No excuses, not even a free coffee
The server is also not friendly.
It’s true, we are only passing through.
I don't recommend.

03/11/2024: Wir haben Foie Gras und Lamm jeweils zum Teilen bestestellt. Auf der Rechnung fanden wir dann 11 Euro mehr für einen zweiten Teller. Das ist schon heftig!
Die Folie Gras war gut aber für 22 Euro homöopathisch, Kommentar Besitzer:"was gut ist ist eben wenig!"
Das Lamm war mit einer sehr guten Sauce und Kartoffelpüree, es war ein Stück vom Gigot, ohne sonstige Beilagen und wenig,
39 Euro, schon heftig.
Der Besitzer war sehr oberflächlich, wie man eben Massentouristen behandelt, die Frau war korrekter aber bei unserer Reklamation dann doch auch sehr unangenehm.
Wir werden dieses Restaurant nicht mehr besuchen, zumal es mit dem Clos de Mirande das beste Restaurant gibt, das wir in der Gegend kennen.
06/10/2024: On nous a recommandé ce restaurant lors d'une escapade à Saint Émilion. Et quel plaisir !!! Le soleil ☀️ était au rendez-vous, les propriétaires nous ont gentiment proposé une table en terrasse dans un cadre verdoyant et reposant. Un pur plaisir 🥰 Ensuite nous avons pu déguster des plats copieux et délicieux. Nous avons passé un très bon moment culinaire dans un lieu chaleureux et accueillant. Nous y reviendrons très prochainement.

10/12/2024: Welcome, service, meal, dessert, what can I say other than it's great! One of our favorite addresses. A pizzeria that stands out from the others thanks to its thin crispy dough and which therefore has no real competition. The homemade tiramisu is also great!
ps: They also have a 24/7 vending machine with their fresh reheated pizza and several recipes.
We recommend!!

30/09/2024: We were served by a redheaded waitress who cleaned the tables backwards. The tables were covered in mites, which can happen. She was offended at having to clean them on the pretext that we had chosen this particular table and that it was under the chestnut trees.
This is part of your responsibilities. We asked you politely, and from the terrace we hear you complaining to your colleagues. Maybe changing careers would be a good idea? Conclusion, unfriendly service, deplorable even!

10/09/2024: An iconic family run restaurant positioned right opposite the Monument aux Girondins.
A very beautiful spot. We started with yummy snails and oysters for entree’s. The mains were outstanding. We enjoyed the prawn risotto and chargrilled octopus. These were accompanied by glasses of white wine from Burgundy, recommended by Pierre. Dessert was a must do. The Pear and Almond tart and the vanilla crème brûlée were delicious.
The service lead by Gaelle was brilliant and the decor and ambience in this restaurant makes any night special. Highly recommended. Thank you.

Correct product quality and prices according to the place. The service was a bit slow, understandable since it was full.

21/08/2024: Such an amazing place to go to, the staff are very nice and speak very good English which really helped us and had lots of amazing food in would recommend getting the homemade burger and pafitaroles they are amazing with good portions
