03/07/2026: Worse meal and service experience of our European trip thus far. We were a party of five and hard for all to like or not like a restaurant, but here none of us liked our meal. I specifically asked the waitress if the water battles were glass or plastic, as it was late and I wanted to buy water to take back with us to our place. She asked why, so I informed her vi wanted to take-away the water. She said, that yes we could take the water from the restaurant. Then when we ordered I repeated the ingredients in the salad as per the menu and ask if if anything else in it. She said no. Unfortunately when my salad came, they switched the dressing as indicated from the menu. When I asked her, she was very unprofessional and told me it’s a common dressing even though the menu stated something else. I told her I did not like that dressing at all that is why I asked her about the salad dressing before. She just said that the switch was to a common dressing in the area and left. When I asked her to remove the item from the bill, she said no. The manager approached and asked if I had a problem. I repeated the above and he said that switching dressings is common, but took the salad away and agreed to remove from the bill. After paying we began walking out and he seen I was walking with water bottles not open. He screamed saying I could not take the water. I explained that before ordering I asked if his waitress if I ordered extra water I could take-away and she said yes. He replied that she was referring to wine. I told him no one in our table ordered, drank or discussed wine, but it was.as to water. He just then grabbed the bottle of water from me. We just left. Worse experience, bad food and horrible staff. Do not go there unless you want to have a horrible experience.

18/06/2026: One of the best tarte flambée in Alsace. The manager is wonderful, with a touch of humor and a huge heart of kindness. The chef is a master of good, generous cuisine. The staff is also very friendly.

13/06/2026: Hello, The tarte flambée was good. However, the service was far from adequate, most likely due to understaffing, but not only that... The rosé arrived almost at the end of the meal, and unfortunately, the glasses arrived just as I was finishing the last slice of tarte flambée. I pointed out that it was too late and I wouldn't be able to finish it. The staff's reaction to my complaint was far from professional, especially with their very inappropriate remarks. In short, I enjoy going to restaurants, but I won't be returning to your establishment.

12/07/2026: The service outside of the financing department (checkout) and the after-sales service is unacceptable. People are so bitter that they don't understand why you stay at work if you're unhappy. They treat you with disdain, as if you were in Versailles… someone needs to explain that to me. The only department where I was able to speak with pleasant and helpful people was the second-hand shop. I thank Steve and Maël, who still give the company a glimmer of hope… they gave me excellent information and took the time to help me.

11/07/2026: Excellent value for money, you can find everything easily. Having two places to eat and drink is a real plus.

01/07/2026: No orders, they turned around, the service was appalling; the young waitress was clearly bored and making it obvious to the customers. She should find another job. A place to avoid; besides, there were hardly any people there in the late afternoon, despite the terrace and the beautiful weather...

20/06/2026: A very unpleasant experience. The staff was very unfriendly. The server practically forced us off our chairs because the entire terrace was reserved. That's perfectly fine in principle, but that's no way to treat potential guests.

06/06/2026: It all started with a less than warm welcome... Once seated, we were already thinking, "Well, let's hope the rest of the meal is more pleasant." Our order was taken without a smile, and the waitress had barely finished ordering before turning on her heel. And then... disappointment. The pizzas weren't very big, but okay, they were still acceptable, but above all, they had absolutely no taste. Nothing, zilch. The crust was incredibly thin. If I closed my eyes, I wouldn't have been able to tell what I was eating. Not even the taste of tomato sauce, absolutely nothing. My friends' pasta dishes were the same, completely tasteless. We were hoping to make up for it with the desserts. A homemade fondant cake, it's bound to be good... Well, I received a fondant cake that was anything but fondant. Even drier than a regular cake. The accompanying custard was extremely runny and tasted of nothing but eggs, not vanilla. And on top of all that, we still hadn't seen a smile from the waitress. In short, we're definitely not coming back!

06/05/2026: The first and last time I ate at your place, the kofte was completely red. I paid €12 for nothing; I threw the kofte in the bin. The lady wasn't friendly at all. I won't recommend it to anyone. You're useless.

16/06/2026: Ordered a Reine pizza with anchovies, received a pizza with no name or ham, and 3 anchovy pieces, 4 mushrooms, and under the pizza all the cooking grime, black charcoal, and in the middle of the pizza it looked like the dough had been left on the floor before baking. 1 customer lost, he saw me

12/05/2026: The pizzas arrived after an hour. They weren't the right ones at all, and they were large instead of the set menu size. The pizzas were crushed in the box, stuck to the cardboard. In the end, very expensive for three pizzas that didn't live up to expectations. But these things happen.

16/11/2025: I recently ate there with my wife; the setting was lovely, the service excellent, and the meal delicious.

17/07/2026: Avoid at all costs. Passing by the restaurant on a weekday at lunchtime, I was tempted by the attractive €15 set menu (starter, main course, dessert). 1) Onion tart with crudités as a starter: nothing to complain about, simple and effective, the bread was very good. 2) Chicken tagine with zucchini, olives, and basmati rice: it lacked spices, but the meat was tender and delicious, simple and effective. 3) Strawberry mousse for dessert: and that was a disaster. Gelatinous mousse, neon pink and very sweet. Pieces of candied fruit, also neon-colored. Whipped cream and topping too sweet. Not a single strawberry in this dessert. I mentioned that I couldn't eat the dessert because it was likely mass-produced and too sweet. The first waiter (young) immediately confirmed that it wasn't homemade and was entirely mass-produced. The second waiter (more experienced) brought me the bill. I reiterated my disappointment with the dessert, hoping not to have to pay for it. The rest of the conversation was ludicrous: "The dessert is homemade, my colleague lied." "No, correction, my colleague was mistaken. The cream is homemade. The topping, candied fruit, and whipped cream are not." "You won't find a menu at this price anywhere around here." "I can bring the chef over so he can confirm it's homemade." "I'm just a worker. Don't look down on the profession." I remained calm and simply wanted to make it clear that it was a shame because the rest of the meal was fine and the service was quick and friendly (at first). Respect should go both ways. A low price doesn't excuse treating customers like idiots. Keep it simple, yes, but with good taste, or stick to tried-and-true favorites. The moral of the story: no professionalism, no gesture of goodwill, no willingness to improve, especially considering the previous reviews.

26/01/2026: The merguez was inedible and resembled chewing gum; there wasn't enough tomato sauce, and the pizza wasn't well topped. The price was too high for the quality.

16/03/2026: Excellent experience. We went a week ago and both the service and the food were great! I recommend it!

15/10/2025: You can play pétanque. If it's still available, on Mondays there's a buy-one-get-one-free burger, which might be a good idea for students. However, it's quite busy, so orders take a while to arrive.

31/03/2026: These advertising screens are a nightmare. They bombard our brains with awful commercials. The speakers are blasting. There's a strobe light. It feels like things are changing, and not for the better. This isn't going to improve my mental health. And to think I pay them €90 to put up with this.
