18/07/2025: A pleasant surprise, a presentation of the room as on the terrace worthy of a large restaurant, the welcome very pleasant and very friendly, we immediately feel at ease. I highly recommend this restaurant, even if the trains are often present when we are on the terrace, I find that it is a detail especially when we are observed by the parrot and the toucan above our head, lol.

The tartes flambées are well-filled, the cordon bleus generous, and the Irish coffees are very helpful for digestion (even a little Gewürztraminer 🍇). The warm atmosphere of our region, the typical setting, and the staff are simply adorable! In short, there are so many good things to say... I'll avoid writing a novel 😄. 16/01/2026: Great restaurant right in the heart of Strasbourg. We were warmly welcomed by the staff, who were friendly and attentive throughout the meal. The atmosphere is lively, cozy, and very authentic. The menu offers a nice variety of traditional French dishes. We tried the choucroute Tire-Bouchon, which was really delicious, full of flavor, very authentic, and served in a generous portion. Definitely something you should try. We also had the escalope de volaille, which was good as well. Overall, a very good experience with great food and a lovely atmosphere. Highly recommended!

24/02/2026: A great family discovery. I'm not usually a fan of thin pasta, but this one was very good, perfectly cooked, and nice and crispy. The children ordered the Bolognese and the carbonara, and they loved them. It's advisable to make a reservation, even on a Tuesday evening; the restaurant was full.

08/09/2025: We were here for lunch on a Monday off-season. The fact that there was only a daily special was perfectly fine with us. The food was incredibly delicious, good, home-style cooking. A treat compared to the usual tourist fare. The fries were homemade; I haven't had them this delicious in a long time. Beans and chicken ragout, and plum cake for dessert. The restaurant has a rustic charm, and the service was very friendly. There's a large parking lot across the street. All in all, highly recommended!

31/01/2026: The rooms are very basic, but that's exactly what I wanted since we had planned activities in the area and didn't want to spend all day in the room. There's also a TV with German and French channels. The rooms are very clean and simply furnished. We paid €93 for three people for one night. We also booked breakfast for an additional €10 per person on the day of arrival. The breakfast was really extensive. All in all, we would stay here again.

01/01/2026: Dinner at this Asian restaurant on New Year's Eve 2025 was very, very good. The pad thai was sublime and the Peking duck was delicious; in fact, the entire menu was excellent. I highly recommend this restaurant.

22/02/2026: Three set menus at €48 were far too expensive for the quality served. The salmon gravlax was a pile of tiny, poorly sliced ​​pieces. The duck breasts with honey, which lacked honey, were unfortunately overcooked, like shoe leather. The sauce smelled and had the texture of powdered brown stock, and the presentation was truly unappealing. There's a real lack of skill and culinary expertise here; one wonders if there's even a chef in the kitchen. The profiteroles were good. The service was very average, with barely any smiles or friendliness, forgotten coffees, the waitress's lack of knowledge of the menu, etc. I do not recommend this restaurant due to the mediocre food and service.
