24/03/2026: A friendly spot, ideal for sipping a cocktail (on the terrace) or toasting with a beer. The menu is short, a sign of quality. The tarte flambée is generous and excellent...and a special mention for the hanger steak with shallots, which is simply divine!

22/03/2026: A lovely inn, lovingly furnished and maintained by the owner. Delicious food, friendly service, and a welcoming, family atmosphere. If you're looking for great value for money, this is the place to go. Typical Alsatian cuisine and other tasty dishes.

22/03/2026: Yesterday, Saturday, was my 10th visit. Up until now, I'd tolerated the "oddities" of the house rules because the food was okay. BUT, that's it: Having to queue to pay because the owner doesn't trust his staff, not knowing where the tips go... the fact that some dishes are excellent and others below average... all strange but acceptable. Yesterday (March 21, 2026), however, we encountered an outrage that no guest should have to put up with: They were supposed to open at 12:00, but we arrived at 12:15. The place was already quite busy, and some people had even received their food! All the guests were crammed together in the area to the left of the door, where there were only three tables for six people free. We were shown to a table far away from everyone else, separated by room dividers, furniture, etc. – in short, the "cat table." When we declined their offer (there were still 20 tables free and the terrace was unused), they became unpleasant... they said we couldn't expect anything with only 3 people... etc. I should add that we ate there 6-8 times last year and spent an average of €120-150 with several people. Here, the restaurant isn't there for the customer; it's the customer for the owner, who is responsible for these strange behaviors! NEVER AGAIN!

19/03/2026: Yesterday, I went to Bella Roma again with friends. Luckily, we had a reservation; it was very busy, which I can understand since the food is excellent, the service is very friendly, and it was a wonderful evening. We'll definitely be back!

19/02/2026: A flawless and magical wedding! We wanted to thank the entire team at Traiteur Jérôme from the bottom of our hearts for making our wedding unforgettable. From our very first conversations, we clicked immediately: the understanding was perfect, whether on the phone or during our in-person meeting. They were attentive and responded professionally and promptly to all our requests, even the most specific ones. Regarding the food: Everything was absolutely delicious and very generous! All our guests, without exception, were delighted, and we received nothing but compliments on the quality of the ingredients and flavors. Regarding the service: A huge thank you to the two waitresses who were simply exemplary. They went above and beyond what we could have imagined, with boundless kindness and dedication that deeply touched us. They greatly contributed to the smooth and serene atmosphere of our reception. If you are looking for a trustworthy, personable, and talented caterer, go for them without hesitation!

16/03/2026: I highly recommend it! It's excellent 🤤🤤 We opted for a charcuterie board as an appetizer, which was very generous. Then for our main course, I ordered a succulent steak tartare, perfectly seasoned, and the fries were also very good. My husband ordered a vol-au-vent, which was also delicious! Plus, the young woman who served us was very friendly 😊!

07/03/2026: We made a last-minute decision this evening with my two children and were lucky enough to get a table. The restaurant we originally wanted to go to was closed… unfortunately, or perhaps fortunately, because it allowed us to discover La Table d’Aur. A small, cozy, simple, and pleasant dining room, perfect for spending quality time with family after a day at work. We were pleasantly surprised by the food: a superb burger, a simple and effective children's menu, and for me, a very nice piece of meat, perfectly cooked. I felt something different in this restaurant, a unique but very positive atmosphere. A big thumbs up also for the service, and congratulations to the waitress who is working alongside her father in this wonderful family venture. We will gladly return ✨

09/03/2026: I gave it 4 stars because the service was far too slow. The waiter was friendly, but he took too long to attend to his customers, even though there were only 3 tables occupied. The meat was excellent.

26/03/2026: Lovely diverse menu with a little bit of everything for everyone. The staff were very attentive and the food was fantastic! We had the fish & chips and the servings were HUGE!!! Definitely get your money's worth here. Highly recommend! A+++++!!!!!

25/03/2026: Regardless of the fact it is near the Cathedral and an assumed tourist trap, I admittedly ate here during a downpour and in desperation of a dry place at dinnertime. Knowing it was in close proximity to the Cathedral gave me expectations (low ones) as tourist traps are always in the vicinity of monuments. But hey, I'm married, have kids who need to pee, and the rain is coming down. If not for that I would have avoided this place like the plague just because of the proximity to the Cathedral. I ordered the chicken Caeser, my wife had the french onion soup. My salad was garbage; the salad portions were all rough with brown ends. The chicken so stringy and fatty I needed a steak knife to get through them. My wife's french onion soup was worse. It didn't even resemble, nor taste, like what it should. The cheese on top of the soup was laid on a small piece of toast, like the cook didn't even care to make it look or taste right. The food at dinner was gross, overpriced, and what I expected from a place so close to the Cathedral. If you find yourself in a rainstorm and without close dinner options while outside this restaurant then I'd only recommend sucking it up and walking a few streets over in the rain to find something semi-decent.

21/01/2026: We love this restaurant! The pizzas are delicious; it's such a pleasure to find authentic Neapolitan pizza in this area. The setting is great, especially the terrace, and everyone is so friendly. We love it!
