01/12/2025: We ordered through Uber Eats. Once the order and payment were complete, I immediately noticed an error in the restaurant's address. I didn't have the option to cancel or modify the order through the app. So I called the restaurant. The person I spoke to told me it wouldn't be possible to cancel because they had too many orders and it would take too long to go to the kitchen and search using my name. Then the manager took the phone and tried to explain why my order couldn't be canceled. I confess I didn't understand any of the explanations. It was impossible to communicate with this person, who was clearly more frustrated by the situation than I was. We regret having experienced this ridiculous and unprofessional behavior.

16/09/2025: It was with a heavy heart that I went to Kaiten today for the last time. Like many regulars (who were here today), we frequented the restaurant for over 10 years. The atmosphere was truly special, familial, and unique. This was undoubtedly due to the exceptional care and attention of the staff. Of course, we won't find Japanese cuisine of this quality again anytime soon… We wish the Kaiten team all the best and hope to see you again someday, perhaps on another project! Thank you! Thomas

17/02/2026: Excellent Japanese food. The menu offers a wide variety of choices. The staff is pleasant and courteous. Very fast service.

20/11/2025: A normal place, nothing special. Noisy, as is often the case... Quick, friendly service. The food is good. Good value for money. The dining room is clean. I go there for lunch very early in the evening or very late at night to get a table immediately and be served quickly, with no waiting.

17/02/2026: This is the third time we've ordered from Sushiman, either for takeout via Deliveroo or Uber Eats, and it's always been excellent! 🍣 Fresh, generously filled, and delicious sushi. Fast service and never disappointed. Highly recommended!

09/01/2026: Maki with either a small piece of avocado and a bit of wilted granita apple, maki with dried tuna, or maki with mackerel. I didn't think one could be so disappointed with maki. Almost €20 for that... 😞 last time. On the other hand, the staff is pleasant.

19/10/2025: I discovered this Asian restaurant, it's very good and very varied. There's a choice for all tastes, from sushi to miso soup, rice bowls, pickled cabbage bowls, skewers, and gyozas. Reservations are highly recommended as the establishment has limited seating.

14/03/2026: It's unacceptable to force a refund for a card payment to be issued as store credit on a gift card, especially when your store policy clearly states that, if the product is undamaged, we have 21 days to request a refund, except in exceptional circumstances. I almost never shop here and I don't intend to start again. Furthermore, the refund in the form of store credit isn't mentioned anywhere except on the wall at the entrance, nor at the checkout, nor on the receipt. They even managed to tell me I should have come back on the same day [at 9:25 PM, I was leaving the store, making returns difficult at that time]. You need to review your return policy and system; it's completely inadequate, neither clearly stated nor properly implemented. I will not use this card; I demand a full refund to my credit card for returned items.
