28/02/2026: There were three of us, and we had booked well in advance for this experience in this historic setting. Upon arrival, we were seated at a table for two in a corner of the room. It was difficult to sit down. My son, who is 1.85 meters tall, had to eat at an angle. I find it unacceptable to spend over 200 euros for this kind of comfort, even if the food was very good.

27/02/2026: The sauerkraut with three types of fish is excellent and very generous. I highly recommend this dish. However, the staff's welcome and service were mediocre. There was no explanation of the different types of fish, and the dishes were simply placed on the table without any comment. The least they could have done was wish us a pleasant meal!

15/03/2026: We ate a very good couscous there, the setting is nice and makes you travel for the duration of a meal.

28/02/2026: A magnificent setting; you're transported to Tunisia with its colorful tiled walls and cozy atmosphere. I tried the three-meat couscous: merguez sausage, chicken, and lamb. It was EXCELLENT! The couscous was fine and fragrant, the vegetables melted in your mouth, and the sauce had just the right touch of spice to add extra flavor. We couldn't leave without the traditional little mint tea served with a few almonds. To finish on a high note, a touch of orange blossom added a hint of the Orient. We'll be back to try their tagines and pastries next time... and experience that warm welcome again. A truly wonderful discovery! 😊

10/02/2026: I'd barely sat down when they pounced on me to take my order. It's a small bistro, so it was incredibly noisy. The portions were quite generous for the price. The fries weren't good, definitely not homemade; I only finished them to avoid wasting them. The sirloin steak was pretty good, but the gorgonzola sauce lacked flavor. Unacceptably, they didn't ask me how I wanted my meat cooked. The Milanese veal cutlet was good but very (too) greasy; perhaps they could try patting off the excess fat before serving? Another drawback: I asked for a carafe of water twice, and it only arrived towards the end of the meal.

17/03/2026: The restaurant is very conveniently located for train travelers. The price-quality ratio is reasonable. The Alsatian specialties are good. The staff is very welcoming.

31/03/2026: Delightful stay with very accommodating staff. Excellent location, only issue is walk from bus to hotel, but that is the new policy mandated by the city to limit busses in the old town

27/03/2026: Very poor service 😕 I was there yesterday, March 26th, at 6:30 PM. The place was almost empty, and the table I wanted wasn't reserved. The waitress told me, without any reason, that it was impossible. I would give it 5 stars less, but I can't 🙃

26/03/2026: Unfortunately, a disappointment. There were two of us, but we wanted a slightly larger table as the two-person tables were very cramped. Although the restaurant was almost empty, we were vehemently refused. We then left and went to another restaurant where, strangely enough, this was possible. To put it diplomatically, the staff's behavior there was absolutely appalling. Never again!

11/03/2026: A fantastic find in Strasbourg! The burritos are incredibly generously filled and delicious; you can tell the ingredients are high quality. Special mention goes to their hot sauces, which are absolutely excellent. The staff is also very friendly, always cheerful, and full of energy. I highly recommend this place for Mexican food in Strasbourg!

07/03/2026: Not authentic Mexican food. The stuff laughed at me when asking if they have mushrooms for vegan tacos, saying that it’s not Mexican food but they still serve peas!!! Hello!!!!, they need to really change the stuff to make it nicer!

12/04/2026: La Petite Pierre is a really nice place. Mountain biking and hiking are popular activities in the area. Afterwards, relax at the Lion d’Or. Swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi… however, those looking for a 3000 m² wellness center won't find what they're looking for. The facilities allow you to relax after your outing, but nothing more. Then it's off to the restaurant where you'll be seated in a large room with an unobstructed view of the landscape. The cuisine is generous, and we really enjoyed the dishes served at dinner. Next stop: the room… a spacious and quiet suite. The quality bedding will leave you feeling like you're in top form (or almost) 😬. Separate toilet, large bathtub, shower, TV, etc. Breakfast is a buffet. There's something for everyone. Thank you to the very welcoming staff. Practical details: private parking, elevator, disabled access OK (disabled parking space on the street directly opposite the entrance to the establishment). Holiday vouchers accepted.

04/04/2026: A wonderful discovery in a beautiful setting. The cuisine was refined and delicious, and excellent value for money. The staff were incredibly attentive and thoughtful. Special mention goes to our waiter, Benjamin, who was attentive, pleasant, and very professional.
