13/06/2026: Honestly, don't be fooled by the photos online. They must have been taken on opening day, the difference between the place and reality is so stark. The place is stifling and the service is simply nonexistent. The temperature inside is unbearably high because the restaurant has no air conditioning. For the entire dining room, there's only one small fan, which is completely useless. The restaurant is severely understaffed, yet they continue to take in customers like there's no tomorrow, even though they're already completely overwhelmed. Zero service. After a very lukewarm welcome, we waited over 20 minutes at our table. No one came to take our order. Faced with this complete indifference, we got up and left. In short: it's just a pretty face online, but a disaster in reality. No comfort, no service, and no respect for the customer. Avoid it.

06/06/2026: Reservation through The Fork went smoothly, and the offer was honored. The California rolls were very good but a bit small, so we had to order more. The choices are fairly simple and limited, but the menu is still effective. The staff was helpful and offered us a complimentary dessert.

17/07/2026: I enjoy the food at this restaurant and that's why I keep coming back. However, the service leaves much to be desired. The employee who usually serves seems constantly grumpy, gives the impression that he's there against his will, and this makes the experience unpleasant. As a regular customer, I feel much more comfortable ordering takeout than eating in, precisely because of the way we are treated. I sincerely hope this aspect will be improved, because the quality of the food deserves service to match.

26/05/2026: Lots of choice! A buffet in the truest sense of the word. Overall, the starters, main courses, and desserts are good. Like any buffet, big eaters will be delighted.

The quality is always there; the dishes are fresh, well-prepared, and incredibly tasty. You can tell they put real care into the food. The service is quick, the team is welcoming and always smiling, which makes you want to come back even more. Whether you're eating in or taking away, it's always efficient and pleasant. It's definitely a place I wholeheartedly recommend if you enjoy simple, generous, and flavorful Asian cuisine. A sure bet in Tarbes 👌

12/02/2026: The maki and California rolls were really cheap and ridiculously small; they were more like miniatures than anything else. For €18, I think it's overpriced, even for the neighborhood.

07/07/2026: Lovely looking place, but they served me frozen Takoyaki, which I then told them about and they then replaced. After eating 2 of the 4 pieces of the new Takoyaki, the third piece was once again frozen. I stopped eating then and asked for the bill. When it came, I said I wasn't willing to pay for the Takoyaki, as they served me frozen ones twice, and they insiseted I had to pay for half since I had ate two. Horrible service, and they seemed to barely care that they could have poisoned me. Avoid.

27/06/2026: If you want to eat all you can eat sushi rice go for it. Not Japanese , chinese quality. No quality just handfull of rice and bowls full of rice to stop you eating sushi

I highly recommend it! My only regret: no longer living nearby and not being able to enjoy it as often as before 🫣
