The menu is varied and everything looks delicious, and it was a delight! Highly recommended! Next time I'm in Strasbourg, I'll be there in a flash! You should do the same! 26/09/2026: We had a very pleasant evening at Christophe and Angele's. The dishes were all wonderful, the advice given was clear and patient, and the wines were sublime. We celebrated a birthday, which was acknowledged with a little candle and a song! I really appreciated being able to fully enjoy our evening with our friends who were visiting from the United States, as we weren't put under any pressure whatsoever to choose or finish our meals. 10/10

As for the food, it's a real gem, an elegant menu with wonderful daily specials that showcase the restaurant's expertise. Every dish was excellent, beautifully presented, and delicious. And to complement the meal, the wine list is a real bonus, with a pleasing selection that will satisfy every palate. Surely one of the best restaurants in the area! We received a very warm welcome in a cozy and typically Alsatian setting, ideally located in the heart of Strasbourg. All the dishes were excellent, generous, and delicious. Special mention must also go to the impeccable, professional, and attentive service throughout the meal. A truly wonderful place that we wholeheartedly recommend for discovering Alsatian cuisine in a friendly atmosphere. Thank you to the entire team at Le Tire-Bouchon for a wonderful experience!
