16/11/2025: What a disappointment... the waiter (a gentleman of a certain age) who greeted us, while certainly friendly, rushed us throughout dinner, serving us very quickly, bringing us the bill while interrupting our conversation, even though the coffee had just been served. He came back 5 minutes later with his card reader to take payment, clearing our table bit by bit, making it clear we were leaving at 10:30 pm... how shameful. Some dishes were more or less acceptable... the presentation of the chicken with the bones needs to be reconsidered. In short, I will not be returning and I absolutely do not recommend this restaurant.

03/12/2025: A one-hour wait to be served! After 20 minutes, they tell you they're out of what you ordered! I ordered a filet mignon, and my colleagues ordered a ridiculous chicken breast! The filet mignon was overcooked with undercooked potatoes! The table next to us, who arrived before us, wasn't served! The waitress was completely clueless! And to top it all off, the price! 19 euros a plate! People are leaving the restaurant because the wait is so long!

23/08/2025: Very bad experience for me. The boss is an idiot who thought it was a good idea to send his waiters to convince us to leave because we were playing chess on the terrace under the pretext that we weren't drinking enough. Then, one of the waiters broke one of my personal belongings (a glass bottle that they took away for no reason other than everyone is coked out and torn up in this godforsaken place). I tried to negotiate but they wouldn't refund me... Disgusted.

16/12/2024: Already come to eat several times, always well received and pleasant surroundings, always well served I recommend and what's more you are quiet in this small port far from Arcachon!

11/07/2025: A real favorite! La Saye in Galgon is a wonderful discovery: delicious cuisine, fresh and generous dishes, all in a pleasant setting with a superb view. No waiting time, no need for reservations, and yet everything is perfectly organized. The owners are adorable, welcoming, and attentive. You can tell they love what they do, and it's reflected in the atmosphere as well as in the food. A place to remember and recommend without hesitation!

19/09/2024: An experience not to be repeated... we just wanted to have a drink but we waited more than 10 minutes before anyone showed interest in us... and even just as long for someone to come to us to take our order... The standing is there, that's nothing to say, but given the more than hefty bill, a little more consideration and consideration would be a plus.
