This is hard to understand since the menu doesn't change and the restaurant wasn't full during our meal. The chicken in the Caesar salad was still warm, which was a bit odd.

15/03/2026: I went to this restaurant with my boyfriend and we had a wonderful time. Our dishes were delicious and the presentation was as beautiful as it was tasty. The welcome was really warm and the staff were very pleasant and attentive. It was fantastic!

08/01/2026: A very disappointing experience at Auberge du Piory (Joserand). Upon our arrival, while it was snowing and freezing outside, the waitress made inappropriate remarks, offering a cold welcome and an irritated, disillusioned attitude. When I asked for the menu, I was told there was only one set menu, without the waitress being able to explain what it consisted of. The most shocking incident was a hygiene-related one: a customer entered with a dog that urinated right next to me. The waitress downplayed the situation, saying "it wasn't a big deal," and the urine was left on the floor, in the middle of a walkway. Several people stepped in it, and it was spread all the way to the kitchen. Between the lack of professionalism, the unpleasant welcome, and the clearly inadequate hygiene, this was a very bad experience. I will not be returning.

19/11/2025: I discovered this little inn, with its magnificent and very generous family menu. Two truly unique starters, followed by a main course, cheese, and dessert. I visit this unusual place once a month. I booked a weekend for a friend's surprise birthday party—the frog legs and fried food were fantastic! Thank you to the management.

05/12/2025: The owner himself was blasting Vichy songs ("Marshal, here we are..." a propaganda song glorifying Marshal Pétain and the Vichy regime) over his shop's loudspeakers on a Friday night during peak hours (8 pm), all while snickering... it's disastrously ridiculous. Let's not forget that this regime was responsible for the deportation of 76,000 Jews (children, women, and men) and 60,000 members of the Resistance... supporting, condoning, or laughing at it isn't an opinion in the sense that the freedoms of our country allow us to have; it's simply a clear sign of significant intellectual deficiencies and ignorance. Just stick to baking pizzas and saying hello with a smile. The rest seems to be beyond you.

Everything was perfect from start to finish 🤩 The meat was incredibly flavorful and perfectly grilled, the bread was fresh, the sauces were delicious, and the portions were super generous. You can taste the quality and expertise! Plus, the welcome was fantastic and the service was fast. Clearly one of the best kebabs I've ever had, I'll definitely be back 🔥🥙

05/03/2026: A little gem in Clermont, a cozy spot with a wonderful selection of hot chocolates. Their homemade cakes are delicious (try the milk chocolate fondant!!). The rooms are quite small, so they fill up quickly, but the welcome is always very warm :)
