18/04/2026: I'm not familiar with your restaurant, but I'm disappointed with your reservation system where you have to wait over 24 hours to find out if your reservation is confirmed. I had a reservation for Tuesday evening, April 21st, for six people, which was refused. It would have been nice if you had explained the reason for the refusal (perhaps you were fully booked, or something else?). The brief email I received, without any explanation, doesn't exactly encourage me to try again. Oh well, I was able to book at another restaurant in Sélestat.

I was very pleasantly surprised and delighted not to have to leave the hotel for a good meal during a busy work week! The servers, Eva and Jérémy, are fantastic: discreet, smiling, and attentive. We enjoyed some absolutely exceptional pasta with anchovies and capers: full of flavor, perfectly seasoned… honestly, I've never had such good pasta! We also ordered a four-cheese pizza, which was generous and delicious, with a perfectly balanced blend of cheeses. To finish, the chocolate mousse was pure bliss: smooth, light, and incredibly decadent. The service was truly amazing: warm, attentive, and professional from start to finish. I highly recommend this place; we'll definitely be back!
