11/09/2026: This restaurant is located in one of the most beautiful villages in Alsace (white houses and half-timbered buildings). The bar opens at 5:30 pm, and restaurant service begins at 7:00 pm. The establishment boasts a lovely terrace. The staff is friendly and the service professional. The dishes are beautifully presented and of remarkable quality. The prices are very reasonable.

01/10/2026: Our 6th or 7th visit to Thierry Schwartz's restaurant. We had already tried this 5-course menu, but this new version particularly impressed us! An excellent cream soup, incredibly tender venison, a horseradish and vanilla dessert... and much more. A restaurant to visit again and again.

27/09/2026: Excellent and exceptional food and equally excellent service. I found the ambiance, in keeping with the food, to be very natural. However, my personal opinion is that a little more decoration, especially on the tables, would have made the atmosphere more inviting!

23/08/2026: What a great find! We arrived without a reservation and received a very warm welcome. We enjoyed tarte flambée, rump steak, cordon bleu with Munster cheese, and perfectly crispy fries, and a special mention for the garlic sauce, which was absolutely divine. The service was impeccable and attentive; in short, we left satisfied and happy. We will gladly return!

The dishes are delicious and generous, the welcome is warm, and most importantly, the hike to Warthenberg Castle, located just above it, is well worth it! A resounding success for Daubenschlag in Ernolsheim! 👏

23/08/2026: Good Alsacian restaurant offering many traditional dishes of the region. A large terrace is available as well as a large indoor room. The staff is friendly and welcoming. Free parking available outside, but to reach the restaurant it's a bit counterintuitive if you don't know it. Excellent location between Wasselonne and Marlenheim.

05/10/2026: We had dinner at Saint-Sépulcre last September. We arrived just as the place was getting busy, but they kindly gave us a table for two by the window. The atmosphere, although a bit noisy, is very pleasant thanks to its decor and warm ambiance. The staff's friendliness was also noteworthy. As for the food, the quality was excellent. We had a pork knuckle that was perfectly cooked. We also had the chicken in Riesling sauce with spaetzle, which was delicious. The ham cooked inside puff pastry (a house specialty) looked very appealing, although we didn't try it. They have a good wine list. For dessert, we had Kougelhopf glacé with Marc de Gewurztraminer, which was very good. A highly recommended spot right in the heart of Strasbourg, just a few meters from the Cathedral.
