04/10/2025: While on vacation, we wanted to try this chain. Well, we were very disappointed. I don't understand most of the reviews... Lack of flavor, proportions with the rice, and the size of the sushi. The filling is really small compared to the rice. It's a shame that the sushi leaflet doesn't specify, like the poke bowl leaflet, that the tuna is raw, or we got ripped off because we don't eat raw tuna, and when we pointed this out to the lady, she only replied, "You'll have a taste." They didn't really listen, which is a shame because the friendliness and welcome were top-notch. Unmatched by other chains like Sushi Makers or even the sushi side.

23/02/2026: A wonderful discovery at the entrance to Riquewihr. Tucked away at the end of a quiet alley, this restaurant offers refined and delicious cuisine, with generous portions and high-quality ingredients. The setting is charming and the building itself is definitely worth a visit. Just one small drawback: it wasn't very warm. We had a very pleasant time and will certainly be back!

05/01/2026: Typical Alsatian atmosphere. The vegetarian menu is very popular, as is the children's dish. The dishes are revisited and balanced, with attention to flavor. Very friendly staff. Centrally located, but slightly out of the way, making it very quiet. Recommended.

17/02/2026: I ordered Salmon Lover through Uber Eats on December 24th at 4 PM. The order was confirmed by Uber Eats and the Cauderan store. The delivery driver called to tell me the store was closed. I was charged by Uber Eats, but they refuse to refund me because I gave the delivery driver the code. I contacted the Cauderan Sushi Shop, who confirmed that they closed early on December 24th and were supposed to contact me on Monday, December 29th. And I'm still waiting… I'm going to have to call the premium-rate number for the third time. I am extremely disappointed and dissatisfied. I have never been refunded. Thank you. 04/02/2026: A good-sized sushi shop in the Opera district. The welcome is warm, friendly, and welcoming. The sushi and boxes are very well prepared and presented. Freshness and quality are a given. In short, a restaurant to recommend for tasting sushi. The only drawback of this sushi shop is the difficulty of parking in the area.
