14/09/2024: Very good lunch yesterday. Despite our delay, welcome. Menu of the day very good fish, well cooked, very good starter terrine and damson tart with excellent whipped cream. Price of starter main course and dessert for 19.50 more than correct (Coming from Brittany this price mainly concerns starter main course or main course dessert only) so nothing to say. Very nice, very clean interior. Great discovery

13/09/2024: The food is good but frankly too expensive it's gourmet restaurant prices in fact 2 people daily menus bland bolognese without flavor but my wife had the meat a treat. there are too many noises from the EDF workers screaming at table and who think they are alone in the restaurant

16/12/2024: Came on Friday 13/12, Not only was I expected at a medical appointment, I was allowed to wait 20 minutes at the drive-thru, if not more. But on top of that I paid extra for Christmas stockings that I didn't even receive. Unfortunately, I realized it too late, having already arrived at my meeting 1 hour away, I couldn't turn around. Pitifully disappointing, I remind you that it's supposed to be a fast food restaurant just in case where he was not aware of the translation, Fast means fast I think I am served faster in a restaurant than at McDonald's disappointing and on top of that by waiting 20 minutes they manage to forget your items, and when I wanted to claim my socks, we dared to tell me that I had no proof that he had not already given them to me Since I came on Monday, not being able to come earlier.!!

16/12/2024: Toilet for tiny women, you can just go in and for men the urinal and next to the door... And the wait of an hour for just 2 menus, several tables and more received their order before, I have to go and claim my order, it's really excessive... I don't recommend going to KFC at all to avoid wasting your time.

08/12/2024: Toilets that smell like cat litter not cleaned for 1 month, black marks on the toilet doors and below the women's toilets, cold fries, staff who give the impression of not being interested in the situation at all. We're passing through the area, I've had McDonald's, but it's really by far the dirtiest I've seen. Furthermore, I read that the situation has been going on for over a year, with similar comments, plus one person takes the trouble to respond to apologize, but in the end no decision is made, we don't see any improvement... Just amazing in a bad way... We reported the situation to a member of staff, who told us that the toilets are cleaned every evening, and that they don't know why there is this smell that can be felt all the way to the back of the room. We were able to see a person heading with a mop towards the toilet, without products, without cleaner, without gloves, only to come out not even 2 minutes later.... There are no more questions to ask in the end... I sincerely hope that the staff wash their hands... We can read positive comments where we largely feel that it is to raise the rating and that we are very far from reality, it is a shame for a McDonald's... I hope for this restaurant that there will not be an inspection by the DDPP LOL...

17/01/2025: To flee. We arrive at reception, the staff cannot find our reservation. We would have been better off leaving. The room stinks of tobacco, we are provided with an air freshener bomb. The next day when we returned the room had not been made! The 12€ breakfast is simply a scam: You have to cry to get a slice of bread, the napkins are replaced by a roll of household paper, no coffee (the water is cut off because there are roadworks in the street etc.....)

03/01/2025: Three star hotel??! Absolutely not! It's not worth more than two The services are very poor We booked for 5 nights (because prepaid) Pillows without pillowcases, which we had to request. Every morning to "make the bed" they only pull the duvet over the bed, leaving the sheets wrinkled from the previous night. For the kettle: once only 1 sachet of coffee for two people, the next day there is no sugar, the next day they put the sugar but there are no teaspoons to mix it. One day we didn't even have glasses Empty soap dispensers in the bathroom. Roll holder removed, toilet paper stuck in the broken piece left resting on the shelf It's a shame because the location is convenient for getting around Alsace

21/09/2024: 45 min wait to get my order…. There are no crowds either, our neighbors ended up leaving. We should have taken the other bar, the service there seems faster

22/09/2024: If you are not in a hurry, go there for 45 minutes and we were not the only ones without a crowd, you will understand, the meal received was barely lukewarm.

