No complaints whatsoever! The food was delicious, the prices reasonable, and the atmosphere very relaxing! We will most likely return. 21/10/2026: Very disappointed with the latest deliveries, but really, yesterday some of the food was inedible (I had to throw away the seaweed salad, the salmon wasn't fresh, some items were missing...). Overall, I'm no longer finding the same quality, freshness, and taste in my orders as before. What a shame! Response: I am very surprised by your response, as you confided in me and admitted your problems with the freshness of the rice and the efforts you still need to make to reach your goals... With this response, you are trying to discredit me rather than find the source and cause of these unpalatable foods! Fish that smells and has too strong a taste cannot be delivered fresh! (My cat wouldn't eat it), and salad that has to be spat out cannot be fresh either. I thought you were sincere during our conversation, but this response demonstrates your bad faith. You have just lost a long-standing and loyal customer!

29/04/2026: Our absolute favorite place to stay in Serre-Chevalier! We've been coming back every winter for several years now, and the welcome is always impeccable. Regular guests are truly pampered; a little something for my birthday awaits us in our room each time—it's so sweet. The breakfasts are excellent, the dinners very good, and the extras make all the difference: afternoon tea, swimming pool, sauna, and a very enjoyable weekly guitar concert. The family rooms are perfect for a ski holiday. We wouldn't change it for the world!

05/06/2026: After my visit today, I have to change my opinion. I used to love it; everything was always spotless, the staff was pleasant, etc. I went there very regularly. But this was the last time I'd ever set foot in the place. Unbelievable. We're disappointed by the change of ownership. There were mistakes with the orders: first, three-quarters of them were missing, then we were given too much. We received dishes we hadn't ordered, some people had to wait a long time for their orders, instead of six spring rolls we ended up with about fifteen, and the same with the ravioli instead of eight. Initially served in portions of four, we were given three, then bombarded with ravioli without understanding why. I turned around and saw the waiter behind the counter with an orange iPhone pointed at me, and once he caught me, he didn't take his eyes off me until I left. Very awkward at the time. We ordered a 15cl carafe of sake, as usual, but were brought a small glass. We pointed out the mistake, and they said, "There's none left, wait, I'll bring you a second glass." They brought us an empty glass, "so you can share it"???????? €5.50 for half a sip each??? After thinking about it, I should mention that they offered the sake for free. I'd say that's the least they could do. As for the quality of the food, it has changed drastically.... Very disappointed. The noodles have turned into spaghetti. Everything was very dry. I know the restaurant is going to change. Regarding the previous owners, it's a shame to see you leave. I should also mention that the person who was with me today left feeling unwell. For a moment, I seriously thought it was a hidden camera prank, but absolutely not. This meal was worthy of a comedy sketch, but it was the last time I'd eat there.
