22/10/2025: A wonderful experience on October 22, 2025. Even off-season, the quality is there. Don't hesitate to visit this beautiful restaurant, with its heated indoor terrace and very welcoming staff. Tested today: Wild boar stew with gnocchi and trout stuffed with brocciu. The first dish was as generous as you could wish for, everything you'd expect from a plate of game in a sauce. The quality/price ratio is at its peak. The second course, the trout, demonstrated the chef's talents, with masterful cooking and varied, well-matched combinations. Mix and match to obtain many balanced flavors. The brocciu pairs very well with the fish. Bravo, and thank you!

I don't understand the negative reviews; the food is excellent and high-quality, the service is friendly and welcoming, and the setting is unique. Yes, it's a bit old-fashioned, but that's part of its charm—an old train carriage, so what? We'll be back.

02/03/2026: Let's start with the positives, since the intention is there. The children's menu is decent for the price, not amazing, but standard. The three-course meal (starter, main, and dessert) at around €40 is a formula many will want to try in Provence, especially if they want to avoid the tourist traps in the village center. The menu, in keeping with the Provençal spirit, offers dishes that, on paper, make you want to travel (cod, beef cheek, lavender crème brûlée, etc.). And then there are the thoughtful touches: a complimentary toast to start the culinary journey—a nice touch—even if, admittedly, the quantity is modest (it's more of an amuse-bouche). (Honestly: too little toast to truly deliver on the promise of an aperitif.) What's a bit lacking? • The portions: they seem rather small. • The service: sometimes a bit disorganized, as if the team were still working out their own script. • The menu: attractive but unclear, sometimes giving the impression of flipping through a menu without a clear direction. The outdoor terrace—promising a sunny lunch under the trees—is undoubtedly one of the place's strong points. It's a shame the weather didn't cooperate during our visit. In the future, it's best to plan ahead and make a reservation if you want to guarantee a table outside, as word-of-mouth continues to spread in the village. In summary: 👉 A charming spot, worth a visit for its setting and Provençal ambiance. 👉 Good culinary intentions, but sometimes hesitant service and portions that leave you wanting more. 👉 Areas for improvement: a clearer menu and more generous portions. In short, we're eager for more... but we're still hesitating a bit before embarking on a second act.

01/03/2026: My wife and I just had lunch there this Sunday, and we really enjoyed the welcome (very friendly and pleasant), our meal which was delicious, but especially the thoughtful touches they gave our dog (water bowl, treats, and a mat). We highly recommend it.

Greek sailors from the eastern Aegean founded the city in 600 BC under the name Massialia. The site is located in the 1st arrondissement, behind the Centre Bourse shopping mall. The site was part of the ancient Greek city of Massalia. It includes parts of the ancient port and city walls, three square towers and a gate.

28/12/2025: A must-see! Just steps from the modern-day old port, discovering this ancient site is truly surprising. Don't miss the explanatory film inside the museum. Free admission.

10/03/2026: A fantastic spot for couscous lovers! A truly wonderful Tunisian restaurant, ideal for those seeking a refined and generous couscous. A warm welcome, attentive service, and flavorful Tunisian cuisine. Special mention goes to the lamb shoulder: slow-cooked and perfectly executed, meltingly tender, perfectly seasoned, and served with light semolina and beautifully simmered vegetables. A harmonious, authentic, and particularly delicious combination. The portions are generous, the flavors genuine, and you can taste the care taken with every detail. We left delighted—I highly recommend it and will definitely be back!
