I had the pleasure of discovering this recently opened restaurant and I am delighted!
The formula offered is not only super affordable, but the products are of impeccable quality and remarkable freshness. Each dish is a true delight, prepared with care and creativity.
The atmosphere is warm, you feel at home as soon as you walk through the door. Special mention to the decoration, which is ultra peppy and full of charm: a real style crush!
Congratulations to the whole team for this exceptional place. I recommend without hesitation and will come back very quickly!

06/09/2024: Nous avons dîné au Nautique pour terminer notre séjour à Hourtin, quel plaisir ! Repas en terrasse avec vue sur le lac. Au menu, des plats de très grande qualité et des propositions qui sortent de l'ordinaire. Je vous conseille le croustillant chèvre chaud...et froid, vous aurez la surprise de déguster une délicieuse glace au fromage de chèvre. Les lieux dont très cosy, déco agréable, éclairage sympa, en résumé, un resto à essayer ! Au niveau tarifs, c'est un peu high level mais justifié de mon point de vue.

It's a beautiful place to definitely stay.

30/11/2024: An incredible place! The dishes are tasty, perfectly prepared, and highlight quality products. The staff are really lovely, welcoming and attentive without overdoing it. With the view of the vineyards as a bonus (even if it was quite foggy on the big day), it’s a moment that we won’t forget.
24/11/2024: Apart from a sublime setting, the children and grandchildren (grown-ups!!!) really appreciated the welcome, the waiters...the cuisine of great finesse from starter to dessert

16/09/2024: "Le Chai Nous" oyster barraque in Grand Piquey, a beautiful discovery, shaded terrace, colorful tables, feet in the sand at the edge of a long beach. Breathtaking view of the Basin with its numerous boats and Pinasses... Very warm welcome!🤩Family atmosphere and delicious oysters that we don't leave behind, accompanied by Shrimp, Landais paste, whelks...All washed down with a good chilled white wine! What happiness!! 🥰We are “Chai Nous”...😄😉🥰

18/01/2025: The kitchen does not equal three-star armchairs. Light portions, too classic idea, server without second degrees. A vegetarian dish, vegetable rice for €17.50 and we call ourselves a cook. The taste is there, however.
Sorry but professional distortion means that I have no pity on this restaurant.
Moderately satisfied, positive point is that the restaurant welcomes customers until late but to the detriment of the smiles of the servers except the bartender!

29/09/2024: A totally unexpected surprise. We thought we were going to a sushi restaurant, but instead we were treated to a fun way to blindly experience Japanese cuisine. We told the waiter what we like and don’t like and after that they brought out each course blindly, and we had to guess what it was. The food was exceptional and it was such a unique and fun experience. So much fun!!

04/09/2024: Halte habituelle sur notre trajet en Nantes et Toulouse, nous nous arrêtons dans ce restaurant lors de nos passages.
Le concept du service en une seule fois nous convient très bien et nous permet de manger rapidement. Les serveuses sont très à l’écoute et viennent régulièrement voir les clients pour voir si tout se passe bien.
Les plats proposés sont bien cuisinés et goûteux. Je recommande ce restaurant.
23/08/2024: Lunch on the terrace which is pleasant. The big problem is the “concept” of starter, main course and dessert served at the same time on the same plate. Never seen before! Result: you have to eat the dish first otherwise it is cold. What's more, red meat... then the starter then the dessert which is hot when it's a panacotta! It's more about cooking. We wondered if it was a staff problem... in any case we won't be back.

30/12/2024: To avoid, restaurant not heated it must have been 17 degrees maximum, even the waiter was shivering...
Did not take the Italian Burger, beef steak on the menu and we find with a stew meat, so if unfortunately you have to enter the restaurant, take a pizza at worst...
And to finish, break on the mayo, the height of a fried Burger, eggs, oil and mustard and presto we can make mayonnaise, can be a little hard to do.
Two beers on the menu, believe me or not, but one of them is out of stock🤣🤣.
I summarize, don't go there, plus 80 euros for this meal is far from the mark...
