31/08/2024: Aucune fausse note : du service aux plats, c’est talentueux et excellents. Le chef d’orchestre en cuisine n’a rien à envier à madame qui accueille et sert parfaitement. Quels plaisirs de goûter les goujonnettes de carpe, les desserts glacés … au vu des plats dégustés par les autres convives qui semblaient satisfaits, nous sommes certains que notre avis est partagé !

26/08/2024: We had a great time. Whether in terms of cuisine, reception or atmosphere. Unable to eat cucumbers, the menu was adapted and was just as excellent. Thank you again for this moment.

25/09/2024: Having classes right next door, I was able to eat there many lunches, the quality of the meals is always there and the employees always chat with customers with good humor and a good touch of humor. As a bonus, the small promotional offer adapted to student budgets, go there with your eyes closed.

15/08/2024: Everything was incredible from A to Z. The impeccable service, the tempting menu, the delicious cuisine, and the very cozy setting. I recommend the tagiatelle with snacked scallops and the chocolate fondant! The fries are also very good. Count between 25 and 33 euros for dishes. There are cocktails but they are not displayed on the menu so remember to ask the waiters for them. Go for it!

13/08/2024: Stumbled upon this restaurant during our visit to Selestat for the flower corso, it was a magnificent experience!!! Very warm welcome! Smiling, kind, helpful waiter and owner, and so much more, this has unfortunately become very rare today! Excellent menus, both meat and fish, and fresh fries... that too has become rare in a restaurant, in short, we enjoyed it from start to finish, no negative points! Thank you a thousand times for your welcome and your kindness! You can go to this restaurant with your eyes closed! We will not hesitate to return there during our next visit to Selestat.

29/04/2024: I come there from time to time. in my top 2 of the best gaming bars in Strasbourg good welcome, JDR Very nice! their fries...very good, soup ok. But everything else is meh in terms of cooking.

27/08/2024: Passing through Châtenois, first meal in this establishment. Very warm welcome, friendly and smiling team. Fast service despite the crowds, pleasant and shady terrace setting. Very good dish, baeckeoffe for me would have deserved a little more meat for the price but it was very good. To recommend

27/08/2024: Discovered this restaurant today. We ate on the terrace in a shaded courtyard. Meals and service were very good. I recommend this establishment, and will return with pleasure.

06/09/2024: Valérie and Denis warmly welcome you in an original and friendly setting. The cuisine is simple but with fresh and local products. The little extra? The flea market-style interior which will allow you to hunt for lots of objects at the right price. They also offer reception room rental if you wish to organize a meal with family or friends in a magnificent setting. We will come back with great pleasure!

31/08/2024: Pretty bucolic break in this garden terrace to “nibble” on very good products. Reception of restaurateurs, history of the place, setting, cuisine and concept at the top, address which REALLY deserves the detour between Erstein and Strasbourg

11/12/2024: Super rude and racist employee. Went to the place on December 11 around 3 pm. Didnt buy the ice cream because she wanted to serve a BLONDE French guy who was standing behind us in the line first. He was surprised and asked her to serve us first. So she reluctantly came to us and we asked her to taste a flavour. She gave us the spoon and went straight again to the guy without talking to us and started serving him, ignorining us totally. Owner of this shop must take action against this kind of stupid behaviour.

03/12/2024: The ice cream tasted really good and it was really cool to see how it was made. We had to wait a bit, but not too long.

20/09/2024: If someone asks me to recommend a restaurant in Alsace with homemade dishes, I would say Bim Buewele without hesitation. The staff of the establishment are super welcoming, always a smile which is super pleasant. The restaurant is clean. The dishes are homemade, thanks to the kitchen. It's not the first time I've come but it's only when I'm passing through Drusenheim. Just a big thank you and well done.

22/12/2024: While passing through the area, we ordered takeaway :) very good pizzas and delicious homemade desserts! Good value for money too, don't hesitate :)

08/12/2024: We stayed two nights to go to the Christmas markets, without a doubt a great choice for location and price (and waking up among mountains). A family hotel, without great luxuries but with a lot of charm. Spectacular dinner and breakfast. So much so that we repeated both nights. To add a drawback… I missed a hair dryer in the rooms. If in doubt, I would return ☺️

08/12/2024: Coming back from Haut Koeninsburg we spotted this restaurant whose ratings gave a good impression. We stopped to eat there and were very well received in a restaurant with pleasant decor Unfortunately the cuisine is not at all up to par with the starter of snails with oyster mushrooms, much too salty And above all royal sauerkraut as a dish An unimaginable horror in Alsace, poorly rinsed cabbage still full of sour brine, potatoes hard because not cooked and meat 2 sausages, a Creole blood sausage and a white blood sausage. Deplorable opinion given still paying (100€ all the same) we were told that the acidity came from the lemon and the white wine Amazing Let's hope it was a chef passing through or flee this restaurant Damage

14/12/2024: Great discovery. The setting is magnificent, especially the Christmas decoration which immerses us in a magical bubble. The staff is really very pleasant, the dishes are generous and really very good. I recommend.

10/12/2024: Everything was perfect: The service, the food, the atmosphere... Special mention to the exterior decoration for Christmas! It was really excellent, we enjoyed ourselves!
