We were there, as part of a business dinner.
I tried the duck breast (cooked to perfection, sorry to the chef, but I like it well cooked) and my evening companions opted for the carpaccio. We were all delighted with our dishes.
Drink 🍺 Corsican beer, October spritz (orange, cinnamon and...). A very chilled rosé, finished with a glass of crémant.
Dynamic waitress, smiling and sociable, good impression before discovering that it was the manager.
Setting and decor rather well arranged.
Availability Outdoor terrace
Ideal for a daytime business lunch
Group meal in the evening
Oh yes, I almost forgot the tarte flambée as a starter, it was great.

18/12/2024: Place in the center in front of the cathedral, therefore a very tourist location. Despite everything, clean, correct and efficient service. I ate a very good Tarte flambee and from my point of view at a fair price. The elevated part of the restaurant with windows/overlooking the street is also beautiful.

09/11/2025: This morning I thought, for a change, I'll go to their place. I see fruit bread for almost €20 a kilo. Strangely, I don't see any fruit on top of the bread. I ask him, "Are you sure it's fruit bread?" "Yes, yes." I think the picture speaks for itself. ... I assume, of course, that it's not the same price as the seeded bread, not to mention the anorexic-looking Menele.

When it was served in a small casserole dish, it was still frozen inside. I asked for it to be reheated, and when it came back to the table, it wasn't cooked... Homemade product straight from the freezer!

Epfig, magnificent little village near Obernai
Vineyards and vines as far as the eye can see, a city crossroads and a restaurant, the KIRMANN restaurant, a killer from tarte flambée to Munster burger and ham, you will find Alsasace in its full taste, not to mention the natural and organic wines offered on their card
