15/05/2026: It was our first time trying a Michelin-starred restaurant, and we were pleasantly surprised! We opted for the set menu (starter, main course, and dessert), which was reasonably priced for the quality of the meal. A truly memorable experience!

06/05/2026: I ordered, they said 9:40 PM, it's 10:44 PM and still nothing. The delivery driver told me he has an order before mine, and since then I've only spoken to him twice on the phone. Once he was next door, the other time he was stopped by the police. He arrived with a soaking wet bag even though it wasn't raining, and half the order was missing. Never again! It's become a complete mess!

31/03/2026: Excellent eel restaurant. You should come mainly for the eel! The side dishes are small, so you might as well focus on the generous portion of eel. It's excellent, meltingly tender with a slightly sweet sauce.

17/02/2026: I ordered Salmon Lover through Uber Eats on December 24th at 4 PM. The order was confirmed by Uber Eats and the Cauderan store. The delivery driver called to tell me the store was closed. I was charged by Uber Eats, but they refuse to refund me because I gave the delivery driver the code. I contacted the Cauderan Sushi Shop, who confirmed that they closed early on December 24th and were supposed to contact me on Monday, December 29th. And I'm still waiting… I'm going to have to call the premium-rate number for the third time. I am extremely disappointed and dissatisfied. I have never been refunded. Thank you. 07/04/2026: A Japanese restaurant with excellent value for money. The decor is lovely and the atmosphere cozy. The ingredients are fresh and of good quality. The sushi and maki rolls are generous and the portions are substantial. The rice doesn't overwhelm the fish. They have an excellent selection of sweet and savory Kikkoman soy sauces. The restrooms are clean and the hygiene is impeccable. The aquariums are very cute. The service was very fast, less than 15 minutes. The menu is very varied and diverse, and above all, the prices are very reasonable. The cutlery is high-quality and very attractive. Thank you for the warm welcome!

16/04/2026: If you appreciate finesse and flavor, look elsewhere. The sushi and maki are poorly executed, the ingredients seem to be of poor quality (a special mention for the chicken meatball skewers which must contain nothing but cartilage), all for an exorbitant price.
