28/12/2025: A mixed experience from the very first phone call: the waitress didn't seem thrilled to be welcoming a group of 14 people, and even less so when she learned there would be children. Once there, the welcome remained cold and unfriendly. The pizzas were mediocre, small, and sparsely topped considering the price. The service was sluggish: an order error, multiple attempts to take our order, and disjointed table service. Nothing catastrophic, but at these prices, one expects better. Special mention goes to the Diablo (syrup + sparkling water), which left the children perplexed. The only real positive: my tiramisu was much better than theirs, according to my son.

19/12/2025: Beautiful hotel, quiet location, unfortunately the welcome was very cold. The dinner menu is limited and served in a frosty atmosphere – a shame! Breakfast was mediocre, with no choice of bread, and coffee and tea served at the table (not hot enough).

07/12/2025: The staff wasn't friendly. The pastries were nothing special, and we had to go upstairs because there was no more room downstairs. The cleanliness was really lacking. Upstairs, there was a member of staff doing paperwork at their desk, and the cook was listening to music.

25/12/2025: We came on December 25, 2025, a party of 10. We were seated in a lovely upstairs dining room. The waiter was very pleasant and professional, taking excellent care of the tables to ensure everyone had everything they needed. For starters, we had the French onion soup – delicious! For our main courses: sauerkraut, salmon tarte flambée, and an Alsatian burger – all perfectly capturing the flavors of Alsace. If you're ever in the area, don't hesitate – the staff is fantastic and incredibly friendly.

05/11/2025: Hello, A real Italian restaurant run by Italians, everyone has their role. Watching the pizza chef is like watching a play; you get a glimpse into the kitchens. The owner is super friendly, but incredibly stressed because he does everything else himself. You could say he works hard, well done! I almost forgot that they sometimes serve pasta with Vongolé.

18/03/2026: We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The place is clean and quiet. The bedding is particularly comfortable. The welcome is warm, the staff are friendly, helpful, and immediately make you feel at ease. I recommend this hotel.

13/03/2026: We discovered this establishment during a romantic bike ride. The welcome was warm. The staff were friendly. There's a bike garage. The breakfasts are hearty and varied. The dining room is bright, the bar is modern, and there's a view of a lush, flower-filled courtyard.

19/03/2026: I never thought I'd leave a negative review because for years they were considered the best in Colmar. A change of ownership and everything's gone downhill, what a shame! It's so sad! We ordered two sandwiches; it wasn't busy, there was plenty of time to make them properly! One sandwich was charged extra, but the extra wasn't included! This can happen when it's very busy, and again, you just need to reread the order form to be sure. As for the second sandwich, it was supposed to be stuffed, but where did the filling go? It's shameful to send out an order with so little filling. You'll have to go back to the old way of doing things because you're going to disappoint many customers. We encourage you to put yourself in the customer's shoes. You should serve the food the way you would like to eat it yourself. We are very disappointed. Good luck.

04/01/2025: Excellent meat, hearty dish; however, a lot of noise, it’s cold and it’s not intimate. Very expensive dessert (almost €10) filthy apple pie. The friendliness of the waitresses is rather shaky.

24/12/2024: While passing through the region, we were lucky enough to be able to have lunch there despite it being well past midday. The plates are copious (thin chopped steaks but x 2, very thick cordon bleu) But disappointed because we had our backs to the busy aisle of the shopping center so we were cold, overcooked hamburger steaks, frozen matchstick fries, etc.) Not bad but not extraordinary either
