Les meilleurs restaurants en Haut-Rhin

14/12/2024: Hier passt alles zusammen, der gute Service, die Qualität der Speisen und die passende Weinreise zu den geschmacklich feinen Gängen. Aufgrund der Tatsache dass die Küche, in der heutigen Zeit, ein wenig kreativer und moderner ausgerichtet sein könnte, gibt es von mir nur 4 von 5 Punkten. Aber einem weiteren Besuch, steht nichts im Wege.

11/12/2024: Fue nuestra primera visita a este venerable restaurante que ha servido la mejor cocina francesa durante más de 100 años y ha tenido estrellas Michelin durante una buena parte de ese tiempo. La ubicación es impresionante, con el comedor con vistas al jardín y el río. El servicio es clásico y profesional. Su carta de vinos es absolutamente increíble y su sumiller recomendará botellas increíbles a precios muy razonables. Por el lado de la comida, está claramente bien ejecutado, pero le falta un poco de "je ne sais quoi". . muchos de los platos se sienten un poco atrapados en el pasado y podrían necesitar un refresco sutil sin perder sus cualidades originales. El plato más decepcionante fue la trufa sous la cendre que probamos mi esposa y yo. Nos ENCANTAN las trufas y nunca perdemos la oportunidad de tomar algunas... aunque visualmente el plato era hermoso, había literalmente cero sabor o aroma a trufa. He pasado los comentarios al restaurante directamente. Estamos contentos de haber intentado, pero probablemente no volveríamos

20/12/2024: Good food, nice ambience, nice little restaurant right on the Lauch river in so-called Petite Venice in Colmar.

19/12/2024: We went to this restaurant on the recommendation of a relative. The owner is very pleasant and commercial, the first service was complete, she made us wait for the next one inside the establishment. image of the hostess, pleasant and friendly. The cuisine is excellent. A must in Colmar. The little extra is that you can see the boats passing by from the table while eating.

30/11/2025: Pleasant surroundings, the decor is Alsatian-style, giving the impression of being at the Pulversheim open-air museum. The service was impeccable. The prices are quite high, as is typical of establishments aiming for a certain level of prestige. This rediscovery has finally reconciled us with the restaurant and its cuisine. Thank you to the entire team at Le Vieux Pressoir.

12/11/2025: Disappointed. The breadsticks were stale, the dishes tasteless, the snail and porcini mushroom tartlet (canned?), the overcooked poultry, and the duck tartare, while well-prepared, was accompanied by a multitude of incomprehensible accompaniments—an incomprehensible combination. The chef must not be on a Monday. This quality at this price is exorbitant.

19/12/2024: A good place for brunch or lunch. Small menu but with seasonal products for balanced and original meals, the dishes are copious. The waitresses are very nice and responsive.

18/12/2024: A very nice place to take your breakfast. Not a lot of options with eggs, but what they have is easily made and very tasty. A good place to enjoy your brunch and your morning coffee.

27/01/2025: A somewhat long service, a lot of tourists and a table near the entrance which causes unpleasant drafts. I don't recommend.

27/01/2025: Impeccable hygiene for an all-you-can-eat restaurant, the whole room is super clean! Such lovely staff, especially at the wok! Very very good food, a vast choice, everything is superb, it's the best all-you-can-eat restaurant we've ever discovered, I HIGHLY recommend it.

We recommend with your eyes closed! Possibility of eating a vegetarian meal which is not always easy in Alsace.

Everything is homemade and the cooking is really very creative! In addition, the chef adapts to allergy problems and meets certain challenges brilliantly! 16/12/2024: The hotel is located in an excellent position about 25 minutes from Colmar, with parking and also reached by bus. Quiet environment, perfect for a couple or family holiday. The rooms are comfortable, clean and spacious. The breakfast buffet has a varied choice of sweet and savory, all of excellent quality. The restaurant offers an à la carte service with carefully crafted dishes from the choice of raw materials to the presentation, all truly exquisite. Wide choice of wines. Friendly, helpful and professional staff. Really positive experience!
