29/01/2026: I had the chance to try the sushi from Osaka Sushi for takeout. It was the best value for money I've ever had. The sushi was excellent, and the miso soup was great too. I'll definitely be back!

08/07/2025: Higuma is and remains a true institution.
I always sit down in front of the kitchens, alone or with someone else. It's always a treat (summer and winter). The welcome, the smile, the responsiveness, the service, and the cleanliness are all there. It's a shame that customers don't always fully appreciate this institution, probably due to the cafeteria feel.

08/07/2025: Too expensive for an inedible salad, dishes that are truly inferior in quality, and a level of hygiene that is more than questionable. You can find better in the area.

09/05/2026: One of the best Japanese caterers in Paris. The fish is incredibly fresh, their salmon is delicious.
Special mention for the teriyaki chicken,
really good value for money, the flavors are varied.
It gets very busy and sells out quickly at lunchtime, so arrive early.
Plus, the staff is amazing!!!

I'm leaving this review mainly to highlight the friendliness of the gentleman who served me and his patience in the face of the condescension of some customers who clearly think they're "above it."
I will gladly return (my visit was at the end of February).

It's nothing like it used to be. I don't know if they've changed owners, but the quality is definitely not the same. Very disappointed.
