11/05/2024: We have been coming as a family for many years!! And we have always been very well received. The kindness of the staff, never seen elsewhere! They take great care! Besides, I no longer eat sushi anywhere else because theirs are PERFECT!! You can go there with your eyes closed! Their miso soup, ditto, I have never had it so excellent anywhere else! For quality sushi and service go there!

03/09/2024: We really enjoyed this hotel. Breakfast was one of the best we have had while in France, including bacon and eggs even and fresh squeezed juice. Flo & Ales at the front desk were so welcoming and personable. It's so important to have good staff, and they are making the hotel look great. Professional, polite, funny, and so helpful. They made our stay very enjoyable.

18/07/2024: A great apartment hotel. We stayed here for five days. The location is very good. There is a supermarket around the corner downstairs and it is located in the busy area of ​​​​the pedestrian street.

29/07/2024: Japanese restaurant, the owner is super nice and the staff are super friendly and they welcome you with a smile. Super nice little Japanese decoration. The menu is correct and the dishes great. The service is super fast. I recommend the great skewers.

11/08/2024: The kitchen and the decoration of the room were very good... BUT 1 big downside is that the toilets are very poorly lit, it was very difficult to see if it was clean or not... It was ambiguous. Hence my minus star. Too bad because everything else was great.

08/09/2024: The signature ramen was pretty good, but the quantity of Wagyu is really minimal compared to the price: just two very thin and small slices. Foie gras, on the other hand, adds a distinct flavor that makes all the difference. The cucumber starter was ok, but the price is clearly excessive for the portion served. As for the desserts, I was very disappointed: it's all about matcha and sesame, which is quite limited. Flavors like yuzu, mango or strawberry would have made it possible to reach a wider audience. The worst part remains the arrangement of the tables. It is very difficult to concentrate on your own conversation when you are glued to others and can hear everything that is being said nearby. We couldn't be tighter! For this reason I will not return to this place.

29/09/2024: Regular customer for several years now, and always an absolute treat. My friends and I are happy to come every time; this restaurant has become our regular lunch/dinner spot. The service is great, the waiters are great and I salute their courage and patience during complicated services (even if some complain about the waiting time, you also have to put yourself in their shoes! Summer can be particularly busy and they literally do what they can!!! But patience is a virtue... 🤭) I've been trying to vary my choices for some time (being a big ramen fan), and I'm never disappointed... Except when I can't finish, and I'm disappointed in myself!! But it doesn't matter, we can take the rest, so it's all good!! 😂 In short, thank you for years of laughter, fun and absolutely perfect hospitality... Is this good for you? 😉

16/09/2024: Tried in July, in August during St. Louis and last visit this evening. Superb restaurant, whether hot or cold dishes. Intense flavors that truly take you on a journey. Obviously a bit of a wait given the size of the premises, the dishes are almost prepared one by one but the quality is there, the service very pleasant. Take the time to appreciate the setting and the cuisine. This is not a fast food establishment, remember to reserve a table if you have enough time! We will happily come back next year

13/06/2024: Superbe expérience dans Lyon. J’y suis allée avec une copine et pas déçues. Californias de qualités et pas très cher d’ailleurs. Les locaux ne payent pas de mine mais j’y retournerai avec plaisir ! Nous étions satisfaites !! Personnel agréable en plus !
