02/08/2026: Very disappointing: a nonchalant welcome with no smiles, but thankfully we were later served by a professional and accommodating young woman. The quality of the food was very average. The most baffling thing was the knives: they still don't cut. During our previous visit in January, we were assured they would be replaced. Several months later, nothing has changed. We received the exact same answer: "They will be replaced." Clearly, customer feedback is ignored. To top it all off, the app I usually use to pay was malfunctioning. In short, a string of disappointments. We gave this establishment a second chance, but it will be the last.

27/01/2026: My son went to this establishment to have lunch with his friends during his midday break. His school is quite far away, so he hurried to get there. Once there, they violently refused him the kids' menu, calling him a liar and physically abusing him. It's a disgrace! Avoid at all costs!!

01/07/2026: Based on the positive reviews, we went to this restaurant for lunch. We were ultimately disappointed: the service was very slow, even for the set menu. The Caesar salad had overcooked chicken pieces that were barely warm and stiff. The lamb shank was acceptable, although a bit dry. We don't plan on returning. Sorry.

We always eat there wonderfully; the portions are just right, balanced, and the dishes tell a real story. It's refined and intelligent cuisine. The service is gentle and warm. Everything is there for an extraordinary evening. Since we both work in the restaurant industry and love Michelin-starred restaurants, Lume remains undeniably one of our favorites! The wine list is precise, extensive, and reflects the soul of this restaurant and its owners. We let Alice guide us and are never disappointed! His food and wine pairings are also perfectly balanced! As for the tasting menu, it's definitely worth the trip! It reflects a genuine love for quality ingredients, for quality dishes, and for doing things well… and pays tribute to the Italian and regional producers he works with. If you think you like Italian cuisine, Riccardo's cooking will make you appreciate it even more! It's a true discovery of his native region. From the amuse-bouches to the dessert, including the savory courses, everything is delicious and authentic. We will definitely be back!

04/07/2026: During my cycling trip, after crossing the ferry at Lamarque, I stopped at a charming inn where they welcomed me and my bike, safely stored it in the courtyard, and treated me to an excellent beef tartare. It was a very pleasant time with the owners, who were happy to hear about my trip along the castle route. I highly recommend this inn.

The "menu du jour" is a "Must" with the buffet starters that provides loads of choices, followed by an inventive main course Cuisine supported by cool front of house Ladies extremely proactive. This location remains in the great tradition of french professional restaurateurs !!! Top Notch !!!
