11/05/2026: An outstanding restaurant that exceeded our expectations. Superb service, wonderful food, and plenty of space between tables for privacy. We will definitely be back!

23/03/2026: The food is certainly good, but absolutely unsuitable for people with allergies. I repeatedly pointed out that I have celiac disease and cannot consume gluten. The reaction was rather irritated, and the gluten-free bread was served in a basket with the other breads. In a Michelin-starred restaurant, I expect the chef to be knowledgeable about allergies and cross-contamination. I obviously gave up the bread, but I still experienced significant symptoms, which means there was still gluten in the meal. This is unacceptable to me. The service is adequate, but there's room for improvement in terms of friendliness.

07/08/2026: Beautiful IKEA, large, easy to access with a very large parking lot. Like all IKEA stores, it's very large with a one-way traffic flow (about a 2-hour walk around the whole store). The layout is very well designed, and the furniture is displayed to its best advantage!

13/08/2026: A very good restaurant in a small space. The service was friendly and respectful, explaining the dishes and answering questions.

06/08/2026: We visited A l'Echevin for lunch today as a family, and honestly, it was one of the worst dining experiences we've had in France. The service was neglectful from start to finish. Staff took time to carefully explain every dish to the table next to us, but when our food arrived, they simply put it down without a word and walked off. When clearing bread crumbs from our table, they brushed carelessly in a couple of quick swipes, leaving crumbs scattered everywhere. On top of that, flies were buzzing around our table the entire meal, and even the sign next to one of the mains was chipped and worn looking. The overall attitude and attention to detail were poor. The food was just as disappointing. The chicken was very dry, overcooked, and nearly flavourless, genuinely one of the worst chicken dishes I've ever eaten. Our ice cream had already melted into a puddle by the time it reached us, and later when I raised this with staff, all we got was "Sorry, there is nothing we can do." No replacement, no effort to fix it, they didn't care. For a restaurant that's supposedly Michelin recommended, this was a huge letdown, worse than plenty of ordinary restaurants we've eaten at. We wouldn't recommend it and won't be going back. NOT RECOMMENDED, REALLY BAD EXPERIENCE.

17/05/2026: The rooms are lovely and clean. There's a wide selection at the breakfast buffet, but there's a long queue for coffee. I wouldn't recommend having dinner at the restaurant. We really didn't enjoy our meal.

26/04/2026: I don't understand the negative reviews. We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The pool was nice and warm, and very clean. We had a new room with excellent amenities (you can choose your room on the Booking.com website), so there were no unpleasant surprises. The breakfast was very generous and varied, honestly 5 out of 5.

25/08/2026: Very disappointed with this restaurant. The staff, who were lovely, did their best to make things right, but our lunch was a terrible experience. We ate very poorly: sauerkraut with tasteless cabbage and an inedible rum baba. To top it all off, the prices are worthy of a luxury hotel. For example, the children's menu is €18 for two sausages, and desserts are €9.50… outrageous. Thank you for your gesture of goodwill when we expressed our disappointment, but please change your chef or your recipes and lower your prices.

12/04/2026: Anyone wanting to step back in time to the Middle Ages will find this place perfect. The house, dating from 1569, has been nicely modernized inside. The steep staircase to the second floor is a bit of an adventure. The TV with four German channels is unusual in France. Overall, it's a charming and quaint place to stay. Finding a parking spot was a bit of a hassle. Breakfast is simple but satisfactory. We'll definitely be back.

06/04/2026: Incredible! Charming, romantic, and well-located accommodation, and of course, excellent service. They also have a restaurant with a wood-fired oven and make spectacular tarte flambées. The breakfast with local products was a highlight. The croissants with jam were amazing, as were the cheeses, butter, and charcuterie in general. We will definitely be back! Thank you, Christine, for your kindness.

01/08/2026: I love KFC for everything it offers. Both the quality and the friendly atmosphere. The staff are excellent. We'll be back, as usual.

26/07/2026: Hello, I wanted to share my experience from my visit today. Unfortunately, the service I received did not meet my expectations. The person who served us, who seemed to be the manager, was unwelcoming and impolite in her manner. I understand why the KFC in Mulhouse Dornach is always empty.

24/06/2026: Good kebab. Quick order taking, we ate in. Service in 6 minutes max. Perfect.

12/04/2026: Honestly, nothing to complain about, the service is impeccable. I had an excellent merguez sausage and fries sandwich and a kebab the day before yesterday. Go there without hesitation.

16/08/2026: The setting is really lovely. The atmosphere is pleasant with soft background music. The service was impeccable, with a charming and well-supervised young apprentice. As for the meal, it was excellent. The vol-au-vent was generous and the kidneys were delicious. A bonus... the spaetzle! A great experience... we'll be back!

03/05/2026: We came for a group lunch with a menu decided two months in advance. Five of us were served undercooked chicken (!!!!!). The plates were taken away, barely reheated, and then mixed up among the diners…!! And there wasn't a single gesture of goodwill or apology. "The meat was cooked at a low temperature," we were told. Five hours there for a bland and disorganized group lunch… Avoid this place. The first time we came in November, the waiter broke the cork in the wine bottle and dared to serve me with it… but we let it go. Not this time.
