15/04/2026: A regular haunt for many years. Excellent cuisine, top-notch service, a great sommelier, superb breakfast. Extremely well-maintained spa area with pool, sauna, steam room, and whirlpool. Reasonable prices.

12/04/2026: I can't comment on the rooms, as I come here regularly for the exceptional, sensational cuisine. The food is fantastic, so refined and perfectly cooked. Everything is presented flawlessly on the plate. It's a symphony of the senses. The wines, naturally from the local area, are also exquisite. Top quality and very finely crafted. The service completes the harmonious experience, making you feel like you're visiting friends. Please keep it up and may you continue to do so for many years to come.

12/07/2026: The restaurant is well located, in a quiet and shady setting. However, the meat in the shawarma menu was undercooked, and the prices remain high considering the quantity and quality. The kitchen wasn't very clean either. I hope there will be improvements in the future.

05/07/2026: The food was very generous and tasty; we ordered a vegetarian dish and a vegan dish. The service was great.

10/07/2026: We were outside on the terrace, it was very nice, the atmosphere was very pleasant, the food was very good, the service was perfect at the Bim Buewele restaurant, you eat well there.

29/06/2026: I stopped by without knowing where I was and I've just discovered a gem. The best tarte flambée I've ever eaten, served by a super friendly owner.

15/07/2026: An excellent restaurant in the center of Strasbourg. It was crowded on a Sunday, but we managed to get a table. The Alsatian choucroutte was delicious and the portions were large 👍🏻

14/07/2026: Regarding the salmon gravlax salad: The sauce was too industrial for our taste. It's a shame the terrine wasn't served on a thinly toasted slice of bread instead of a rather thick one. Otherwise, the service was efficient and quick in a pleasant setting. The sparkling wine was very good. Thank you for this lovely start to the evening before the match.
