01/04/2026: While in Alsace for work, I discovered this restaurant on a colleague's recommendation and I wasn't disappointed! I ordered a pork knuckle braised in beer, which had been cooked for hours beforehand, and the meat was incredible! The potatoes and salad served alongside were equally delicious. I have a big appetite, but the portion was so enormous that I took a nap right after eating! The waitress was very pleasant, funny, and very professional. And what can I say about the interior and exterior decor, which is typical of the region? A truly warm Alsatian welcome—I highly recommend it!

31/03/2026: May 2024: Wonderful establishment, fast service, large portions. Prices are good for Strasbourg! It's truly delicious, a must-visit. March 2026: I visited this restaurant again, and I also liked it. The food was delicious and the staff was friendly. I'll also attach new photos of the food and the menu.

30/10/2025: Swoob Catering has catered four family celebrations (between 30 and 60 people) in recent years. They contributed to their success through the quality of their products, the variety of their dishes, and the professionalism of their entire team. I highly recommend them!

10/10/2025: I came to buy some very good quality yellow chicken, despite the relatively high price, it was excellent. However, I asked for very thinly sliced ​​ham. When I got home, the ham was cut at least 3 meters thick. It was almost impossible to make cordon bleus with it, and cutting it so thick really didn't taste good. I also had a piece of onion tart; it was good but extremely salty.

21/12/2025: We were familiar with the pastry shop, but we discovered the restaurant. To reach the restaurant, you walk through the shop, which is already a very enticing adventure in itself, making you want to linger. The entire staff gave us a very warm welcome, and we truly enjoyed the meal from beginning to end. How can I put it? It was simply excellent, with real pastries for dessert—I mean homemade, very delicate, made with real dough and therefore not based primarily on emulsified creams like Bavarian cream! Thank you so much! We will be back and highly recommend it. PS: The mille-feuille...unique...try it there; it's a true work of art.

18/04/2026: We came on Friday, April 17, 2026, for my husband's birthday and had an exceptional time. It was a wonderful escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. We started by enjoying the spa, which is truly fantastic. The weather was perfect, so we were able to really enjoy the outdoor pool. A special mention goes to the lovely lady who greeted us at the spa; she was absolutely charming and always smiling. Then we thoroughly enjoyed our six-course gourmet menu. Every dish was equally delicious. A perfect birthday for my husband, who is already thinking about coming back next year.

The setting is magnificent, perfect for truly disconnecting. The staff is welcoming, professional, and attentive throughout the entire experience. The facilities are top-notch: pools, sauna, hammam… everything is designed for well-being and relaxation. I highly recommend this establishment to anyone looking for a high-end, relaxing getaway. An experience I will definitely repeat!

12/12/2025: A True Japanese Experience in Strasbourg Hibiki is an excellent Japanese restaurant in Strasbourg, already highly rated and clearly deserved. It offers an omakase-style dining experience, run by a Japanese team, with an authentic and perfectly executed approach. The welcome and service are impeccable, attentive, and warm. The dishes are refined, delicate, and well-balanced, with a remarkable selection of appetizers. Special mention goes to the homemade tofu, which is simply exceptional. This is a truly high-quality Japanese restaurant, without any unnecessary frills. The sakes are excellent, and if you've never tasted a truly good Japanese sake, this is definitely the ideal place to discover it. There's also a very nice wine selection. I was with colleagues who were completely unfamiliar with Japanese cuisine, and they loved the experience, from the food to the chef's and the service. A quick personal note: apologies to the waiter for the noise; they weren't used to this type of cuisine and were perhaps a little too enthusiastic… but it was mainly a sign that they were having a wonderful time. Remember to book ahead. Would I go back? Absolutely. A sure bet in Strasbourg.

11/04/2026: What a discovery! If I could, I would have given it an unlimited number of stars. Food 10/10 Atmosphere 10/10 But above all, the icing on the cake: absolutely fantastic waitresses! As authentic as the place itself. Waitresses 100/10!!!!
