02/11/2025: Excellent Japanese restaurant in Courbevoie. The staff is lovely, attentive, and truly professional. The sushi is fresh and well-prepared, and the hot dishes like the donburi are also excellent. The place is clean, quiet, and pleasant, ideal for dining in or taking away. The prices are a bit high but justified by the quality and service. A great place to remember in the neighborhood.

As for the food, I was a little disappointed: the portions were generous, well-prepared with a variety of crisp vegetables and good seasoning, but the stir-fried noodles with vegetables were a bit too oily; I prefer the gyozas steamed rather than with fruit. However, the food is still worth recommending, and I would definitely go back if I'm in the Montparnasse area.

Excellent value for money, and the staff is helpful and friendly. A special mention goes to Gabriel for his professionalism and the quality of his service, worthy of the finest restaurants. 20/10/2025: Excellent!!!! It's very difficult to enjoy sushi after trying dozens of places in Lyon, and I've never been delighted. And then, while strolling through the 6th arrondissement, I came across this place. Sushi ready in 10 minutes on a Friday evening, the staff is great. And the sushi is really affordable for the quality!!! Miso soup, rice, coleslaw, and 6 sushi rolls free with an order over €30. I highly recommend this place.
