07/06/2026: This weekend we visited this cozy restaurant. The food was exceptionally good and authentic! I highly recommend trying their saffron ice cream, it might be one of the best ice creams I've ever tried. The waitress is also very funny and kept us entertained throughout the visit. The wait time for the food was a little long, but good things take time ;) The next time I'm in Strasbourg I'll definitely come by again. 5/5 stars would highly recommend

02/06/2026: Last Sunday morning, during my hike, I spontaneously stopped by the hotel and asked about breakfast. That wasn't a problem at all; the staff responded quickly and easily, warmly inviting me to stay. So I was able to help myself to the buffet, just like the other overnight guests. What surprised me even more was the price of €14. I thought that was very fair. The Anthon is a well-maintained hotel that combines old-world charm with a modern ambiance. Hospitality is clearly a priority, without feeling forced. Thank you again for the warm welcome.

20/06/2026: We came to Strasbourg from Istanbul for a business trip and chose this restaurant for dinner with our friends. The food was truly delicious. The staff were extremely friendly, attentive, and hospitable. The quality of service also exceeded our expectations. I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone visiting Strasbourg.

04/06/2026: The staff were very kind and respectful. They explained that they had already ordered new signs with the correct prices. But one simple question remains: why didn't management take the initiative to temporarily correct the prices with a simple piece of paper and some tape while waiting for the new signs? As a result, it's the employees who have to embarrass themselves, justify themselves, and manage customer frustration instead of the manager. €20.90 for a plate of lamb skewers and a 33cl can of Coca-Cola. Thanks to the manager for leaving their staff to take the fall for mistakes that aren't their fault.

23/07/2026: We were just there and received a super warm welcome. One of the saleswomen even spoke quite good German (although we could have spoken in English). The pastries were absolutely delicious, and my boyfriend, who can eat wheat, said he couldn't taste any difference from 'normal' pastries. If we didn't live so far away, we would definitely come more often. Definitely a 10/10!

06/07/2026: We came to celebrate my daughter's birthday and everything was perfect. The melon carpaccio with feta and mint was a delight for starters. We then tried the fish, the pork tenderloin, and the linguine: not a single misstep. Generous portions, fresh ingredients, beautifully presented, and a warm yet professional welcome. Special mention for the birthday dessert brought with its candle – a lovely touch. We'll be back.

The value for money is truly exceptional: for very reasonable prices, we enjoyed delicious and well-prepared dishes. It was really very good, a wonderful surprise. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal there during our stay. I highly recommend it. 😊
