dish is well garnished but lacks a little refinement. I have already eaten fish sauerkraut that was a bit better. The salad ordered is certainly large but slightly cooked. Too bad for traditional Alsatian cuisine, there are little things to improve. 28/08/2024: We participated in the evening of August 15, a village festival atmosphere from the previous century, with street artists and wooden games for children. There were a crazy crowd, which greatly complicated the evening: 45 minutes in line to get to the ticket office, get your tickets (15€/person all the same), and the plan. As soon as you enter the site, everything is sublime, in a superb state of conservation, clean and the decor is extremely neat. We are outside of time. But... No timetable for the different shows (except the 9:30 p.m.), a still monstrous 30-minute queue for the snack (2 sandwiches of your choice only and drinks), then another 20 to 30 minutes of waiting for each game with the children (paid: tokens to buy, non-refundable, but small toys to collect before leaving). In short, we saw almost nothing, and absolutely couldn't enjoy the place as the waiting times everywhere were exorbitant, and it's a real shame! The main show was impossible to see as there were so many people... In short, disappointed to pay and ultimately not see much especially given the price of entry. Too bad, because the staff is dressed in period clothing, adorable, with a smile, and that feels good!

09/09/2024: During our stay in Munster we were once again very comfortable in the Hotel Deybach. We appreciated the cleanliness of the rooms as well as the breakfast with mainly regional products. The staff is discreet and at the same time very friendly and understanding.

18/09/2024: Was here for dinner with my girlfriend. They had just brought out the mezze, when my girlfriend said she felt bad after a long day traveling. I told the staff and they were completely understanding and packed the whole meal so we could finish it at our hotel. They even added a little desert (baklava) as a feel better soon present. So friendly!

04/09/2024: An address that you would like to keep to yourself, that's how wonderful it is at Alisiers. If you can do without a pool and spa, this is the place for you. You can enjoy breathtaking views from the restaurant, the terrace and some rooms, as well as light, local, tasty cuisine with vegetables from their own garden. There are excellent wine recommendations to accompany the meal. But above all, the warm owners Caroline and Matthias Degouy create a feel-good atmosphere without being intrusive. The charm of this hotel-restaurant is incomparable. Of course, the beds are very comfortable, the towels are fluffy and the rooms are absolutely clean. It's just difficult to leave because you don't want to leave. Lapoutroie is an ideal starting point for hikes or visits to beautiful villages and towns in Alsace. We would like to thank Caroline, Matthias, Benoit, Jeanne and the entire team for an unforgettable celebration. Everything was perfect!

06/09/2024: Very nice and quiet hotel with restaurant in the old city wall. Very good tarte flambée. People also speak German. The room on the top floor was newly renovated and had air conditioning. Breakfast costs €12 extra per person. Attention: the stairs from the ground floor to the 1st floor are extremely narrow and steep. Then we go back to the DG. The hotel has parking tickets for several days for parking in the large parking lot. Otherwise the space costs €4 per day (to be taken from the parking machine)

03/09/2024: Both the hotel, for the quiet location and the beauty and cleanliness of the rooms, and the restaurant, for the quality of the meat and variety of typical dishes of the area are highly recommended!!..the portions are generous and the prices are fair in relation to the quality!..excellent wines and beer!!