21/09/2024: We couldn't taste the food because we weren't served. It looked okay. After we sat down, the employee told us that we had to get up because the table needed to be cleaned. Fine in itself, although the table was not actually dirty. But the tone was immediately quite unkind and forceful. Of course it would have been nicer to ask. Anyway, there's probably a lot of annoying tourists here and it's the end of the season, so it can happen. However, when we got up, she didn't come back to actually clean the table. We then sat down again after a minute and were no longer served, while she did help other new guests. When we approached her to ask if we could order, she looked at us irritated and told us to wait a moment. We then asked if she wanted to help us, and then she got angry and indicated that she indeed did not want to help us because we did not let her clean the table (which, again, was practically clean). A single experience is of course not representative, but unfortunately we had a bad experience. 🙃

14/09/2024: La Romantica was far from romantic, with outright disrespectful and aggressive staff. We were served our food after a wait time of 1 hour at the least. When asked why the delay, the answer was promptly rude citing "you ordered a starter, hence your main course is late", which is the most absurd reply I've ever received and I have dined in over 10 different countries at countless restaurants. Instead of having an apologetic tone, the waitress (blond girl with glasses) was arrogant and disrespectful, she even swore in French, not realising that we have heard her. Apart from this horror show, the food and ambience were barely mediocre at best. Nothing worked out except the wine we had. Completely disappointed and let down by such incompetent staff.

16/09/2024: Delivery man supposedly did not come to the bottom of the door even though I had been waiting for almost 30 minutes with the children in front. I had to make an express meal because my children resume at 1 p.m. I absolutely do not recommend Zero service, go on your way and go to the kebab shop, they make the best pizzas To respond to the comment… No apology from you I waited 20 minutes before the scheduled time and 30 minutes after, almost an hour in front of my house waiting, it's the last time I order from you!

15/09/2024: I find that the pizzas are expensive, the staff on the phone are not always pleasant, this has only happened to me once

04/09/2024: I have been going to this recycling center for years and the staff are very unfriendly. Recently I had a refrigerator and some things to empty. I had to go to Illzach to empty my bulky items. Today I am being questioned to find out which town I come from, one of the two times was new but the second was the one that turned me away. So we shouldn't be surprised by wild dumpsites!!!!!!!!!!

02/11/2024: Les deux dernières expériences drive et clic&collect décevantes. D'abord il y a deux semaines le livre du happy manquant dans la boîte. Et aujourd'hui une commande d'un mc-extrême variante deux steaks choisi reçu malheureusement avec un steak. Moralité évitez de commander en clic&collect ou au drive mangez sur place si possible pour réclamer se qui est manquant dans votre commande.

16/08/2024: Hello, to begin with the person who took our order at the drive-thru made fun of us incomprehensibly, then our sandwiches were cold, the fries were not cooked, almost raw and without salt and the coke without ice cubes was not even fresh, even forget the sauce, pay extra, I I don't recommend McDonald's and I won't come back!

18/12/2024: On vient pour manger de la viande et il vous propose du jambon braisé trop cuit ou du poulet au secours 😡😡 Et toilettes comme le reste pas très propre 😡

15/12/2024: Restaurant à fuir, c'est ce que nous avons fait après 1/2 d'attente pour essayer d'avoir un dessert. La cuisson des viandes n'est pas respectée. La patronne fait n'importe quoi pendant le service ( le cuistot sert en salle, la patronne fait la cuisine, la plonge débarrasse la table) bref un manque d'organisation total qui fait fuir les clients. Et en plus c'est cher.

22/08/2024: We came for our last evening in this region the young waiter was pleasant for a drink but then the waitress (tall blonde woman with glasses) friendly as a prison door looks badly speaks sharply and sends piss off the customers I do not recommend not this restaurant nor for a drink 6:40 p.m. nothing is served even though in 10 minutes the glass can be finished and also not recommended for eating

19/08/2024: So, I'm disappointed! My companion found his tarte flambée OK but nothing more. As for me, I couldn't finish my Alsatian pasta gratin which was too heavy and I had bouts of food which lasted well into the afternoon. 🙁sorry but I won't come anymore. And to the rest of you, future customers, do as you wish. Very expensive for a restaurant that offers bad food.

17/09/2024: I am very shocked I was at McDonald's last night 2 rats passed by me, there was also a couple who saw them they reported the presence of rodents to the staff. I was disgusted and the hygiene is very questionable all the tables are dirty with food on the floor. The meals are lukewarm, this is the last time I will go back there. To be closed urgently ⚠️⚠️⚠️
