08/07/2024: We were regular customers but increasingly disappointed given the regular hiccups in the orders: edamame not cooked enough, confusion in the fish used in the rolls (salmon instead of tuna)... But, we decided always said that mistakes could happen... Our order yesterday was one too many. Arriving late (as is increasingly common), we had canned tuna instead of fresh tuna in our crusty california; it really wasn't good. I consciously checked my order to make sure it was not an error on my part and was able to confirm that it was not. This product does not exist in their catalog; they therefore voluntarily replaced fresh tuna with canned tuna. Clearly abused and dishonest!

27/09/2024: The decor is quite simple but the quality/price ratio is there - the dishes are basic but good, and are served quickly and flawlessly. I have to mention the service, which is really welcoming. I went there twice, and the second time they remembered me and made conversation. I could see quite a few customers coming in who seemed to come often - the relationship with the owners was warm. And what’s more, it’s near Avron station. A nice little neighborhood restaurant.

08/08/2024: Came for a family lunch, we left disappointed and angry. No explanation of how the orders work when we arrived, the impression of being 8-year-old children being lectured when they explain to us "the orders are later" and "you have to finish the rice to be reserved" so that their sushi is stuffed with sticky rice and the slices of fish lost in it. Only one positive point: the skewers. Smiling had to be a paid option, as was politeness. No commercial gesture for the hair found in the cabbage. We will not come back.

30/07/2024: Frankly, it's one of the best restaurants in Pontault. I moved to Pontault a year ago now, and so far I have never been disappointed with the quality of the meals. Truly unbelievable ! Plus, the little lady and the young man at the checkout are super cute.

13/07/2024: En tant que client régulier de Pontault Sushi, je suis vraiment déçu. La dernière fois, il manquait déjà des choses dans ma commande (pas de baguettes, pas de gingembre, etc...). Malgré ces erreurs, j'ai voulu leur donner une autre chance. Hier, j'ai refait une commande à emporter d'environ 50€. Quand j'ai voulu payer le complément par carte, ils ont refusé parce que c'était en dessous de 15€. Pour un client fidèle qui dépense autant, et surtout après les erreurs de ma précédente commande, c'est vraiment pas commercial. De plus, les prix sont plus élevés que chez les concurrents. Je rejoins les autres avis : le succès leur monte à la tête et le manque de professionnalisme se fait sentir. C'était ma dernière commande chez eux.

19/07/2024: Maybe I'm too spoiled. I know sushi from a literal master. But the sushi here fills you up, but something else is great. Not grippy, taste mediocre. I have no idea why there was a bit of cheese sauce on my plate. It just doesn't belong there. If you love sushi, stay away from there. You will be disappointed. If you want to be full, it's actually okay. But that was it. I can't recommend it. Maybe people just eat differently in France and tend to change dishes so drastically. It just tastes like fast food.

I had 50 euros worth of sushi including sashimi. Among these sashimi, tuna sashimi (2) which had a whitish color, I found that strange. I pointed it out to the saleswoman, she told me that it was normal and that it depended on the part of the tuna. , I was skeptical but I paid. I only ate one of the two, it tasted a little strange. In the evening abdominal cramps, vomiting, diarrhea and the next day the same. I had to go home in the middle of a work day and go to the poisoning doctor. I call sushi time, she tells me that she remembers having served it to me the day before but that even if it is whitish it is still good while I tell her that I fell ill after all doctor and sick leave. I think it's food poisoning, but I reported it before buying, she told me it was nothing and I called back. next day and you do not recognize the problem. I eat whitish tuna sashimi, I get sick but it's not because of the sashimi according to you. At the very least, apologize, acknowledge and compensate (I had a bottle of peach water) to buy and vomit 50 euros worth of sushi. The comment is there because intoxication happens but customs clearance and acting as if nothing happened I find it rubbish. The sushi is still good when I have normal tuna and not whitish.

03/08/2024: Very welcoming, the most quality sushi I have ever eaten for my part, I come there as soon as possible. I highly recommend it. Nothing to do with the big chains! In addition, the people are very kind, friendly and grateful for their loyalty. A big thank-you ! 🪖

02/09/2024: It was nice place with good fresh meal. I liked the pok bowl, it's a mixture of gyoza and noodles, vegetables and a tasty soup.

17/08/2024: Comme parmi tant d’autres ! Un chinois qui propose une restauration basique japonaise, un copier coller devenu banal. Clientèle de quartier, prix dans la moyenne, service normal ! Pour dépanner !

21/07/2024: We were at the restaurant shortly before closing time and were welcomed with open arms by the owners. We ordered vegetarian sushi and sushi with raw fish, a portion of fried noodles and edamame. In the end we got a full bag, with also a free Coke, a bowl of rice, coleslaw, a dumpling, two miso soups and shrimp chips. We got all of this and it was FREE. In addition, the food was super delicious. We would come here again at any time 🥰🥰🥰
