12/04/2025: My partner introduced me to this café, where she goes regularly with her best friend. The atmosphere is very warm. The owners are always smiling and caring. It is true that the establishment is small, but it is a gem of authenticity, the Viennese coffees and chocolates are a delight. I highly recommend and with the arrival of nice weather, you will be able to enjoy the tables on the terrace.

04/12/2024: A brasserie as we like them. Restaurant very well located a stone's throw from the magnificent university palace. Impeccable service. I love the atmosphere. Tables fairly spaced apart. Finally, the minimalist menu guarantees freshness of the products. I recommend the spring rolls and the veal escalope with morels👍

23/11/2024: No one to welcome you or install you, I waited 10 minutes in front of the entrance. Disgusting cappuccino and red fruit tart too, especially given the prices... very long service. 0

06/07/2025: On Friday July 4, 2025 around 1 p.m. on the terrace, the Asian-born and especially RUDE waiter, without us asking for anything, were seating us... "at this time, we no longer serve coffee, wanting to make us understand that we must consume SOLID food by obligation... in the process, another younger waiter sets the table with cutlery and brings us the menu ready to order tarte flambée. At first, the waiter says yes, only to change his mind a few minutes later, saying that there are no tarte flambées... in fact, you just have to EAT the crap that the staff imposes... we got up and left, we wonder at the moment if it is the customer who is still KING these days or if this place wants to keep a good clientele, I don't think so, given the RECEPTION... so I strongly advise you not to set foot in there... because it is a PURE SCAM….to be AVOIDED like the PLAGUE….

06/06/2025: I was scammed. My bill was €11.20. I was charged double this amount on my card (€22.40) and when I asked about it the staff member refused to pay the difference and was extremely rude. After 5 minutes of arguing with me and pretending he had no idea what I was talking about, he paid me back. It seems this has happened to many others too.

06/12/2024: I have come to the public house several times to have a drink with friends but this was the first time I came there to eat lunch. A very good experience, the service was fast, the meat of the day was very good and the rare cooking was perfect for a very reasonable price. The highlight in my eyes was the gourmet coffee which lives up to its name very well! The desserts were very good and plentiful, I recommend.

28/09/2024: Order placed a week ago for more than €3000 from a sales consultant with delivery, seller who checked my address in store and did not inform me of any error that day... Confirmation email indicating that my order has been processed. On the day of delivery I am called to "check my address" and I am informed that the carrier does not deliver to my address following a postal code error on my Ikea family card....I do not see the report, given that the order form clearly specifies my delivery commune (7km from Ikea, a well-served and well-known Strasbourg commune). I was asked to cancel my delivery and return to the store to start all over again. Obviously no one had taken the time to check my address before delivery. It's a shame because it was a big order for my family.... To flee....

26/09/2024: Good morning, As a loyal customer of the IKEA brand, whose products I have enjoyed for years, I recently contacted the after-sales service of the IKEA store in Strasbourg regarding an oil maker whose cap did not open. When I explained my problem to Ms. Khadja, the customer service advisor, her first reaction was to tell me: "You need to clean this oil maker before bringing it back, I can't do it that way." I then told him that I had not been able to clean it inside because the cap did not open, but that the outside of the product was clean. Following my response, she informed me that she could not find this purchase in my IKEA Family account and therefore could not do anything. She then sent us away without any attempt to resolve the problem, with a rude attitude which I believe does not reflect IKEA's customer policy. My questions are: 1. Is it IKEA's customer policy to deal disrespectfully with a customer who returns a kitchen product (with a clean exterior, and which only contains olive oil) inside) saying, "What is that, you brought it back without washing it?", which shows a clear lack of training and courtesy? 2. How come this advisor was not able to find my invoice, even though I was able to access my purchase history on my customer account and provide her with a screenshot? As a customer who has shopped in various countries, I am familiar with IKEA's customer service policy, and I know that is not how you treat your customers. 03/09/2024: Very good charcuterie, excellent service, on the other hand my taste buds and my wallet absolutely do not understand the liver pâté with truffle (or without truffle) at 54 euros per kilo which has no taste. In short, let's not get angry and thank you all the same.

18/08/2024: €29 per kilo of snack is really taking the consumer for an idiot. Well this is just my opinion. Go to Kirn, they are excellent and it's almost half the price.

05/09/2024: Discovered randomly, while we were looking for a bar to have a drink. Pleasantly surprised by the atmosphere, the setting and the beers. I was able to taste draft beer from the Intenables brewery. The flame was good too. Special mention to the service, smiling people, very welcoming and warm.

14/09/2024: I went there during a busy period, and I was impressed by the waiters, cooks etc. They refill the food very quickly, remaining smiling even though they are overwhelmed! Inexpensive and delicious meal. I would happily return there sometime!
