Special mention for Chloé, an adorable waitress, whose kindness contrasts pleasantly with certain receptions that are sometimes a little cold in Alsace! 07/12/2024: Our last visit was about 5 years ago. We came today with the memory of a great evening with great menus at real prices.
The place was still beautiful, the service today warm and correct.
However, there is a world of difference between the dining experience back then and today:
Starting with the offering: the menu is so slimmed down that I had a hard time finding something suitable. There was very little choice, especially when it came to starters. The preparation seemed quite bland, the sauces watery and bland.
The only thing that reminded us of a gourmet restaurant were the prices. Unfortunately a big disappointment!
