31/08/2024: Pleasant and quiet restaurant. The service is very good and the quality is there. The service is fast, at lunchtime anyway. Don't hesitate!
12/08/2024: The evening service is much too long. Given the price of the menus in the evening, it is not normal that take-out orders take priority over in-room orders. The servers are overwhelmed by preparing take-out menus which leaves us in the dining room. No gesture to make us wait. It's a shame

10/09/2024: Let's make a reservation to go to dinner. Very friendly and attentive service at all times. The food was good and corresponded well with the menu and photos we had seen. Good value for money.

08/06/2024: We had the Korean barbecue but were disappointed because it was definitely a plancha and not over high heat. The chicken is halal but I didn't find it exceptional. On the other hand, the kimchi pancake, excellent!

The dishes are good, deadlines are respected and when we call them they are attentive.
From memory, the restaurant itself is very pleasant!
I wonder if they still have their aquarium...

04/09/2024: The food is very good and I've been coming for years but I had a bad time here.
They have already rejected a couple of regulars who had traveled an hour by bus to come because they had a baby. Finally the customers mobilized so that they stayed..good
As for me, the waitress simply refused to say goodbye to me until I confronted her about her lack of politeness.
The reason: I insisted on paying in cash, she wanted me to pay by card...
In addition, this same waitress spoke badly about the customers with the baby to the chefs in Japanese, believing that no one understood.
I'm a little disappointed because it's a place that I really like but I'm not sure I want to go back.

18/08/2024: A particularly disappointing experience in this Japanese restaurant. The welcome was very cold, and the waitress lost her calm in front of our young children who were innocently playing with chopsticks. To top it off, she threw a bowl of rice in our faces, which is totally unacceptable. In addition, we discovered a hair in our sushi, and no compensation was offered despite our complaints. The prices are exorbitant for the quality of service and food. I won't come back.
13/07/2024: The staff is very welcoming and pleasant. The food is fresh and excellent! The bentos are neat and very good, with different marinades and sauces for each small dessert.
I recommend the detour!!

They inform me that dessert has not been included for two years. However, the announcement dating from 2024 clearly indicates that this is the case. They refused to honor their commercial offer. The employee subsequently hung up on me and my order was canceled. Very unpleasant customer service.
