12/08/2024: A lovely restaurant in St Emilion, presenting a small but well crafted menu, the food was delicious, we had pork Won-tons, beef salad to start, pork with veggies and white rice, soup with seafood and thin rice noddles. All the food tasted fresh and had a lovely flavour profile, the pork dish was really good for our kids, while they are not the most adventurous eaters, this dish pushed their boundaries with a lovely lightly tamarind flavoured 5 spice curry sauce with no heat, perfect for the whole family, the adults had nice fresh Birds Eye chilly finely chopped as an accompaniment. They offer an extensive wine menu, which the waitress was very knowledgeable of, she helped us select a really nice dry white wine, the perfect accompaniment on a hot summers day. Thank you so much for a wonderful lunch.

07/08/2024: What a great find, only menu of the day but all cooked fresh. Fabulous tastes highly recommend. Wine choice was local and not overly priced.

12/09/2024: An unbeatable price This lunchtime, the dish of the day consisted of a fried entrecôte. The entrecôte was a steak of very good quality and very tender. The fries, a disaster, the shape was there! But they had softened during cooking. Flabby, full of oil, these pieces of potato were fries in name only. The profession of cook cannot be invented. The fries must be cooked in two successive baths of oil, the first at 160 degrees and the second at 190 degrees, and there you will have real crispy fries.

05/08/2024: Few expectations from a sandwich shop in a tourist spot, And yet very happy with what was served, with sympathy, well done for a fair price in such a location. Don't hesitate for a little sweet or savory snack. Cool concept with Charlie Chaplin

26/05/2024: I recently got takeout burgers from this sandwich shop, and they were absolutely delicious! The meat was perfectly cooked, the toppings fresh and tasty, and the bread was soft as can be. The service was fast and friendly which made the experience even better. I highly recommend this address to all lovers of good burgers. I will come back without hesitation.

10/09/2024: A real scandal... 2 halves cashed like 2 pints or 11€80 I ask the bartender if there was an error in the bill. His response “I made 33 cl instead of 25 cl How can we make a 33 cl in a 25 glass?? It's stupid, I do the same job as him and points out to him that 33 cl in 25 cl is not possible His response “OK, get out” This is how we are received at the Globe 😫🤬

09/09/2024: The right place for a drink after work. With Beber le terrible, Anto and Lillian, you will always be served quickly and efficiently. The prices are fair and there is often space on the terrace. ✌️

12/09/2024: We had a great night with new and comfortable rooms. Thanks to René Louis for all the information. The only thing missing is a little refreshment of the reception and the breakfast room.

13/07/2024: After a canceled plane, we found this hotel at 11:45 p.m. Great value for money, smiling, efficient and caring receptionist. Modern and clean room.

24/09/2024: I don't really like being in the presence of a small slug in the salad accompanying the rib-eye steak. No excuses, not even a free coffee The server is also not friendly. It’s true, we are only passing through. I don't recommend.

17/08/2024: What a surprise to discover this little restaurant where the staff is really very friendly and where I ate 1 very good plate of fries / steak / salad / bulgur and 1 very good sugar waffle. And frankly, for this low price, it's definitely worth it. I recommend this little restaurant to everyone, with or without children, young or old.

13/08/2024: Dinner tonight with family. Nothing to complain about! Pleasant waitress, very polite cook. Both the main course and the dessert are excellent. I 100% recommend with your eyes closed.

20/06/2024: Tout d'abord un patron très accueillant jovial à l'écoute de ses clients il sait mettre à l'aise tout en restant discret. La façade ne donne pas forcément envie de rentrer mais à l'intérieur c'est un petit cocon où l'on s'y sent à l'aise. Seul à gérer la salle, le temps d'attente est correct lorsqu'il y a du monde. Question nourriture c'est un vrai rapport qualité-prix et la cuisine doit être fait maison . Assez consistant comme on se doit.. Il y a une petite surprise dans le verre si vous prenez du saké 🤗😅 Sympa pour un petit resto en famille

28/08/2024: A great time with good food. Everyone had a great time, the kids (who eat à la carte) and the adults. The service which appeared to us at first to be quite cold turned out to be warm and attentive. We were surprised when we discovered his note. He deserves so much more!
