30/01/2026: The quality is excellent!! However, the delivery is getting longer and longer. Order placed at 7:10 PM. Confirmation at 7:30 PM telling us it would take 1 hour and 30 minutes, so it finally arrived at 9 PM, and the little one had already eaten! I realize it was a Friday, but still, the organization needs improvement.

13/12/2025: I DO NOT RECOMMEND eating here. There was hair in the sushi. The fish wasn't fresh. The service took 1 hour and 30 minutes, and there was no attention paid to the customer. The manager was unpleasant.

22/10/2025: Great restaurant, remarkable cuisine, impeccable service. Very good atmosphere! Just a little decorating tip, you should remove the blackout film from the bay window which deprives you of the beautiful view of this very pretty street in old Bourges.

26/01/2026: Always dozens and dozens of minutes late!

17/12/2025: Order with home delivery. The order arrived almost an hour late. The wakame seaweed was ugly, and the sushi was very average. To top it all off, the order was incomplete and the miso soup was missing. We are waiting for a response from customer service regarding a refund of €10.50 for the missing items. I don't think we will be ordering from SushiShop again. Fortunately, the staff on the phone were pleasant and understanding. We'll see how this unfortunate experience unfolds.

02/01/2026: For New Year's Eve, I ordered an assortment of sushi and skewers from AJI-SUSHI. It was my first time, but certainly not my last. The food was delicious, and the owner has a real knack for business, which is a valuable quality these days. Thank you, and see you soon.

20/08/2025: A little haven of peace in the heart of Aix! The sushi is delicious, the service is fast and very welcoming. The atmosphere is calm and warm, perfect for enjoying a quiet meal. Special mention for the house cocktail, a real treat. I highly recommend it!

17/01/2026: Without a doubt, the best authentic Japanese restaurant. The owner is as lovely as she is attentive, the dining room is spacious and calm, and the cuisine is inventive and very fresh (the tempura is incredibly crispy). The drinks menu is extensive (at reasonable prices). Undoubtedly one of the best places in the neighborhood (especially compared to the other, rather uninteresting Japanese restaurant on Rue Duguesclin!).

24/06/2025: The restaurant forgot an order placed on UBER EAT today, June 24, 2025. On the phone, instead of finding a solution, they told me they were hanging up because they had to work, even though they were the ones who made the mistake. I'LL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN. RUN AWAY.

25/01/2026: The experience at this restaurant was rather disappointing, mainly due to the service, and yet it wasn't the first time I'd been there with my sister. The staff seemed neither very attentive nor readily available. We had to repeatedly ask to change tables. Around us, several couples were seated at tables for four, and we also wanted a table of that type to be more comfortable and avoid having our dishes literally piled on top of each other. The staff explained that these tables were reserved for groups, which I can understand. However, several tables for four were available, including the one we had requested, which remained empty for a good twenty minutes. Despite this, our request was ignored. I tried to understand why other customers had access to these tables and not us, but we received no clear answer. In the end, we were seated at a table for two, with the dishes crammed together, barely enough room to rest an arm, even though we had ordered several courses. This definitely spoiled the experience. It's a shame, because the place has potential, but the service deserves to be more professional and welcoming.
