10/05/2026: The (few) caipirinhas and authentic Brazilian dishes shared on the Central's terrace brought back memories of our honeymoon in Rio and Salvador de Bahia! We had a peaceful, joyful and exotic time thanks to the warm welcome from the team, thank you.

04/05/2026: An iconic spot promising a true sensory journey to the captivating lands of Brazil, nestled in the heart of Bordeaux. The atmosphere is vibrant, driven by rhythmic and catchy music that seems to breathe life into the venue's bustling energy. You'll find yourself completely immersed in the festive and exotic hustle and bustle, inviting you to escape and explore. However, one small drawback mars this otherwise wonderful experience: the bouncer's unfriendly and uncourteous attitude feels somewhat out of place in this otherwise welcoming and convivial environment.

22/12/2025: Having recently discovered this establishment after moving, we now regularly come to sample their culinary specialties. The recipes are carefully prepared and delicious. We highly recommend the paella, the shrimp spring rolls and samosas 😍😍, the accras (cod fritters), and the salt cod brandade. A real treat!

20/04/2026: If you're looking for a simple, friendly hotel in a prime location, just a hundred meters from the main pedestrian street that leads directly to the beach, with easy parking and a warm, welcoming, and genuine atmosphere, this hotel is exactly what you need. I should add that while the center of the seaside resort is very close, the hotel enjoys remarkable peace and quiet, ensuring a restful stay. Breakfast might be a bit limited for those with a hearty appetite, but I know the very accommodating hotelier will be happy to accommodate any requests you may have. It's a place we happily return to every time we visit Soulac.

09/03/2026: A very good experience at La Mie Câline! The food was fresh, well-prepared, and really delicious. You can tell they do everything to ensure the customer has a great time. Special mention for the value for money: it's rare these days to be able to eat well without paying exorbitant prices. For a quick snack or a light meal, it's perfect. The service was pleasant and quick; I'll definitely be back!
