I was very pleasantly surprised and delighted not to have to leave the hotel for a good meal during a busy work week! The servers, Eva and Jérémy, are fantastic: discreet, smiling, and attentive. Everything was perfect! Bravo! 👍

18/05/2026: A place to remember! The service was friendly, pleasant, and efficient. The setting was lovely, and above all, the food was delicious, made with perfectly cooked fresh ingredients. I absolutely loved the beef carpaccio—the best in all of Strasbourg.

14/04/2026: Hello everyone, My wife and I had lunch at Sonne today. We were both extremely satisfied; the food was very good, and the service was friendly and helpful. Both the food menu and the drinks menu offer something for everyone. The restaurant is run by a relatively young couple. He works in the front of house and speaks excellent English, while she cooks, occasionally helps out with the service, and speaks excellent German. We were very happy with what was offered and will gladly return. As always, come and see for yourselves. Markus Reinbold

19/04/2026: While visiting a friend who lives in Schoenau, we went with him to this restaurant. We called to reserve a table at 1:30 pm and were seated without any trouble. I had a hamburger with fries and pepper sauce, and I could have easily eaten a second one! The food, service, and atmosphere were all top-notch! Thank you to Cathy and her team for this wonderful experience! I will gladly return before May! Everything was truly perfect! 🎉

26/01/2026: We were a group of 19 for a raclette outing. The drinks service was a bit lacking, with some forgotten items and extras. The meal itself was good and well-presented. As for the bill, there was an extra meal and drinks we hadn't ordered, but nothing could be proven because everyone paid their share, and at the register, they don't tick the appropriate boxes to be sure. Losing €200 on a €700 bill for drinks prepared by mistake shouldn't be the customer's responsibility. It's a shame; it created a bad atmosphere at the establishment.

21/01/2026: We love this restaurant! The pizzas are delicious; it's such a pleasure to find authentic Neapolitan pizza in this area. The setting is great, especially the terrace, and everyone is so friendly. We love it!

It was absolutely delicious. 🥰🥰 I was planning to come back to try the tarte flambée with a nice pint, but unfortunately, something unexpected came up. As for the atmosphere, I was alone, so my opinion doesn't really count. 🤣 I highly recommend it.

07/06/2026: Brunch is offered once a month in Blaesheim. We tried it as a family. The atmosphere is welcoming and relaxed. All the dishes are homemade and replenished regularly throughout the morning. There's something for everyone, both sweet and savory, as well as hot and cold drinks. At €35 per person, the price is reasonable. A word of advice: don't arrive too late in the morning, as the place gets very crowded around 11:30-12:00, making it noisier and more crowded.

13/03/2026: Lunch as part of a festive menu was delicious, original, flavorful, generous, and very good—in short, thank you for this wonderful experience. The staff was very professional and friendly. The decor was lovely and cozy. Go without hesitation.

13/03/2026: As part of the restaurant's festive events, the menu item at Kastelberg was described as: "Celery ravioli with mushroom duxelles, finely shredded smoked eel in a vibrant ginger broth." The dish I received contained only two slices of celery sandwiched between other vegetables. When I asked where the shredded eel was, I was bluntly told that it was cooked in the broth. In that case, the more accurate description would be "eel-infused broth," not "shredded eel in broth." The description clearly implies the presence of fish on the plate. No compensation or alternative was offered, leaving a distinct impression of false advertising and a misleading description of the final product. It's a shame, because the main course was decent, and the average dessert resembled a piece of mass-produced fruit mousse cake. Edible, but nothing special; I didn't detect the promised cardamom flavor. Overall, I was disappointed by this restaurant for the first time.
