12/07/2024: Endroit parfait, pour un repas à deux ou en famille. Très bonne cuisine, de bons produits frais, nous sommes encore une fois ravis . Bon accueil chaleureux. Bon rapport qualité prix. Je recommande ce lieu.
02/07/2024: C'est une grande salle, avec alignement des tables. Néanmoins sans gêne pour le repas et avec un peu de recherche de décoration. Peut-être le challenge consisterait à un réaménagement pour créer des "zones plus intimes".
Hors mis cette remarque, la cuisine est délicieuse. Nous nous sommes régalés de poissons, en entrée (cru) et en plat, très frais avec recherche de goûts et de présentation qui laisse un bon souvenir au palais et aux "mirettes".
Le personnel est professionnel et très sympathique.
Tous ces arguments qui font de L'Estaminet un bon restaurant, à recommander.
Merci à l'équipe en cuisine et en salle.

It was perhaps the end of the Bastide Clairence party and the team was perhaps tired, but in these cases it was better to simply close! On the menu, the lamb was overcooked, the soft chocolate dessert was overcooked and served with... nothing, just the best softness on the plate... If we had known, we would have gone our way... .
02/08/2024: Disappointed, the pizza was overcooked and really not great and the menu at €35 was really too expensive for the quantity. Really very disappointed! Dessert not great! A chocolate fondant thawed and heated for 30 minutes placed on a plate without ice cream or even custard.. BOF.

We had an excellent Ossaloise and Carbonara pizza!
The service is fast or too fast but nothing too bad. The products are good and for a brasserie-style restaurant the dishes are up to par.
25/08/2024: Very warm welcome from the staff and the owner. Too bad the oven broke down. (lol) But luckily the beer was very fresh. Thanks to the boss for her tour. To finish the pizzas are not good but soooo good!!! I highly recommend. Thank you again for this little moment of waiting.

23/08/2024: Having reached the city center of Bayonne from the station, I had never noticed this small bakery. I will come back now because the cakes are very good! You can really taste the butter in the Basque cake and they are quite crunchy...

25/05/2024: I had been there a long time ago and I wanted to come back out of nostalgia, to do once everything is served in the form of a mirgandise between Basque and Malagasy cuisine, even if it is at will in the end not much choice the boss super friendly and smiling

17/09/2024: 30 min wait to get our pizzas which were good, the service would benefit from being friendlier.
16/09/2024: The pizza was not bad, some of the waiters, specially the female one, was very kind, however, one of them, the one all dressed in black was absolutely miserable and patronising. He made me feel like a little girl. Actually, he reminded me of all those awful waiters in Paris! If you want a more friendly service, eat some elsewhere!!

06/09/2024: We were returning to Spain on Sunday from our vacation, and we were looking for somewhere to have a snack, and it was the only thing we found open.
We were served by a lovely girl, Q spoke Spanish and the pastas were delicious. A success of place.
