05/12/2024: Served by a young girl who had just been yelled at by one of her colleagues in front of all the customers.... it wasn't even 12:30 p.m. and only 2 variations of braised meats left, and it's not the first once, folded over a double moricette, the latter was already completely dry... the manalas purchased at the same time are hard as stone the next day, making you wonder if the products sold are not from the day before.... Very disappointed....

17/09/2024: Well, we are used to buying our sandwiches and cakes at Marie Blachère in Brittany where we enjoy it but here it is a disaster!!!!! The tuna sandwiches, we wondered if it was really tuna, the taste was horrible and the raspberry cakes I can't even describe!!! Everything ended up in the trash!!!

15/12/2024: While passing through to see the Colmar Christmas market, we stopped at this restaurant without reservation. Good welcome. The meal was good overall. Fast service. The only downside, we were quite crowded with other customers

15/12/2024: Disastrous visit to this McDonald’s. Already, out of 8 orders, only 2 were correct. Seriously, we wonder if the kitchen has been replaced by a circus. But the worst part is not even there: when we went to claim our orders, the “manager” (short black hair) dared to take us out, and I quote, “I knew you had nothing to do here. " Pardon ?! We are talking about someone supposed to represent customer service, not a frustrated person in search of authority. For the rest of the team, nothing to say: they were professional and friendly, unlike this person who hangs around in a McDonald's uniform as if she belonged there. Perhaps we should remind him that before disrespecting customers, he must already know how to manage orders correctly. If this “manager” stays in office, she will have to get used to criticism, because this kind of attitude doesn’t work. Do what is necessary, before someone refreshes his ideas otherwise.

03/08/2024: Coming regularly to the bowling alley, I am enormously disappointed with the “waitresses”, they speak badly, a lot of hypocrisy in this brand. AND Having come 3 weeks ago, we ordered a kebab baguette, the baguette was half frozen and really disgusting cold!

03/08/2024: I went there with my family and was refused entry, saying that my son was jogging. So we ask for correct attire and I see some with helmets and jogging pants!? Should someone explain to me the word about CORRECT ATTIRE REQUIRED!? Too bad never much this place...

17/08/2024: We ordered pretty much standard food of biryani, butter chicken, chicken curry and Naan, by any stretch of imagination this is not difficult indian food. Biriyani was glorified yellow rice with huge lumps of salt. This was not biryani inspired from ANY part of india. It was an absolute disgrace to be eating the dish. The butter chicken could be a substitute for dessert as it was extremely sweet, and not like authentic Indian food at all. The chicken curry was absolutely horrid and was extremely sour (it should not have been sour). Calling the paratha they gave us as "naan" would be an absolute insult to actual Punjabi food. It was thin, barely had any butter, despite us ordering butter Naan and overall did not taste or look appealing. Finally, the quantity may have been the worst thing about the place. For the price, you would expect good quality and even better quantity. However, each plate only had 3 tablespoons of food MAX. Horrible experience. Let this review be a caution to anyone who wishes to dine here in the future.

14/08/2024: We wanted to have a drink there on Monday, the first thing they did was look at us as if we weren't welcome. Hopefully we asked the lady of the house to take us outside if we wanted something to drink, she gave us the card and we went outside, we didn't want to put up with so much unpleasantness, so we put the cards on the table outside. Not to mention it was 36 degrees that day. I think you're already rich enough since we were only there. Thank you very much Satsirakaal

23/10/2024: Pizza express à éviter. 1h00 d'attente à la commande ok, sauf que nos 5 malheureuses pizzas sont arrivées après 1h30, en plus froide, sachant que j'étais à 5mn en voiture. Inadmissible. L'excuse du livreur c'est que ce n'est pas lui qui fait les pizzas, sauf qu'elles sont froides... En plus il répond d'une désinvolture la plus totale, c'était presque de notre faute. Pas une excuse valable, pas de geste commercial, rien. Bref je déconseille très fortement cette pizzeria.

11/10/2024: Bonjour, Nous avons mangé dans ce restaurant le 10 octobre. Les pizzas étaient excellentes rien à redire . Pour le dessert nous avons commandé des coupes glacées avec de la meringue et chocolat chaud, il n’y avait pas de meringue et le chocolat chaud n’y était pas non plus tout juste un espèce de chocolat liquide dans la glace.en le signalant, on nous dit que maintenant il n’y a plus de meringue mais c’était quand même sur la carte. Pour le café nous avons eu droit à des tasses et sous tasses sales que nous avons d’ailleurs dû redonner. Pas de geste ni de mots d’excuses. C’est bien dommage…..
