25/08/2026: A lovely evening in Strasbourg with my wife and son. We stopped here for a bite to eat (pizzas) and to try some local beers. Perfect location, great atmosphere. A huge thank you to Jo for his kindness and helpful advice. The kind of waiter you'd always love to meet.

20/08/2026: The bar closes at 1:30 a.m. It's 3:50 a.m., and for the last two hours I've been unable to sleep because of what I presume to be the staff who stayed in the bar after closing time. They are making a mess like a bunch of screeching animals, playing loud music, singing and drunkenly yelling. Absolutely unbothered by the fact that the bar is situated in a densely inhabited area, during hot weather when everyone has to sleep with their windows open. I understand that I live in the centre of Strasbourg and above a bar, but this is simply unacceptable. The police are apparently unbothered, and I don't feel particularly positive about going downstairs to talk to a bunch of drunk guys in the middle of the night.

30/08/2026: A warm welcome following our telephone reservation. Excellent sauerkraut served with mild mustard for dipping the sausage. One of the many restaurants recommended by the owner of our gîte. A lovely evening to start our stay in Alsace.

21/09/2026: A pleasant surprise in Strasbourg. Very generous portions. The dishes are flavorful. They don't compensate for a lack of spice with chili peppers. The fragrant yellow rice with ginger was very tasty. All the dishes were very good. A good place to eat.

15/07/2026: I was delighted to enjoy the kofte with bulgur and salad. The owner gave us a very warm welcome, greeting us with a smile and a handshake. There was soft background music. I came with one of my daughters and our grandchildren. We all ate very well! Generous portions, reasonable price. I highly recommend it.

30/09/2026: Excellent matcha! I've been several times and it's always just as good, never disappointed. The service is also very pleasant: it was quick and everything went very smoothly. A special mention for the tall waiter, who was incredibly kind and charming, with a lovely smile. He served us very well and was truly delightful. A great place, I'll gladly return!

14/07/2026: We ate at L'Arbre Vert yesterday during our visit to Lembach. Excellent value for money. I chose the duck à l'orange with homemade croquettes. Delicious! Very good "homemade" cuisine. Friendly service.

11/09/2026: Clearly my favorite Subway! Everything is always fresh, well-prepared, and generous, but above all, the staff is fantastic: a warm welcome, fast service, and always with a smile. It really makes all the difference. I come here with pleasure because I know I'll have a great time and leave with a sandwich made exactly the way I like it. Special mention goes to the atmosphere and the staff, who definitely deserve praise. I wholeheartedly recommend this place! If you like Subway, this one is definitely worth a visit.
