08/08/2024: I recently ordered from Sushi King, and I must say that the experience was very disappointing, especially regarding the quality of the dishes. I had two sushi dishes to take away: tuna sushi and tempura sushi, with six pieces of each. If the tempura sushi was a decent size, the tuna sushi was really very small, and the tuna was in an alarming state. As a pregnant woman, I made my condition clear when ordering, and this is where things become even more shocking. The tuna in the sushi was gray and seemed almost hot, a clear sign that it was not fresh or poorly preserved. It is unacceptable to serve a product of this quality, especially to a pregnant woman, as it could cause food poisoning. I had informed the waitress of my situation, and despite this, they served me this tuna in this condition. What makes the situation even more frustrating is that I paid 18€ for these sushi, without even having taken a menu. No soup, no coleslaw, nothing extra. I ordered by the piece, but for €18, one could expect a minimum of generosity. In addition, when I asked for an additional sweet sauce, I was refused, under the pretext that there were already two. But in reality, these two small boxes barely contained any sauce, it was really light. When you pay that price, without even having any accompaniments, the minimum would be to at least serve enough sauce. It's a real shame that I didn't take a photo, I regret, because it would have perfectly illustrated what I am describing. I'm not one to leave negative comments, this is the first time I've done so. Usually, I'm not very complicated, and I always try to see the positive. But this really shocked me, especially as a pregnant woman. Normally I might have let it go, but this time it was just too much. I didn't eat there, so I can't comment on the service or ambiance, but the quality of the food was just terrible. If tuna was in this state, I can't even imagine the quality of salmon or other fish, which might not show visible signs of poor quality. It is for all these reasons that I strongly advise against Sushi King, especially if you have health problems, if you are pregnant, or if you are simply concerned about the quality of the food you consume. One star is well deserved for such a disappointing and potentially dangerous experience

25/08/2024: The vegetarian spring rolls and samosas are delicious, the pad thai is not bad but lacks pep, a little coriander and a little lemon and it's perfect. Welcome from the young woman who leaves something to be desired but a good experience all the same.

07/09/2024: Restaurant in an industrial area but very very nice, as much for a dinner with family, as a couple, or with friends; with the cinema right opposite. So excellent location with easy parking right outside, there are always spaces. There are always enough people so there is an atmosphere, but without being crowded either. The wakame is excellent, and in general everything on the menu is super good but the wakame is the best in the CUB (I tried them all lol). Run by a family so to be encouraged. We have been coming very often for years, the value for money is very good.

12/09/2024: We expected it but it's really not great: the sushi was dry, the rice not fresh, the fish not very tasty. What a horror to try these things in the tenders, it was soft, not a bit crispy, disgusting. So of course we took advantage of a buy one get one free deal on Uber, but we weren’t finished; Luckily it didn't cost too much with the discounts, it's clearly not worth the price. You might as well put a little more to get real quality.
