01/05/2026: Excellent May Day family meal, thank you to Lilian and his team for opening on a public holiday, which was a real treat. We had the option of the "fair menu" (a nod to the May Day fair in Mozac) with a choice of classic sliced beef or the more original tripe in white wine. Among the desserts, there was an excellent homemade cheesecake. A big thank you to Lucie for her smile and efficiency. Well done to the chefs for the quality of the food. Eric
24/02/2026: It's not a gourmet restaurant, but the food is good, the waitress is very friendly and professional. The welcome is warm, and the atmosphere is pleasant. I like to eat there whenever I'm in Riom.

13/04/2026: First time here for a business lunch and I wasn't disappointed! A wide selection to suit all tastes, generous portions, and good quality food in a bright and not too noisy setting.
I'll be back.
19/03/2026: Quality and service have declined. A 1-hour wait, the meat was borderline, and pasta was found mixed in with the mashed potatoes.

26/04/2026: This café/restaurant is a truly wonderful find; the welcome is incredibly friendly and warm. I didn't try the restaurant itself, but I can say that the aroma of the dishes arriving in the dining room was particularly enticing.
I had forgotten my suitcase, and the owner brought it back to me on the train platform just before I boarded my train—what luck to encounter such wonderful people!
22/04/2026: Passing through by bike, we were pleasantly surprised by the quality of this establishment 😊. The rooms are very clean and the bedding excellent. Perhaps a little old-fashioned, but that has its charm. The restaurant is truly top-notch, with excellent cocktails and dishes, really. And what can we say about the welcome!! All the staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming. We will definitely return to this hotel on our next trip to Clermont. Well done to the whole team 👍.

25/02/2026: We were surprised by the set menu, as we had seen much more extensive menus online. We realized this was under the previous management.
We did enjoy a single, delicious dish. The service was very fast; our plates arrived almost as soon as we ordered. The staff and atmosphere were friendly.
They just need to improve accessibility for people with reduced mobility in the restrooms.
16/02/2026: A very, very good restaurant found on the way back to Bordeaux, delicious homemade food, highly recommended, the truffade is to die for!!

20/01/2026: I bought a pack of Marlboro cigarettes at this tobacconist. They were very dry, irritating to the throat, and clearly unfit and dangerous to smoke. I went back to report it, but the shopkeeper offered no solution whatsoever—no gesture of goodwill, no interest whatsoever.
When you sell products you pay for, the least you can do is take responsibility when there's a defect.
Avoid this place; I do not recommend it.
22/12/2025: I just went back inside to get some cigarettes, there's a tobacco corner inside.

There was a great variety of dishes to choose from, even though we came with a Smartbox voucher...and on a Saturday night, which is very rare. A big thank you for this lovely evening. We will definitely be back. We recommend this little restaurant 100%! 👍
